Mercure Petriolo Siena Terme Spa Hotel

I stayed over the Easter weekend, a very beautiful structure with beautiful thermal pools. The problem is management, first of all you can't check in and check out with the operator and the operator talking on the phone at the same time, maybe hire two people per shift. The hotel inside is a labyrinth and the departments are not well signposted. The worst thing is the restaurant where the team is off, running in circles and not knowing where to start, the excuses that were given after the reports were: we have only been open for 2 days, I'm sorry but I'm not in a 4 star these shortcomings are understandable. The only one who proved up to the task was Roxana. It's a shame because this hotel has great potential, I hope that the reviews will soon prove useful to improve the service of this beautiful structure.

Beautiful structure in the middle of nowhere... nice room, nice bathroom but old and worn towels and bathrobe and this is not good in a 4 star... restaurant to forget completely rejected... biblical times and improvised staff... .poor breakfast, not 4 stars, maybe 2....the wellness center is nice but maybe this place isn't worth the money, if it cost less I would do it again for a weekend but at this price it's not...

We stayed two nights in January with our friends, we see that they would have closed shortly because the structure was really sad. Spacious but cold rooms, inside the minibar there was practically only water. Wi-Fi not working, it is unthinkable in a structure like this where not even the telephone takes. Not to mention the restaurant. (Forget it) 😐 The only pool where the kids could swim was freezing and dirty too. I would definitely not go there again. Cold staff like the structure.

Понравилось почти все. Недостаток один - в номере 215 не ловился Вай-фай. В коридоре перед номером ловился, а в самом номере нет. Завтрак достаточно разнообразный для вкусняшек и бедный сырами и мясными изделиями. Официантка в ресторане разговаривает на русском языке.

Non è il loro mestiere non ci sanno proprio fare un esperienza deludente sia al ristorante che in hotel piscine sporche e personale svogliato gestione non preparata senza attenzione alcuna al cliente finale

Struttura bella e molto grande,tutto ok per quanto riguarda la camera,pulita e spaziosa,però a noi ha dato l’idea di una carenza di personale,forse è stato diminuito nel periodo COVID e non sono poi state assunte altre persone.Sia per le piscine esterne che per la spa interna c’era un solo ragazzo e sinceramente ci è sembrato un po’ poco…la spa manca di manutenzione,una vasca non funzionava,le cascate cervicali ne funzionavano due su quattro,ruggine in qua e là,muri scrostati e nella sauna la maggior parte delle persone entravano senza asciugamano per stare seduti,e ovviamente nessun controllo,In conclusione,a nostro avviso,queste mancanze non lo rendono un quattro stelle e sinceramente è un peccato perché la struttura è bella,il panorama dalle piscine esterne è uno spettacolo e sarebbe un peccato perdere di valore per non avere un occhio di riguardo in più a certi particolari perché la struttura meriterebbe.

Breve soggiorno termale assolutamente soddisfacente, in contesto ameno, efficiente e ben organizzato. Ottima camera e servizio ineccepibile. Personale "top". Servizi termali completi e ben strutturati. Piacevole ricordo

Resort molto difficile da trovare, solo un cartello ne indica la presenza quando però è già visibile dalla strada! Camera spaziosissima anche se poco pulita, TV con un cavo fuori posto, è infatti non si vedeva per niente bene, telefono con un filo quasi tranciato, dovuto chiamare la reception con il ns cellulare! WiFi praticamente assente! Ristorante : poca scelta, prezzi molto alti,considerato che gli unici clienti sono gli ospiti del resort! Ma la cosa che sicuramente ci ha fatto veramente andare su tutte le furie, è la richiesta dei dati sensibili della ns carta di credito!!! Motivazione della receptionist: per salvaguardare dai clienti che consumano senza pagare, traduzione: Noi non ci fidiamo dei clienti, che sono i veri ns datori di lavoro, e li obblighiamo a fidarci loro di noi sfidando le più banali norme sulla privacy!! Alle ns lamentele non basta rispondere "che ci posso fare? È il mio lavoro" si chiama il direttore!! Consiglio: da evitare un'esperienza simile!!
