I am a restaurant manager with my own restaurant in Manhattan, NY. I like LA very much because I am a Laker fan and I love this city. But the breakfast restaurant in this hotel makes me feel discriminated against for the first time in America for so many years. Maybe I am an Asian face? ? ? ? ? I don't know. From the time I sat down to eat to the end, there were only a few tables of guests at 7 o'clock in the morning, and no one served me coffee or tea, not even a greeting from the waiter! ! ! Don't their wages come from the service charge of each table of guests? ? ?don't take me wrong. I just cannot understand how they can doing this kind of job. What makes me feel worse is that they will ask me what the nearby guests need to drink. Listen.

I heard the safety of Los Angeles (especially around sightseeing area )was getting worse so I choose this hotel. I went to Disney land,dodgers stadium,and beaches, all by Uber. The room was usual,nothing special. The part that I didn’t like was very low Shower pressure. I liked the location of the hotel because it took only 10min by free shuttle bus from LAX and 15min by walking to get to in and out burger. I also liked the breakfast buffet, I could save money and time I guess.

The staff were excellent, but the added fees were ridiculous. $33 a day for resort fee PLUS $59 a day for parking your car, which adds up to a very expensive room. Nothing bad about the actual hotel or staff, just watch the added fees

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights (10-12 Nov) during our business trip, booking two king-bed rooms. The hotel’s location was around 1.5 miles from the downtown. The front office staff, as well as the room service team, were very friendly and attentive. They were always willing to listen to our queries and resolve them with a smile. The only issue we encountered was the lack of an in-room bottled water, dental kit and slippers, which are typically provided in hotels outside of the USA but 2 bottles of water everywhere except DoubleTree By Hilton! While we understand that this may be due to the country’s policies, it can be somewhat inconvenient for travelers who are accustomed to these amenities. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel for its excellent location and great service.

The Westin was perfect for our short stay before flying home. We chose it as it was close to the airport and the shuttle both to and from made it too easy. A short walk to a few dining options and also car hire within the building is a great option. There is also another car hire place just down the road. Overall very pleased with the Westin and would stay there again.

Central location downtown close to Union Square. Nevertheless the neighborhood is slightly rough. Good service, but only 1 bottle of complimentary water for the whole stay. Rooms are clean, but a little small. Good views of the skyline in the higher floors. Staff very friendly.

I used to stay Sheraton whenever i am San Gabriel I also lived in Sheraton Gateway LAX Particularly I praise the General Manager Wanda who is a humble polite and hard working leader We found out we studied at different high school next to each other The team work as a whole is very good 👍🥂🌹🎉

Nice hotel located in downtown LA, close to grand central market and blue bottle coffee. Decent amenities but room is small. Barely able to open luggage whilst toilet is also pretty small. Overall decent stay overall, but could be better with more amenities like free amenities such as toothpaste and toothbrush, and water in the room.

We spent only one night at Doubletree Hilton hotel because we were laying over from our flight. It was a short 10 minute ride from the hotel to the airport and the hotel provides free, shuttle bus service. However, do take note that the driver will ask you for tip. I have checked with the hotels staff, and they mentioned that it is not necessary to pay the Driver. But if you like to be generous towards the driver, you may tip the Driver. I have chosen this hotel because I have read about other hotels and & airbnb whereby the location is either too far away from the airport, or those locations have some “different types of characters” loitering around those areas. This hotel is located at a very quiet place, and it faces the beautiful view of the sea. The price of the hotel room is on the high side, but if you can get a voucher, it would save you a bit

The location is good, a lot of restaurants nearby. They allowed us an early checkin which is nice. Free valet parking helped a long way. Mel and Raymond particularly are very helpful. Good job!

This is one of the best hotels I stayed in LA, I really enjoyed staying in the k-town area, great selection of restaurants, well-stocked supermarkets, close to the metro station and the hotel staff were extremely helpful, I will def come back to this hotel and for sure will recommend this hotel to everyone :)

I like the hotel. Located at a wonderful location just right across the cable car stop. The room was cozy and comfortable. The bed was nice and comfy. There are safe, ice bucket and coffee machine. And the bathroom was spacious. I will very much recommend this hotel.

Hotel looks elegant and new. Checked in was quick. Room is big and clean. Near to Union Square and Chinatown. The only negative point is rain shower water pressure is weak. No hand held shower head and no bidet spray. Everything else is perfect.

Not far from metro and in Chinatown. The area is a bit dodgy at night though. Window curtains were quite dirty. But the bed is very comfortable and the view is great. I would stay again

The staff are friendly and mostly can speak cantonese. The location was alright, difficult to find on the first day. Parking in SF is generally expensive. Room was dusty and the sofa give me rashes. However, the walk from Powell Station has a street of homeless people which I feel unsafe for ladies and young kids.

We got charged a few extras on arrival called destination fee which wasn't clear when booking. It didn't give us any extra benefits for the money not worth it but had to pay it.

neighbourhood is a bit shady if you turn towards Market Street so after 5pm needs to be mindful. Overall good location with nearby amenities, hope the situation could improve as this is a really great location

The service at the hotel was excellent. The employees were very kind when answering our questions. We were also allowed to check in early which was very sweet since we arrived early. They also have a nice gym with a lot of equipment and a nice restaurant attached. Parking is unfortunately not included and it costs $75 for overnight. Fortunately, there are many parking areas around the hotel for much cheaper. Would 100% recommend!

Friendly staff, good value for money hotel in okay location but generally San Francisco is not great or overly safe feeling. Nearby parking is very expensive approx $44 per night, once you leave the parking you have to give you ticket and pay again.

The hotel is very conveniently located, just a few minutes walk from Pier 39 and Fisherman's Wharf. The front desk staff and the staff who looked after our luggage and opened and closed the entrance door were all very friendly and helpful. The room was clean.

The hotel facilities are diverse and very convenient. It's a pity that the service attitude is not very friendly. My children and I arrived at the hotel at one o'clock in the afternoon. The front desk said that there were no rooms ready and asked us to come back at three o'clock in the afternoon. We came back after lunch. At about four o'clock in the afternoon, the front desk arranged a room for us near the elevator. We went up After seeing the room, we immediately went back to the front desk and asked them to change rooms. We told the front desk that the children might be woken up by the noise in the morning because they were close to the elevator, and we hoped to change to another room, but the front desk staff was reluctant and only said, ”I don't t think so we have other room for you!”, Because we were staying for 3 nights and expressed that we could not accept a room so close to the elevator, the front desk staff went to express it to the manager, and the manager immediately said that he could change the room for us. But for three nights, the bed was not clean. My children and I were bitten by insects every day. Our hands, feet and back were also bitten every day, which was itchy and painful.

Great location. Very convenient! Friendly staff. Hotel itself aged look and feel. Water was stopped between 11 pm to 6 am for the entire building, On the second day. Could not shower or anything for that day. We came in for a convention we worked till midnight and then had to leave following morning at 6 pm. COULD NOT SHOWER!!! The room wasn’t cleaned for two days, we had to call the front desk for each day. Not the great experience. Hope our next stay will be better…

A nice cosy hotel but the heart attack came during check out as I was charged the full amount of the stay when I had paid in full. After clarifying with Trip, they actually charging for pre-authorization charge which I was not informed during check-in.

I love the DoubleTree by Hilton. This is my Go To Hotel when we visit Anaheim. Never a disappointment. --Paul was helpful, caring and so Fabulous. But will never go thru a 3rd party again..

From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the hotel’s beautiful entrance and lobby and meticulously clean environment. It’s clear that a lot of thought and care has gone into maintaining this lobby. One of the standout features of this hotel is their family-friendly policy of ”kids eat free.” This not only adds great value for families traveling with children but also makes dining more enjoyable without the added stress of budgeting for meals. It was delightful to see kids savoring their meals with smiles and laughter filling the dining area—a testament to the welcoming atmosphere the hotel fosters. The pool area is nothing short of breathtaking. The stunning design incorporates lush landscaping, providing a serene oasis for relaxation. Even more impressive is the cleanliness and upkeep of the pool. It sparkles in the sunlight, inviting guests to take a refreshing dip or lounge poolside with a drink in hand. This meticulous attention to detail elevates the overall experience and sets a positive tone for the entire stay. However, I must mention that while the hotel’s public areas and amenities are fantastic, the rooms themselves are somewhat outdated. Although they provide the necessities and comfort for a good night's sleep, the decor and furnishings could use an upgrade to match the hotel’s otherwise stunning aesthetic. Nevertheless, this did not significantly detract from my overall experience. After all, when you're surrounded by such beauty and comfort in other areas, it’s easy to overlook the room's shortcomings. In conclusion, this hotel is a gorgeous retreat that excels in providing top-notch amenities, such as kid-friendly dining options and a beautiful pool area. While there’s room for improvement in room decor, the overall experience remains delightful and fulfilling. I would definitely recommend this hotel for families and vacationers looking for a blend of relaxation and fun! Lastly, parking and shuttle to theme parks were complimentary! It’s a 4 stars for me!

This is an old hotel, but it was renovated in 2021, so the room looks pretty good. The room does not provide water, but you can buy water from the vending machine in the corridor, 3.5 US dollars a bottle. It is a bit far to walk to the park, about ten minutes, not as close as Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa, but Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa was renovated in 2017, and the room looks a bit old. Also, Goofy's restaurant is in this hotel, but the princess breakfast is in Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa. So each one takes what he needs~

The hotel is very new. You don’t have to worry about hygiene or anything else. The rooms have all the facilities you should have. It's not particularly close to Disneyland, but it's a good distance. There's no shuttle bus to the park, so you need to drive there. The hotel has a parking lot for 25 dollars per day. There is a dedicated person responsible for parking for you. Public security is also very good Stayed for three nights in a row, very good value for money

Stayed for two nights, about 25 minutes' drive from Disneyland. I didn't expect to see fireworks. It was so empty. The cookies provided by the hotel were delicious. The laundry room was far away and dark and thin. The machine was dirty and damaged. I finished drying some clothes. Smelly. There are fast food and Orange outlets nearby, but there is nothing to buy.

Hilton Hotel is as stable as ever. I have been to the United States for business so many times, and I still like Hilton, Marriott, and Courtyard. The bed is very comfortable and the space is very large.

The location is very odd - you can’t easily walk anywhere. For the price I was very disappointed in the place. Our room looked out at the highway. The hot water didn’t work and the bathroom was very outdated and the bathtub old. The service was nice and there’s a nice rooftop area but overall I wouldn’t recommend.
