We like this new hotel. It’s super clean, and the front desk staff are v friendly. Its location is v convenient to travel back to / from the stations and also easy to access lots of restaurants and shops. Will definitely come back next time when we visit Matsumoto.

The hotel mistakenly allocated my room to another guest and all rooms were fully occupied, the staff offered fully refund or rearranged another other for me. They did wrong but tried the best to compensate.

A big plus is that the station is a 4 minute walk away, but quiet at the same time. There are a lot of restaurants nearby. The room is spacious, good hairdryer and cosmetics.

Amazing that hotel provided free ramen or dessert after 9pm.better still , their breakfast is wonderful with local fresh ingredients.sizeable room with bathtub. Very close to JR station. Many restaurants nearby the hotel. Highly recommended for travelers who plan to go to Kamikochi as you can purchase the tickets to go Kamikochi from JR station. Very convenient. If you have time , you can stay two days in hotel to enjoy whole day in Kamikochi and walk around the city in another day .

Close to Matsumoto railway station, just take a five minute walk. They gave me a great surprise of providing a bowl of ramen when I arrived at night. It was thankful.
Seriously I didn’t have time to discover what else amenities facilitated in the hotel. But I was very satisfied with my stay.
