My experience at the Britannia Hotel was mostly positive. However, the split bed arrangement was not ideal. I had booked for two people but ended up going alone, and the divided bed was inconvenient. Additionally, I expected a room near the window but was given one on the opposite side, which had a view of the road instead of Canary Wharf. Overall, it was a good stay, especially since I only spent a few hours there.

The hotel is correct but there is an accumulation of small things which make it not good value for money. Wring access card for the room, very slow Internet, have to queue 15minutes minimum to get a table for breakfast and you are told it s busy time so you give one hour come back but still same issue, shower head dismounted in your hands, ..... Staff is nice and kind but the hotel needs maintenance, it s too expensive for the result.

The hotel was very clean, tidy, and extremely comfortable. The atmosphere was inviting, and the facilities were well-maintained. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a pleasant stay.

Great stay, I’ve now stayed here multiple times and this has become a true favourite, great access to train lines, Elizabeth Jubilee, DLR, central and over ground including national rail, Westfields on your doorstep, STK restaurant on the top floor of your hotel!

Visit here often for work. The location is fantastic and the staff are always helpful and nice. The staff that work the Starbucks cafe in the lobby Ali, and Goitom always great me with a warm hello and go above and beyond.

Excellent Stay at Hilton Olympia London – Highly Recommended! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hilton Olympia London, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Check-In & Service: From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional expecially the supervisor Sam and the all the front desk team. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and the front desk team went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. . Rooms & Comfort: My room was spotlessly clean, well-appointed, and spacious. The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep, and the amenities, including a well-stocked minibar, tea/coffee facilities, ensuring a peaceful stay. Breakfast Experience: Breakfast had a fantastic selection, from fresh pastries to hot, made-to-order options. A grâce from Sam Overall Experience: Hilton Olympia London combines elegance, comfort, and excellent service, making it a fantastic choice for leisure travelers. Really lovely trip here. Location is great, has many underground lines here, and has a super large mall just 3 minutes walk from the hotel. Staff are great as well and friendly! Only concern was that there is only 2 washing machine and 2 dryer in the laundry room, and 1 washing machine was spoilt during my stay.

This hotel is a 25 minute walk to Euston/ Kings Cross station and a 10 minute walk from Angel tube station,  so in a good location for connecting to other areas of London. It was also on many bus routes too!  It was a bit on the pricey side, but I suppose to be expected for London. The room itself was quite spacious and comfortable. The only downside is that I got a room at the back of the property so there wasn’t much natural light. That being said I was mainly out exploring in the day and also the weather wasn’t great to begin with. I would stay again for ease and convenience.

Albeit I'm scottish, trying to get the staff to understand REALLY SLOWLY SPOKEN ENGLISH, was literally impossible. Alarms going off in unoccupied rooms!? Reported to reception, and literally had to write it down.. Asked for taxi for 7.30 to T5... Went down to reception, no taxi... Staff had booked for T6?! There is no T6.. Very handy for airport, otherwise, pay £5 more and go next door..

We booked 2 rooms but they said cannot be closed to each other. We changed to a suite that was close to the 2nd room, then I found out that the room was very big, enough for 4 but according to the manager, cannot just use one room as the room was only for 3 adults. As I have full paid, no refund accoding to manager. Fair deal but not nice. The location is very close to terminal 2 but walking to terminal 3 without any lugguage needs at least 15 min. Beware. Otherwise as expected from a chain hotel.

This is the first time I have booked a hotel alone for the night before a flight and I was very impressed both with the hotel and its reception staff who arranged my transport to the airport for me too. I would use again and recommend

Although I reviewed this hotel back in June, I thought I would give an update on our last, and definitely final, visit to this hotel. In July we stayed at the Sheraton for one night and parked our car at the hotel for 3 weeks. After midnight, when we had gone to bed, we heard a high powered car being revved and raced around the car park. Yes, someone was using the car park as a race track, using the cars parked there as the edges of the track! Someone else was taking pictures on their mobile phone. We contacted reception, who sent out a security guard and another member of staff. They, however, obviously knew the people racing the car and had a good laugh and joke with them before returning to the hotel, leaving the racers still revving their car and taking photos. I took photos too (attached). My wife was incensed by this total lack of interest from the hotel, and stormed down to reception. One of the people who had gone out to the car was there, plus the duty manager looking rather sheepish. They apologised with a grin on their faces and seemed to think that it was totally acceptable to them that this was going on as the people racing the car were members of staff!!! An incredible attitude. And it was obvious from their reaction that this was not a first time occurrence. Realising that we weren't going to get anywhere with the totally useless members of staff, and as by now the racers had left, we decided to raise the problems with a senior member of staff the following day. A couple of the managers we spoke to on the following day were disgusted at what had happened the previous night. Unfortunately they had already handed in their resignation as they weren't happy with the way the hotel is being run. So decide if you're happy to leave your car at a hotel that condones its staff using the car park as a race track and what damage they could do to your car. Remember, any damage to your car is not the responsibility of the hotel, even if it's their own staff who have caused the damage! Please read the other reviews regarding cars being damaged at this Hotel. I posted a review on the Marriott website and received a very defensive response from the front desk duty manager. She apologised for the fact that staff were racing cars in the car park but didn't seem to really take it seriously. This experience, combined with the non-working air conditioning in the bedrooms, the tvs in the bedrooms that often don't work, the gaffer-taped tatty old carpeting in the hallways, the scruffy pool area that is hardly ever swept clean, the downgraded quality of the Club Lounge and the withdrawal of the Club concierge service seems to be indicative of a company seeking to justify changing the branding of this hotel to one of Marriotts budget brands. However, they're still charging 4 star prices for a hotel that now struggles to give one star service. Shame on you Marriott for ruining a formerly very good quality hotel. Nicely decorated, simple but modern and classy. Clean, accessible options available. 24/7 room service is a great service especially for late travellers but more options would be great. Shower & soaps were nice, bed was large and very comfortable. Could do with leaving a toothbrush kit as most hotels do being an airport hotel. Staff were friendly and accomodating, i am late stage pregnancy and staff accommodated me with offering a room close to reception. The price is very fair for the overall experience. Would recommend and would stay again.

Stayed here for a short layover and its quite near Heathrow airport!! Took a bus from the airport, about 15-20mins (excl waiting time) and we reached. Check in: Swift, maybe cuz it was 11+pm hehe Service: Great, there was a night menu from the hotel resturant next door and our hotel staff took the extra mile to collect and bring over to reception for us 🙏 Food: Morning breakfast was a classic american brekkie buffet, it was quite good. Comfort/cleanliness: Bed was comfy, clean. Toilet was huge and very wheelchair accessible but shower area was a little small when curtains are drawn (and if u accidentally touch the wet curtains its SO COLDDDD 😳 toilet wasnt the best looking cuz it looked like public ones but overall still ok

Wonderful friendly staff and a great selection of freshly prepared food including delicious creative salads as well as 3 hot dishes! Particularly loved the beef stew and spinach arincini and the mooli and chickpea sauce. Children loved the red velvet and banofee tart! Well done Chef Valentina and team- thank you for an awesome evening. We will be back.

Wonderful stay, I may said it is the best hotel I have lived in London. Thank you for arrange us to the highest floor and enjoy a fascinating view in morning. You may go to Heathrow Airport by bus, but there are to many choices for you, so great!

I stayed here a couple of times but the last time was the last! I booked in and paid in advance then on the day, I checked in and offered my photo ID as I had done previously and it had been accepted before, however on this occasion I was refused check-in as they had now decided only a passport would be acceptable which I didn’t have. The unhelpful staff and then the manager offered no solution and just shrugged and said “nothing we can do”. It should again be noted that my photo ID was acceptable before but not now – it should also be noted that the confirmation email only requested “photo ID” which I provided. No specific ID was asked for. So it seems this hotel makes up the terms and condition s as they go and seemingly change them when they feel like it! The room had been paid for so there was no chance of my running off without paying. After some time I finally resolved this by my husband racing home and emailing a copy of the passport which was grudgingly accepted otherwise my I was looking at nowhere to stay after an early, start at 4 a.m., a very long day then finally the hopeless staff at this place refusing entry to a customer who had paid way in advance causing a lot of stress! The receptionist told me they needed the passport to verify the address – however my address is not in the passport so this is a bit confusing. The manager confirmed this as well as confirming no entry and no help. This is really terrible service as they could have easily verified the address with other documents I had but this was not accepted – my ID clearly showed me as senior management at a local large organisation but the staff were unhelpful and seemed totally disinterested that I would have nowhere to stay – this part of London gets booked quickly hence my booking way in advance so the likelihood of getting a room somewhere else was very remote. It would have been simple to verify me but the staff were more interested in being difficult. So my feeling is the staff had maybe screwed up with another customer and had decided to ad hoc changes to the terms leaving me almost stranded. It could also have been a method of releasing a room for someone else – maybe a friend of the hotel. Who knows but I would be very careful using this place as they seem to have some very dubious and “flexible” terms for staying here and you may get caught out. I will never book here again and as a vice president of a large global organisation that hosts many international clients, I would certainly not recommend this place. It's short sighted of this hotel to be so unhelpful as they will have lost business but their lack of help displays a clear lack of interest in the customer. Please book here if you are happy to risk sleeping on the park bench instead of a hotel room! In general, the hotel is a very comfortable place. The staffs are so nice and very helpful. The restaurant for the breakfast are also really good. And it is located in a very convenient location, you can very easy to take bus to Richmond or ealing board way to go to central london or the airport. My mum visit me in London. I booked a 2 bed’s room, but basically the room is only for her to stay. She lived there for 10 nights. The hotel guaranteed that they will do housekeeping every 7 days. For the last night I choose to stay with her. However, I accidentally found the bed is full of hairs. Some hairs are short, and some are long. Which should not belongs to my mum. It means the housekeepers have not change the bed sheet and those hairs are not belongs to my mum, because she stay in only 1 bed. But that bed with hairs is the other one. Clean and tidy for a bed is the basic requirement for an accommodation. That’s really disgusting and unacceptable for an apartment hotel. All in all, I would recommend other travelers to stay but the hotel should train staff to do the room cleaning well.

Love this hotel stay here every time we visit london. Rooms are a good size for a family of 4. I visit withHubby and both my 7year old and 4 year old. Excellent leisure facilities! Has a lovely swimming pool which always has a decent temperature alongside a sauna and a gym. Excellent changing rooms but found to be very cold when entering. This hotels has excellent staff working here and this visit was by far the best. I had a lovely warm Top class female named Priti check us out. Priti had very good humour and made us smile she was very helpful and mentioned we still had complimentary welcome drinks left on our room stay which we had before we left. Very professional and excellent communication skills from staff here. Attentive and very helpful never appear to be stressed. Go far and beyond. Keep up the good work. Can’t wait to stay on my next visit which will be in October term.

I stayed here for a night away in London. Hounslow Station is only 5 minute walk away from the hotel for the Piccadilly Line. Parking is ample at the rear. The staff and very welcoming and accommodating. The hotel is spotlessly clean, smells anmazing and attention to detail to little things in the room. I had a single en-suite on the top floor which was small but had everything I needed and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The shower was outside with this room though but other rooms have a full bathroom. Thank you for a lovely stay I will be back on my next visit

This is not the first time that I have stayed in this hotel, As always, the room is spotlessly clean and the staff are s happy to help you. With any problems you might incur, The only way that this hotel could be any better. Is if they allow you to bring your dog with you...... The hotel is situated in beautiful surroundings, perfect for dogs., And you have ground floor rooms available which go directly onto the grass outside, which is perfect for anyone wishing to bring their furry babies with them. Other than that in my opinion, there is no hotel better than this that I have stayed in, And I have stayed in most of them.

My room was upgraded and ready for me on arrival, it was very clean and there was also complementary water in my room. The Holiday Inn staff were very accommodating and helpful in every way. The breakfast was good, although the variety was small but it tasted good. The location is also very good, take the picadilly line (blue line) and stand at hounslow central, just 5 minutes walk.

We have just moved to London with my wife and we were looking for a nice accommodation for 14 weeks. We thought that it might be good idea to settle in Chiswick in Clayton Hotel as it is not so busy area. However we were totally disappointed. Just a short summary: 1. We paid for one night at the first day as my company had to pay for the rest of accommodation on next day. Next day when I was at work the hotel BLOCKED the room saying that they will not let her into until they get the payment from the company. Nice, yeah? 2. Cleaning service was just awful. It was fine the first couple of days but than they just stopped to change the cups, blankets, toilet paper and even towels! At one day we came quite late to the room and called the reception asking them to bring the glasses as they were not changed dieting the day and they refused saying that they don’t have any late services for that and if we want new cups we have to go down to the bar and take them. The tables had not been cleaned properly so that a lot of spots stayed on the surface. We also asked to change the blankets twice - no result. 3. The final day was even more interesting. We had plenty of luggages and despite the fact that reception kept some of our staff they provided NO HELP in getting our luggage to the taxi just looking how difficult it was for us. Never again, Clayton. Goodbye.

The hotel is very new, the bathroom is big enough, the bed is not very soft, very comfortable, the surrounding facilities are complete, it is very convenient for eating, shopping and subway! You can cook, the tableware is complete, highly recommended! Ms. MELANIE at the front desk is very enthusiastic and the service is great! !
