We had the pleasure to eat at Belmont Cafe. It was an exceptional experience and the service was second to none. From the greeting upon entry to the quality of food and the attentiveness we received, the entire time was incredible. We had the four cheese pizza, fresh lumpia, Laing and other items. The food was beyond delicious and can’t wait to taste more dishes in the future. We want to give special recognition for Chef Ri, she checked on us to make sure we enjoyed the food, a rare thing and much appreciated. Special recognition as well to our server Michael, he went above and beyond to make our visit memorable and was one of the most attentive I have seen, he provided the highest quality of service and others in the future will have a hard time matching his skills. Thank you for all you did to make our dinner one we will not forget.

Mixed Experience at Maribago Blue Waters Maribago Blue Waters has always held a special place in our hearts, as we’ve loved coming here since we were kids. However, during our recent stay, we noticed some areas that could use improvement. While the more expensive rooms are definitely worth the price, the deluxe rooms at 7k don’t quite live up to expectations. They feel outdated, like they haven’t been updated in 20 years. The restaurant and spa are also quite pricey, especially the spa, which felt a bit too expensive for what it offers. During weekends, the resort can get pretty crowded, likely due to the number of walk-in guests. However, the staff are super friendly and always make you feel welcome. One highlight of our stay was the amazing breakfast, offering a great variety from local Filipino favorites to international dishes. We especially loved the guy selling ”taho”—it brought back some wonderful childhood memories! While we still have a soft spot for Maribago Blue Waters, it feels like some things need improvement to live up to the resort’s reputation.

We celebrated our wedding anniversary in Solea. The facility was well-maintained, my kids enjoyed the aqua park and swimming pools, the area was wide enough for you to walk around. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a great time.

I booked this hotel with my 11 year daughter to have my birthday staycation. The hotel was quite new and designs are modern. Check in was very smooth with very kind polite front desk officers. I was allowed to have an early check in as the hotel wasnt fully booked at that time and was kind to offer me a room upgrade. I politely declined the upgrade as the bed configuration wasnt suited for me and my daughter. We wanted a twin bed and the room upgrade was for one queen sized bed only. The size of our room was relatively small for a twin bed room. Its roughly 21sqm in size and it kinda tight when all your luggages and things have been all around the room. The Buffet breakfast was on the average side, Hot dishes werent kept warm and choices was kinda limited. But for the average kind of breakfast spread, I wouldnt complain more. The hotel is very near (I mean walking distance) to 7/11 convenience Stores, good quality restaurants nearby , Mcdonalds, Mactan Alfresco etc... I love the ambiance of the community ... its like a little city within a small community. Not that I really didnt like that much, but it was just something that I didnt appreciated much... its the hotel's pool that looks like blurry and wasnt kept clean by the time we went to visit the area. The prices at the bar was kinda pricey and wouldnt offer any happy hour during the day. The Surroundings of the pool area werent kept clean and aesthetically pleasing. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at Savoy.

We recently stayed at Elizabeth Hotel as a family and had a generally pleasant experience. While the rooms are a bit dated and could use some updates, they were clean and comfortable enough for a relaxing stay. The breakfast was definitely a highlight – simple yet delicious and filling, with enough variety to suit everyone. The hotel is also very family-friendly and offers great affordability, making it an excellent choice for budget-conscious travelers. Overall, it’s a decent option for families looking for comfort and value, despite the slightly older facilities.

Did not feel welcome at all, someone searched my bags prior entering the hotel, check in made me feel unwelcome as well, a big smile but asking for deposit and bombarding me with a ton of rules, room was noisy and not clean, lots of dust, even some potato chips on the furniture... Location is good though and there is a casino, but that's it, overpriced.

Great place to stay with your loved ones. Staff are friendly and accomodating plus they are always smiling. The Salt Restaurant made us feel like they are always there to attend to our needs. Very Good people around. Front desk is available 24/7 and that’s awesome! Thank you for the great stay BE! Will surely be back soon!

Our stay at Henann Premier Coast in Bohol was absolutely delightful. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that every detail of our visit was perfect. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, offering a luxurious and comfortable experience. The resort’s location is stunning, with breathtaking views of the ocean and easy access to the beach. We loved lounging by the pristine pools and indulging in the delicious food at the on-site restaurants. The breakfast buffet had an extensive selection of both local and international dishes, and each meal was a treat. What truly set Henann Premier Coast apart was the impeccable service. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, always greeting us with a smile and ready to assist with any request. Overall, Henann Premier Coast exceeded our expectations in every way. Great city view. Room size is above average meaning bigger than other deluxe Seda rooms we’ve been to. Misto resto is with a great view but it can be easily get full and refill takes time especially the bacon. There is direct access to the Mall which is a good thing however there is not much yet in the Central Block Mall but the basics are there. It could have been 5 star if not for the front desk who called in the middle of the night 10:30pm. They interrupted our sleep for a mistake. We were asleep when they called to ask if we’re done with the iron and board which we previously requested but declined because there was no available. Other than that, it was a great 2N/3D. We’ll comeback when in town.

Let’s start from the good parts: * The service was great, always welcome you with a smile and greeting. * location- although it takes 15 mins to Alona beach , it was not bad or we didn’t feel a burden from it. * soft towels , pillow, soft duvet, soft toilet paper - really good. Now for the bad parts: The hotel has a lot of potential to be great. But unfortunately it doesn’t do much to be like that. * breakfast - the worst I’ve ever had. No western selection, no omelette, no cappuccino. * pool - is great when it’s clean. Unfortunately it wasn’t clean and we complained about it and they cleaned it a day after but still , it must be maintain. * the AC remote function is only in Chinese , don’t understand that point at all. Why it’s not in English? No user friendly.

We arrived at 2:00 AM and wanted a place to stay near the airport. This is about as close as you can get. We were hoping to walk from the international terminal to the hotel but it didn't look walkable when we arrived so we had to call a taxi to take us the 400m. Overall we had a positive experience. The kids really enjoyed the pool and the breakfast was decent.

Amazing hotel with unbelievably helpful staff! Everyone is so welcoming and friendly! Everything is provided for you so there is no need to travel outside the resort :)

Although our room was a little bit old, we enjoyed the garden and relaxing environment. Originally booked a night at Bluewater, but they were fully booked so we booked here. Although Bluewater has a better beach and pools, white sands is definitely more relaxing.

We lived in this place from May 02 to May 06, 2024 with our family (2 adults, 2 children). The apar**ents left me with a mixed feeling. First, about the advantages: good location, good restaurants, supermarkets nearby, you can easily walk to Magellan's tomb. The room is quite large with a separate bedroom with a double bed and a spacious wardrobe, a separate kitchen-living room with two sofas (we had enough to spread out one to sleep two children). The room has a utility room with a washing and drying machine - this was a pleasant surprise. All residents are given a pass to the nice Savoy beach, there is a shuttle there or you can walk there. The beach is good. There are nice clean swimming pools on site. You need to understand that this is not a hotel in its classic form, no one will clean the room, change towels and bed linen, etc. The purpose of our 4-day stay in Mactan was to visit the south of Cebu (swimming with sharks, turtles, sardines, Kawasan waterfall) and an excursion to the island of Bohol. From this point there are excursion routes to the places we need. Now about the minuses: there is no luggage storage room, we arrived 3 hours before check-in time, since early check-in was impossible, we wanted to leave our bags and go for a walk and eat, but it turned out that the luggage storage room is paid and in a completely different building and it’s hot there You still have to walk with your bags. But the main disadvantage is some kind of karaoke nightclub right under the hotel windows. The music there plays very loudly from the evening until late at night (2:30 am!!!). The volume was so loud that our windows on the 8th floor vibrated! It's almost impossible to sleep! Imagine that you leave for an excursion at 4:00 in the morning. And the music is blasting until 2:00! This of course greatly worsens the quality of rest!!!!

there are about six or seven old buildings five and six stories high. some are apartments, some sold as condos, some are managed long term stay and clockwork orange owns or leases twenty or so and pretends they are a luxury suite for travelers . clockwork patrons share all common areas like elevators and halls with all walks of life. the pool clockwork shows is not accessible to clockwork patrons. their pool is a postage stamp surrounded by six stories on all sides with balconies flying laundry and residents sitting smoking or doing just nothing. this is a place for poor people we were in two rooms after refusing the first one which had no lock at all on the patio door and other issues. the second was very nice in appearance but the bathroom drains had to be picked out with your fingernails to drain, one very nice large tv did not work, there was no soap or shampoo which took about three hours to get finally there is nothing in the neighborhood. its 7 to 15 minute walk to any services like seven eleven on a very busy two lane road with no sidewalks. No Thanks to that the ”captive” hotel store had almost nothing on the shelves. there is a cafe on the first floor two with a fast food menu painted on the facade. the only possible use for this place might be to overnight relative to flying. it is close to the airport btw, the staff and esp marriane were great although marriane was obvious the girl friday of the place. although i need maintenance i think marriane was it. i never saw security anywhere in the entire complex. marriane did part of the housekeeping in addition to all of the client management of check and check out. give clockwork orange a wide berth!!

The bathroom didn't look clean. The toilet was broken. One of the two bathrooms had a broken shower booth, so water came out strangely. I recommend taking a shower booth (and bring plenty of filters) There were two towels per bed, and they gave out toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap, and shampoo. There was Netflix and YouTube on the TV. There was a sofa where you could stretch your legs (I don't know how to open the middle one). There were four air conditioners, including the living room and the bedroom. The air conditioner dripped water, which was uncomfortable. There was a carrier in the closet of the room that I didn't know. I didn't want to use the closet because it didn't look clean. The kitchen was equipped with an induction stove, microwave, refrigerator, and cooking utensils. There were also sponges and dishwashing sponges. There was a swimming pool on the 5th floor of the hotel. There was a mini pool and playground equipment that kids could play in. There was a Korean mart, a laundromat, Starbucks, a mart, a pharmacy, a currency exchange place, restaurants, and a club around the hotel. There was a taxi stand nearby, so it was easy to get around You could pay with Korean won at the Korean Mart Overall, I was satisfied, and the staff were friendly and nice I would visit again if only the bathroom was clean

I must start with the most incredible aspect of our experience, which far exceeded expectations. We accidentally left over $1,000 USD in our hotel room safe when we checked out. We didn’t realize this until after we had arrived on Boracay. I didn’t expect to ever see that money again. Certainly, in the US, there’s no chance in hell I’m ever getting that money back. Nevertheless, when I called the Holiday Inn Cebu City, the staff seemed genuinely committed to finding the money and somehow getting it back to me. Once they found it, they called me back immediately and confirmed the amount in the safe. Then, for the better part of two days, the staff visited various Western Union offices in Cebu City to find someone that would exchange the notes into pesos, which they could then send to me via Western Union in the US. They finally found someone who could send all but $300 because those were the older $100 bills that most foreign money changers won’t touch. Oh well, I was more than excited to get most of my money back. I was quite happy to leave the remaining $300 as a tip for their super service. Then, after a couple more weeks, they contacted me and let me know they were able to convert the remaining $300 to pesos. Keep in mind that this is a country where the wage rate is significantly lower than the US and this was a material amount of money. The staff at the Holiday Inn Cebu City was so honest and so committed to excellent customer service that they went out of their way to get the rest of the money to me. This in itself made me a life time, loyal customer of this hotel. Now, beyond this particular amazing experience, the hotel is the perfect spot for tourists. The rooms are impeccably clean and modern, the breakfast buffet was the best we had in Asia, and the swimming pool had a great view and was well appointed. The location is perfect for tourists because lots of places are walking distance, like the Ayala Center. Hands down a memorable stay for a world traveler who’s been to every continent. I highly recommend this property!!

As part of the organizing team for our event, I was very impressed with Mezzo Hotel. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, showing a high level of professionalism while being friendly and approachable. They even provided basic medicine when needed, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture. The rooms were excellent—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The food was also fantastic, offering a variety of delicious options that everyone enjoyed. Overall, our experience at Mezzo Hotel exceeded expectations, and I highly recommend it for events or stays.

Clean and well-presented hotel. I've never experienced a hotel lobby not being on the ground floor (it's on floor 9), but that's no big deal. We stayed in the deluxe twin room. 2 king single beds that can be pushed together if you're a couple. Beds were very comfortable! Bathroom was also very clean. The only issues we had were: WiFi very slow/going in and out of range. Wait times for the elevator were consistently long (3-4mins) Buffet breakfast was delicious! We didn't get the chance to check out the pool as we only stayed overnight.

Hotel wasn’t horrible but I just think I came at wrong time. Hotel needs a little renovation done to brighten up pool areas. They were a bit run down. While I was staying there I barely had hot water. And when water did work the pressure was low. Besides that, the room was pretty clean and modern. The service staff were good. The door man and door people were friendly. They had a nice gym with almost every machine,a spa, mini ****** and a restaurant in the building. You can get your laundry done for very cheap in tower 2 of the building. Overall it was decent if you are passing through cebu. The location is pretty good because you are next to a lot in city. But it is very busy when you exit hotel.

The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. The breakfast was good. Only 1 issue with room as the ac unit was dripping, but they quickly changed our room without any issues. All in all a very nice hotel and safe location.

We had a very nice stay at 88th Ave. Rates are very reasonable and units are very nice, clean and kitchen stocked well with needed essentials. Very comfortable beds. Staff was very friendly. Cleaning staff amazing! Location is good, but you might find yourself having to take a walk across the street to Ayala Central Bloc for more restaurants/eating options. Small Korean store on the property, but lacks what one would find in 711 or a Lawsons. I didn't notice any grocery stores nearby. You might consider bringing your food to prepare with you. Restaurants on the property are mostly higher $$$ and geared towards those liking specialty/Korean foods. None of the restaurants I tried accept credit cards.

Super comfortable bed, good size room and bathroom, modern, great air-cond. and a wide range of cable TV channels. Extremely well managed hotel and great value at less than 2,500 pesos per night. The breakfast is suited to Filipino's, so I only tried the restaurant once. One suggestion is to add the Australia channel to the list of cable TV options.
