"Following advice from other reviews, I offered a $20 tip with my passport, but wasn't given a room with a view. The front desk attendant said I'd need to pay an extra $15 per night for a room on the 6th floor with a view of the Bordeaux pool and the Eiffel Tower.
The pool area started playing music early in the morning, which could be an issue for light sleepers. The shower stall was a decent size, but the water pressure was a bit low, and you have to pull out the faucet before turning it.
The hotel itself is a bit dated. Its location is convenient but also noisy, quite different from the Wynn area. We paid just over 500 RMB including tax for our stay, so the value for money was acceptable.
Bordeaux is the main building (older, closer), while Versailles is the annex (newer, further away, connected by a skybridge). The elevator down to the first floor actually leads to the Horseshoe Las Vegas hotel. You can check in/out there, and it's also closer to the parking lot.
After reading other reviews, I didn't dare touch the TV, fridge, or snack bar. The Wi-Fi only allowed two devices. Parking costs $20 per night, linked to your room key, with unlimited in-and-out access."

"I paid extra for a high-floor room, but it still had a connecting door to the adjacent room, seemingly right across from their bed. I could clearly hear snoring, talking, and coughing from next door. I barely drifted off around 1 AM and woke up around 4 AM, again, disturbed by breathing and snoring. This led to a sleepless night. For safety reasons while driving, I had to cancel my Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend tours in Page, losing over 2,700 RMB on tickets alone.
After contacting Trip.com, the hotel agreed to refund $56, which I haven't received yet. I'll see how that progresses. The hotel staff's service attitude was excellent, and they handled the complaint with sincerity. However, Trip.com still hasn't responded regarding how they'll address my losses. I hope to get a satisfactory resolution soon!
This trip, I've encountered two hotels with these connecting doors – it's truly uncomfortable 😞. MGM's overall service was very good though, and their apology was very sincere. Hilton, on the other hand, was terrible with a very poor attitude.
Trip.com bears significant responsibility here. Why isn't this information noted in the hotel details? The prices could also differ from other rooms, giving customers the right to informed choice. Therefore, I demand compensation for the significant losses incurred and the impact on my sleep and travel plans!"

Check-in is strictly at 4 PM, so early check-in costs an extra $25 or requires VIP status.
Overall, I'm satisfied. I had requested a room with a view of the Sphere and the High Roller, and upon checking in, I had a direct view from the window, which met my booking request.
When the room price dropped, Trip.com promptly refunded the difference.
My deposit was released immediately upon check-out, and I received the notification simultaneously.
The hotel offers complimentary bottled water, and room service delivered 7 bottles at once – perhaps it's a lucky number.
There's a CVS nearby, which is very convenient."

I stayed on a newly renovated floor, and while everything met 4-star standards and the stay was comfortable, I definitely won't be coming back. Reason one: it's incredibly inconvenient to go downtown for food, and the hotel's own food street offers poor value for money. Reason two, and the main reason: the deposit is $100 per night, and it wasn't refunded promptly after check-out. It's been three days now, and I still haven't received it back. When I've stayed at other hotels, the deposit was always refunded instantly after check-out. With inconvenient dining and transportation, a $100 deposit, and uncertainty about its return, I'd advise anyone considering staying here to think twice!

This is an older hotel, but it feels like it's been recently renovated. The location is great, and the stay was very pleasant. Parking is $20 a day. The front desk service was excellent. The only downside is that the hotel is quite large, so it's a bit of a trek to get around; it takes about 10-15 minutes just to walk from the car to the room.

TriciaMy husband and I came to Hilton Lake Las Vegas to spend our 7th wedding anniversary. Check in went very smoothly. Shortly after our check in we received a complimentary bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. It was a very welcoming surprise which we genuinely appreciated. We had booked a couples massage at their spa and were very pleased with their services. It was quite relaxing and exactly what we needed! Our room was very clean and quiet. We ordered in room service for breakfast and the food was very much to our liking! We’ve stayed at this resort several times prior and have always been pleased with our stay there. We will definitely be back!

Anonymous UserWe booked two rooms for four people, but the front desk thought we were all staying in one room because it was quite spacious. The facilities are a bit old, but clean. There's shower gel and shampoo, two paper cups, and a mini-fridge. However, there's no toothpaste, toothbrushes, or slippers. From the room, you can see the Big Ball and the Ferris wheel.

forfifaThis hotel is a bit out of the way, about a 10-15 minute walk from the heart of the Las Vegas Strip. The rooms are spacious, but the facilities are old. The Wi-Fi was okay during the day but practically unusable at night. The lobby was noisy, and I didn't feel particularly safe. The parking situation was the weirdest part: you either had to use valet or pay through an app that required a U.S. phone number for registration and payment, which is extremely unaccommodating for international visitors. However, the front desk attendant was very helpful and waived a $20 parking fee for us, which we really appreciated. On the positive side, the hot water and cleanliness were good.

I was pleasantly surprised! Room was huge and clean. A/C was cold and the view was good. Prices at the restaurant were good and the food was great. I loved that I could quickly walk from the parking lot to the room elevators without hiking for miles like other places on the strip. I will definitely stay here again!

Guest UserThis is our second time staying here, and for a family of six visiting Las Vegas, it's definitely great value for money. The master bedroom even has its own bathroom, which is a fantastic amenity. Being able to cook our own meals at the hotel was also very convenient. The only downside this time was that the air conditioning in our room was incredibly noisy – it buzzed loudly as soon as it started. We didn't notice this issue when we stayed in the winter last time. Still, for families, I highly recommend this place.
