We appreciated our stay at the hotel, as the room and facilities were generally good, especially the swimming pools. The accommodations were comfortable and well-maintained, making for a pleasant experience. However, we did encounter an issue with the flushing toilet, which seemed to require some maintenance. The thin toilet paper provided was even not suitable for disposal in the toilet. We needed to go to the washroom in the lobby. We thus recommend that this be checked for future guests to ensure a better stay. Overall, we enjoyed our time here and hope to see improvements in these areas next time.

We had a wonderful stay at The Parisian Macao! The Eiffel Tower replica is stunning, especially at night when it lights up. The rooms are clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was smooth. The hotel is directly connected to shops and restaurants, so everything is very convenient.

This is a trip with my girlfriend for my birthday. At check-in, our guest service officer Miranda noticed it was my birthday from my passport, and she gave us a free upgrade to a suite right away. This is such a impressive gesture, and I'm so touched by it. Miranda even asked the housekeeping staffs to have my suite decorated with some balloons, I truly appreciate her kindness and thank you Miranda for making my birthday extra special...

Everything is just okay nothing special, if you only need a clean place for sleep Harbourview is a good choice We have stayed here before and it was great, but this time we could feel something wrong with our room (I think everyone know what I mean). The room was not big but didn't feel cramped, only the hotel didn't provide in room bottled water again (there is a water dispenser on every floor if you need water). Considering the price is quite competitive we will back to stay again but not this room

Just back from a fantastic short trip to Macau Studio City! We stayed for one night and had an amazing time at the water park.The attractions were thrilling, and the atmosphere was vibrant. It was the perfect getaway for our family, filled with laughter and unforgettable memories. Can’t wait to visit again!

Very good customer service , got an free upgrade and extra bed because have children in the room and pre arrangement for the birthday arrangement.( Joyce ) call up for the arrangement before check in and and to make sure all is in tip top from time to time during our stay

We stayed at the higher floor and gave us a really good view of the hotel. All my request for my family was accomodate to my liking. The place was clean and pleasant. The staffs are friendly specially Edward who helped us since day 1. I would highly recommend this place specially if you’re looking for a quiet and relaxing place to stay. 👍👍👍
