Facilities: The room felt quite new, probably renovated in the past few years.
Cleanliness: Top-notch.
Environment: Located at the northern end of the Strip, it's very quiet, unlike the bustling Bellagio or Caesars Palace. The monorail station is right downstairs, and I didn't see any homeless people around.
Service: There was a bit of a queue for both check-in and check-out, but it wasn't too bad.

I was in town for a social media event and I had a great stay at MGM Grand Las Vegas! The overall experience was really enjoyable—from the variety of restaurants and shopping options to the shows and attractions right on-site. The bed was super comfortable, and the pool area was definitely a highlight… the lazy river alone made it worth it!
The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the amenities truly delivered. The only downside for me was the view from my room and being located in the North Tower—it felt a bit tucked away and less convenient.
Aside from that, everything else was amazing, and I would absolutely stay again!

I chose this hotel because it was the meeting point for my Antelope Canyon tour. However, compared to other hotels nearby, it's a bit old and crowded. The cleanliness was alright. While it offers good value for money, I'd probably pick a different place next time.
The hotel rooms are very spacious, and there's a Chinese restaurant on-site. The first time I stayed, my room was newly renovated, and I was very pleased. A few days later, I checked in again and was given a different room. This one was very old and hadn't been renovated. Overall, it's still good and very convenient; the hotel is a 5-minute drive from Chinatown. Next time, I'll definitely book this hotel again, but I'll make sure to request a renovated room.

After a disappointing two-night stay at a
diferent hotel, Mandalay Bay was a breath
of fresh air. While it is located a bit further
down the Strip, the free tram connecting to
Luxor and Excalibur makes getting around
very convenient. Overall,I had a great
experience and would definitely stay here
again.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, right in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip. The front desk kindly upgraded us to a VIP room for free, which made for an unparalleled experience. Plus, it's directly across from the famous Bellagio Fountains!

The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of the most bustling and upscale commercial district. You'll find everything you expect and even some pleasant surprises. Just be aware, the mini-bar is best left untouched; anything you take is automatically charged and quite expensive. Although toothbrushes and slippers aren't provided in the room, you can call the front desk and they'll send them up – a bit of a hidden perk! You're welcome for the tip.
Excellent stay! They offer free luggage storage, and it's quite convenient to get there from the airport. The room was spacious and clean. Plus, there's a restaurant and convenience store right downstairs, which is super handy. The front desk staff were also very friendly.
The staff was very helpful and friendly during my stay. I had to extend my stay and they were so accommodating which allowed me to attend to family needs. They had many food options and the gift shop came in handy for last minute needs.

The location is superb. Those places to see are all walking distances and a lot of convenient stores. Only downside was they didnt provide free water bottled , tea or even kettle to boil water.
Being a resort they also didnt provide bathrobe abd sleepers as well. Anyway I had the room with the nice view of the strip. Overall my stay in this hotel was not bad.

Great
The room was clean. But honestly, a $45 Resort fee for this old resort is a bit hard to understand.
This is my third time staying here. I have been in the North Wing, West Wing and the Peppermill Tower. Staff are always helpful and I'm really a guest there for the Spa Toscana, which is first rate. I have never spent time on the gambling floor. I recently ate at Romanza and was quite impressed with the level of service and quality of food. If you can find a good deal on the web to stay here, grab it. Even if its in the West or North Wings, which are bit far from the amenities, but more reasonably priced. The outdoor pools are also really excellent.
What an excellent hotel Circus Circus I will stay here again and I will recommend it to all of my family members. The amenities are wonderful if we need to upgrade, we can upgrade no problem at the front desk reservation was made very easily bathroom super clean water super hot beds super clean the sheets were definitely clean and changed. We stayed at the best value Inn Carson City and that was a horror film 😩🤢 for $150 👎🏼 “no bueno”, I don’t know what else to say that was just something else from another world super dirty on the walls bathroom everything so we will not stay there ever again in Carson City! But we are here at the Circus Circus in Reno and we had a blast and the arcades and kids zone Restaurants are a plus and the whole experience was an A+. The price was absolutely reasonable for the room that you get, it’s awesome!! Thank you, Circus Circus Reno 🫶🏼
Great location to catch a flight in early morning. Friendly staff and it’s nice that they offer free airport shuttle. Didn’t expect the cookies to be so delicious lol
Great gym, sauna, stream room. Very clean room & excellent facilities. Fantastic water purification drinking water. In room coffee maker. Fab cafe downstairs. Fast internet. Wonderful staff. Good prices & no rip off resort fee (that other reno hotels charge extra)
The hotel was wonderful and the staff was very helpful in booking activities and letting us know the places to go. The hotel is really close to the night life. We had the two room suite. It was big and spacious. We loved the bathrooms because were large and we had many people getting ready all at the same time. I would definitely stay here again.
