Outstanding experience! What looked like a typical old town felt more like a Spa resort. We checked in at the Wuzhen area gate, the precess was very quick, after that a bus took us to the hotel. It was an old-looking building with modern commodities. Very warm (even in December) and very clean. Fangdong was very helpful and friendly, he helped with the luggage and made a tasty breakfast in the morning. The next day he helped to arrange our bags to be sent to the check-in area and we were enjoying our time free of worries (and heavy things). Since it was Christmas eve, the area had Christmas decorations and we were gifted with traditional apples. All this small actions added to our fascination of the beauty of Wuzhen. 11 out of 10! I wolf recommend this experience to everybody to enjoy at least once in a lifetime!

Hotel located near to metro station. The nearest station is Ding’an station exit gate D. The metro is red color (Line 1) direct line connecting to Hanzgzhou airport. So if you coming from airport no need to the change line. Hotel itself located at city, morning time can walk to Hangzhou museum, along the way many shops around. Western shops eg: macdonald, costa coffee, starbuck. Alot cafe, tea, souvenir shops. Close also morning market called Damanong. Can have breakfast and see the morning market. Use the public bicycle to go there, just use alipay. Distance 1.2km. Near the morning market at the end there is God City Temple for you to visit, can see the whole Hangzhou city from top of the temple. The hotel is clean, have free washing machine and dryer machine. Detergent provided. At the same place there are 2 treadmills provided ( gym quality). Couch provided while you waiting for you laundry. There is also a steam iron provided. Breakfast selection is good with varities of foods like egg fried rice, chicken sausage, ham, beef, eggs, salted eggs, cereal, warm soy milk, milk, bread, butter and strawberries jam. Noodles, congee, fruits, croissant, cupcakes, corn, cookies. There are 2 robots helping to deliver things inside the hotel. If you order food, the robot will send the food to your room. There are also snacks you can buy at the ground floor. For muslim, this hotel located infront of a mosque, there is a Halal restaurant near to the hotel. More halal restaurant across the road near to exit A og Ding’an metro station. I came during Christmas, the hotel give me present for Christmas, when I check out they give me souvenir to me also. Everyday, I was provided with 2 bottles of water and change new set of towel. The water heater, the heater function very well during winter. Im a happy guy during the visit.

It was overall great experience. Helpful staff who provided suggestions on how to go West Lake from the hotel. Convenient location, very near to the metro station (next to the hotel) and within walking distance to West Lake Hu Bin entrance (about 20-min walk, passing by some eateries and shopping mall). Clean and neat hotel room, with premium experience to enjoy (Dyson hair dryer, Nepresso coffee machine, free snacks/drinks in the fridge). It will be better if the room ventilation (mainly toilet cubicle) can be improved, and the aircon noise can be fixed.

A very convenient location, arrive straight from the arrival hall n the hotel is just there. A lot of Wow factor, friendly receptionist, the cleanliness of the room n not to mention the yummy breakfast that they have. Overall a very happy customer! Will definitely recommend this hotel!

Good location, right at Exit B of Feggi rd station. Big room , big bed and clean. There is 7-11 in front of the hotel, very convenient. Staffs are very friendly and helpful for foreigners. There are Kerry shopping mall and local restaurants near the hotel.

Clean and hygienic! Next to the international trade, convenient for going to the market! Easy parking, the hotel's main entrance has a parking lot! The rooms are spacious, quiet at night, and sleep is sound. J@#The breakfast buffet on the 2nd floor is also very good! The staff service is also very enthusiastic!

Everything about this hotel was great. Great location with a lot of shopping and restaurants nearby. The service staff was nice and friendly. The entrance is hidden inside the malls parking lot almost. You’ll understand when you get there. I included a photo of the view I had at the 25th floor. The only issue me and my wife had was that the walls are pretty thin in this hotel. You hear what your neighbors are arguing about. My wife had trouble falling asleep because the guy upstairs kept walking around 1 am. This was the only annoying thing. Everything was fine.

I had a wonderful stay at the Merchant Marco Edgelake Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The location of the hotel is fantastic and within walking distance of many attractions and dining options. The hotel itself exudes a charming ambiance, with tastefully decorated rooms that are both comfortable and well-equipped. Location - The hotel is located right next to a metro station. From the hotel to the main shopping street of Hangzhou / West Lake is only 2 stops away (about 10-15 mins travelling time). Cleanliness - Excellent, everything look clean to me Service - The receptionist is attentive & checking in is easy Facilities - Their lobby area is so pretty and it is good place to chill. They have their own laundry room and saw a table tennis along the way. Breakfast - Their breakfast is something that i really missed, the variety is more than i expected and overall it is tasty! I really look forward to visit Hangzhou again and definitely will consider EBO Hotel again.

This hotel won our hearts by its close proximity to the railway station/subway and the hotel good customer service. We are impressed by the level of responsiveness of the staff to our needs, and the hotel staff are very observant, giving us extra bottle of water in our stay, a gift of fruits on our last night (without us asking). Thanks to Sam and Alan at the reception who provide excellent customer service support and the housemaid who did a good job in maintaining the room's cleanliness. We feel very at home. The buffet style breakfast provide both local and western choices. Hotel is clean and near to Westlake scenic spot. Upon arrival, we got complimentary drinks and snacks at the dining room which located next to hotel lobby. Hotel do provide washing machine and dryer. Breakfast is pretty good with many varieties and the dining area is pretty clean and cozy to kick start our day great. Toilet room and shower room are separately build, but both room shared the same door which mean that you can only close one room with door at one time. Overall it is a very nice hotel and definitely will going back!

Good location near Hangzhou east railway station. Neat and clean rooms, check-in is a easy and fast. Friendly and helpful staff. There are lots of food choice and a supermarket. Lots of restaurants around the holiday and mall near the railway station and inside the railway station.

The staff was very friendly and helpful for my one night stay. The location was excellent, just across the street from the international trade center. They had all of the amenities I needed so I didn’t need any of my own. I would highly recommend staying here for a quick solo trip, excellent price and excellent service.

Everything is good, the only problem is just the soundproofing is bad. But thankfully our neighbors were not really noisy during our stay, but it was quite noisy in the morning so it was hard to stay up late. However everything about the hotel was pleasant.

The room was very comfortable, with free parking and free upgrades. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and helped me solve the problem of not bringing my mouse. It was a great stay.

Hotel was clean and efficient, very popular amongst travellers going to Yiwu market. Across the street from the famous Sultan turkish restaurant, location is ideal. Stayed 3 days and except the dryer laundry did not dry very much, everything else was fine.

The room is clean and hygienic, and there is a large shopping mall within a few minutes' walk. The surrounding life is convenient. The only drawback is that the nearby construction site starts very early in the morning, which is a little noisy, but it is acceptable and the receptionist has also reminded me. Overall, it is worth recommending

The location is great located between the trade center buildings district 2 and 3. There are also many places to eat around the area. Breakfast is superb with many choices and can well fill my stomach every morning. The accomodations are nice and automated even the toilet and curtains. The housekeeping does not clean our room perfectly as international chain hotels, but it's acceptable and within my expectations. Considering the price point, I would not hesitate to stay here again if I may have any errand to run at Yiwu.

However, what turned me totally off was the fact that hotel didn’t have any safety lockers in the rooms. I had to carry my laptop everywhere I went. There were no slippers nor coffee in the room. However, a call to the front desk solved everything. Within 2-3 minutes, everything was delivered to my room by a service robot & that made my day. My overall experience was good.
