The location of the hotel is superb. The main door is at Nan Song Yu Jie. Walking distance to Qing He Fang and Wu Shan Guang Chang, which is the most happening square in the city. There's a 24-hour convenient mart just outside of the hotel. The rooms were nice and cosy, just enough space for 2 ppl to open our luggage on the floor. However, the wifi was not that strong in the room, we needed to use our own Internet roaming. Besides, their pipping might not be so good, as the bathroom of one of our rooms was quite smelly. We requested to change the room, and they agreed immediately as well. The service of their staff are splendid, they are very helpful and friendly. They patiently answered all my questions about Alipay, DiDi, travel plans, etc. Specifically Mr. Wang (Mr. 王有为), he helped us arrange our one-day trip to Yi Wu and our transport to Su Zhou. He also recommended us some restaurants that the locals themselves would go. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Hotel Hao. It is very convenient. We have been assigned to Room 67 under Mo Mo De Jia (默默的家)! How lucky to have such a helpful and kind owner and we truly felt the hospitality! We arrived at WuZhen at 1am (due to flight delay and long journey) and our owner still helped us with luggages in her sleepwear (we felt so sorry). Mrs owner always check on us and we felt like home. They prepared us delicious wholesome breakfast and also helped us in booking the following day's Morning Tea 早茶客 session. All the people there were so kind and one of my best experiences in China is the one in Wuzhen. The ancient town is so beautiful, enchanting and peaceful with kind people around us. Nice riverside view from our room too! Oh ya, the hair dryer in our room was awesome!

Really have a good stay in zhejiang hotel. All the front desk staffs are very helpful. The house keeping aunties also super nice. Room is clean and spacious. Toilet is spacious, clean and water pressure also good. House keeping are super nice, they know we drink a lot water, so they even gave us 4 bottles of drinking water. And write us a card. This is the 1st time I have this warmth treat by a hotel. They even provide many drinking water at the floor lobby to let all the guests took it when needed. Surely I recommend this hotel to all my friends to hangzhou next time. They have special toothbrush and slipper for kids 👍🏻

Excellent hotel to book if you are travelling late. Our flight from Zhengzhou got delayed and ended up reaching Hangzhou at 2am. It was a 10 minutes walk from T3 to T4 and the hotel is very comfortable. The front door was not sound proof hence could hear people talking outside. The staff was good and spoke good English. The breakfast was very good having continental options.

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. Was perfectly located just off the main street full of malls and eateries. Also 10 minutes walk from the Hangzhou lake. Room was neat and clean. Staff service was awesome especially Joyce who upgraded our room :). Thanks Joyce.

This hotel is the best value for money. The location is great, just a few minutes walk from the subway line 1 station, the main street with shopping malls and the West lake, and the bus station (one of the bus line there goes directly to Lingyin temple) very convenient for sightseeing. We arrived earlier than the check-in time and wanted to leave our luggage, but they allowed us to check in earlier. They gave welcome fruits and gift, which surprised us that such services are available at a hotel in this price range. The buffet-style breakfast is served in a revolving restaurant on the top floor. There is a lot of Chinese food, some Western and Japanese food are also available. We will definitely stay this hotel again when we come back to Hangzhou.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express West Lake East Hangzhou and had a great experience. The hotel is in a perfect spot, right next to a metro station, making it super easy to get around. It's also close to beautiful spots like West Lake and Lingyin Temple, which are just a short trip away. The rooms are really spacious, bed size are bigger than usual. Plus, they're super comfy, making it a great place to relax after a day of exploring. Overall, it's a fantastic place to stay if you're visiting Hangzhou.

First hotel in China and i can say that the hotel is amazing. The night receptionist 陈先生 did his very best in helping us. The first day we have trouble using the washer and he helped us to figure out what happen. And there was this incident that our taobao parcels went missing, he even put extra effort to contact the delivery guy and handover to the next morning reception to follow up on the case. We received the parcel just before checked out. (P.s. it’s the delivery guy’s fault, he delivered the wrong parcel) A full salute to him!! Hotel is fully equipped with drinking waters to let us stay hydrated. The room and bathroom is clean, location is also good which is just next to Xihu. Once again, thanks to 陈先生 who helped us a lot. Really enjoyed our stay here, will definitely choose this hotel again!

It was such an amazing time for me and my mother who is 81 years old to stay here. All the staff are considerate,helpful and caring. The location is close to the MRT directly from HGH international airport. The room is neat with full equipment. Breakfast is plenty and delicious.Late night porridge makes you warm on rainy nights. Supporting private tours is also a fantastic time.I would recommend to join the private tour to save you time. If I have the chance I will come back again.

One of the best hotels we had ever stayed in China, we were welcomed with free drinks and fresh fruits upon arrival.Room was spacious and clean,amenities in the room were perfect,Staffs at the front desk are friendly and helpful whenever we needed information about using the public transportation and payment methods for travelers in China. Location is also amazing as subway station is right at the footsteps of the hotel,nothing more I could ask for! It was brilliant! Highly recommended for those who need a relaxing and comfy staycation!

First let me say it’s my second time staying in this hotel. The location in proximity to the Yiwu market is perfect, 50 meter walk. I didn’t eat at the hotel as there are plenty of great eateries, like Sultan Turkish restaurant, amazing food and service! Oh yeah, back to the hotel. Well, one problem is consistent with both of my stays, the air conditioning unit barely blows cold air. Solution, they brought me a fan. Better than nothing, but I would have preferred to have been offered another room, a discounted rate or a free breakfast. I travel a lot and from my experiences those are fairly standard offers. Included a few photos, one is the distance from the market to the hotel and a few of Sultan, the restaurant.

Next to market .. in indian food street . Price is reasonable for this hotel . Hotel facilities is really very good. Front desk and security guard are very nice

I have been to Yiwu many times, and I always come back to stay here. The restaurant next to me is great, and my friends 。by land world hotel The hotel has been renovated this year, and I like it very much.And the gym. I often exercise in the gym.I like the fact that the hotel has Syrian chefs to cook Muslim food.My beautiful friend Reina helped me a lot, helped me take a taxi and helped me operate the machine. Thank you Reina. I hope to see her again next time.

The matter of the air conditioner last time has also been solved by the hotel manager with an apology, and I checked in this hotel again today because the service is really good. The GM of the hotel was excellent in her service. She was very friendly and very helpful. I did not spend too much time in the hotel but overall the room has standard amenities but I find it weird that they handed me the slippers at the front desk when I was checking in. They could have just leave it in the room instead.

This hotel locates in area of Yiwu Internation Trade City. It takes about 15 minutes walk to the trade city. There are a lot of local restaurants for your choice around the hotel. The room is very nice and clean. The breakfast is very fruitful for your choice as well. It's worth for money to stay here.

Hotel was clean and efficient, very popular amongst travellers going to Yiwu market. Across the street from the famous Sultan turkish restaurant, location is ideal. Stayed 3 days and except the dryer laundry did not dry very much, everything else was fine.

Smart room facilities (like voice commands to switch on TV, close curtains). Very clean and new room. Friendly staff. Include breakfast with nice spread of food. Good value.
