The hotel is located in a very small town. The hotel itself is good. I got a new room, there was no noise. Very clean, cleaned every day. Of the shortcomings I can note: no shampoo, a poorly working refrigerator and no glasses in the room.
I asked for glasses at the reception, they sent me to the bar, where they gave me plastic glasses.... I took glass ones myself, since I do not drink from plastic.
The hotel and Tirrenia itself are an ideal place to distance yourself from the world. Life in the city freezes at 8-9 o'clock. There is nowhere to go.
A good supermarket and several restaurants are a 2-minute walk from the hotel. The food in none of them was particularly impressive.
The sea is gorgeous. Very clean. The beach is also kept clean.
Pisa is a half-hour bus ride from the hotel. There is nothing to do there, except for visiting the tower, but it is not long - 30 minutes maximum.
Thank you for the rest.

Guest UserI recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be a solid choice for budget-conscious travelers. The price was very reasonable, offering great value for the quality provided. The room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, which was a pleasant surprise given the affordable rate. It felt fresh and well-maintained, making my stay comfortable.
The hotel includes breakfast in the room rate, which is a nice touch, but the selection was disappointing. The food lacked variety and quality, with limited options that didn’t cater to diverse tastes. It was sufficient to start the day, but don’t expect a standout dining experience.
The hotel features a pool, which is a great amenity, but it’s quite small and can feel crowded if multiple guests are using it. It’s fine for a quick dip, but not ideal for serious swimming or lounging.
Location-wise, the hotel is a bit far from the city center, which might inconvenience some travelers. Public transportation options, particularly buses, are limited in the evening, so plan accordingly if you intend to explore the city late. A taxi or rideshare might be necessary for evening outings.
Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, but the connection is slow and unreliable at times, which could be frustrating if you need to work or stream content. For casual browsing, it’s manageable, but don’t expect high-speed performance.
The service was satisfactory—staff were polite and responsive, though not overly warm or proactive. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and basic requests were handled efficiently.
Overall, this hotel is a good pick for those prioritizing affordability and clean, spacious rooms. However, if you value proximity to the city, robust Wi-Fi, or a stellar breakfast, you might want to consider other options.

The location is fantastic, right by the train station. Just be aware it's tucked away in a courtyard, so keep an eye out for the entrance. Service was excellent; they were incredibly helpful with our luggage, even bringing it directly to our room. Our suite was wonderful. Despite its historical character, it was exceptionally well-maintained, offering a genuine feel of a grand European family home. A good selection of snacks and drinks were provided. The bathtub was a welcome amenity, perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. Big plus! Our room was named 'Mona Lisa'.

This is a fantastic hotel with an excellent location. It's less than a five-minute walk from the train station, and we had no trouble at all with our luggage along the way.
The hotel staff, from the front desk to the restaurant, were all incredibly nice and provided great service. I was initially drawn to their outdoor dining area, but since it was winter and quite cold, we opted to dine inside the restaurant in the evening. I accidentally broke a wine glass, and the staff handled it wonderfully, which left a very positive impression on me.
The room wasn't particularly spacious, but the facilities were new, and the bedding was comfortable. The room diffuser also had a very pleasant scent.
Just a short walk from the hotel entrance, there's a bus stop with a direct route to Piazzale Michelangelo at the top of the hill. It's definitely worth visiting for the panoramic views of Florence. Overall, it's a superb hotel with a great location, and the breakfast was also quite good—I particularly enjoyed the fresh kiwi. The transportation is convenient, making it very friendly for train travelers. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time.

This was my second stay here. The location is superb, just a 5-minute walk to the Duomo. The room size is decent, and the staff are all very enthusiastic, except for one Caucasian girl in the breakfast restaurant. Both times I stayed for three nights, and both times she had a sour face. All the other servers were great. I'm not sure if she treats Chinese people this way or if she's just unhappy with her job, but she constantly has a poker face, looking utterly miserable while serving guests.

First off, great crew at the front desk. Whether it’s answering my calls requesting the ironing board, or calling a cab for me the day of my departure, they were always available and willing to help.
The issue is they might have overdone it in one instance when I put a note on the room door before leaving asking not to be disturbed and came back to see someone had gotten into my room, changed sheets and towels + “arranged” my stuff. Nice intention but got me confused looking for certain things.
The gym was also a little disappointing: tiny, very limited equipment and only fit for one person at a time. It’s really a space to do yoga and stretch, with one treadmill. But it helped nonetheless.
The real elephant in the room was the location. I found this hotel looking for a place in Florence and this is very misleading from the booking platforms. The city is Prato, there are no Ubers, public transit tricky to navigate (walk 10-15 minutes + take 2 buses and a train to get to Florence in a trip that totals 1h30 min on average) and taxis are rare + expensive (the cheapest I paid was 50€ for a 13 min trip to the airport). Not to mention most taxi drivers are clearly scamming you because they know you’re desperate, turning off their meters and asking you to pay cash.
Overall, not my most memorable experience and would only recommend if you’re staying in Prato. If you plan to visit Florence and are tempted to book a cheaper hotel north of the city, think twice.

I have spend three nights at this hotel. Remarkably easy to do self check-in as I came after reception was closed. Gabriel at the reception was very detailed and caring. Location: quiet neighborhood but only 15 mins walk from downtown, this combination was perfect for me. AC was next to the window, cold air from the side, which created comfortable temperature in the room without coming down directly at bed

Guest UserService was ok except for the kinda ****** head waiter/uncle at the restaurant during buffet service. He is always free for anyone else except for us Asians, it’s always “a moment please” even though he’s not busy.Apart from that, everything was good. The room was spacious, there’s even a separate room to store luggage. They also had a complimentary local snack which is yummy, towels are divided into blue and pink which is cute. However, the sewage system isn’t very efficient. Water pools up when you take a slightly longer shower so I did not dare wash my hair during the stay there. Although it doesn’t seem like it’s huge from the outside, it certainly is on the inside and very vintage. Didn’t get to try the jacuzzi system though. Spa service is also available. A harp player plays daily from 6pm to 8pm. We had a day tour which starts early too so they have a service which lets you take away your breakfast.
