Kept our luggage when we were only going to stay there a couple days later. Place was clean and accessible to main shopping area. No smoke smell in the rooms. Only thing is that the hotel entrance is actually under their sister brand Jian Guo, which led to some confusion initially. Would book again nonetheless.

This hotel is not in the center of Taikoo Li, but not far, still convenient by DD. It is by a river and we had a nice stroll while looking for our dinner place. Our check-in was very pleasant, the receptionist is on 3rd floor, small but very nice and homey, we love it! We asked many questions about places to visit and to eat. The staff Xiao Liu was very helpful and pleasant, we added hotel's weixin for communication convenience. We mistakenly booked a 2-bed room, and she helped us to easily change to a family room for 3 with no fuss. We are very happy with our room! Our room also comes with a complimentary snack basket, tea set, and foot bath bucket for a good night sleep. We very much recommend this hotel for travellers who like a more relaxed atmosphere.

Very nice hotel. Breakfast available from 7-10am. And there’s afternoon tea and night snacks available too. Room is great and thanks for the multiple free water for me (solo). Thankful to YY and DD for the helpful service. Would recommend this hotel since it’s near Tianfu sq station and super easy to get around. Hotel lift is towards the left side of the building you see picture in case you coming from the Tianfu sq. Take note of the name and sign board showing the 9-10F.

The location of the hotel is very good, very close to the IFS and Taikoo Li check-in places. The staff's attitude and service are very good. They are very enthusiastic. When checking in, the front desk will pour a cup of rose tea, which is freshly brewed. It is very good. The breakfast hours are also very nice, from 7:00 to 10:00. When we went downstairs to have breakfast at 10:00, it was still open, and we could still eat. This is still good. The breakfast is buffet-style, with both Chinese and Western food. The variety looks good, and the taste is also good. The room is clean, and the bathroom with the shower is dry and wet separated. Overall, it is worth recommending.

Generally, the hotel is good. It's still brand new. It is locater at thre end of the line when you travel from the Jiuzhaihianglong train station. The staff tried to be helpful but it's still not satisfactory based on my standard. This maybe due to their limited English but I could tell they were trying to help. We stayed there for 2 nights. The first day went well with everything provided with disposable towels and little snacks thrown in. The second day we came back with the room not made up with no towels and everything provided on the first day. We came back around 8 pm hoping to relax but couldn't. When we asked them they started to get all the things like tea and coffee and stuff. What made me disappointed was when I asked them for the towels but were suggested to use the disposable towels. The problem was that it was very cold and those wouldnt do the job. However, another lady understood what we wanted and were trying to help. I feel like they would try to help better if they could communicate with us. It's very convenient to buy a bus ticket back to Huanglongjiuzhai high speed train station. Just walk out of the hotel and look for Jiyuan hotel. It's like a 3 minutes walk only. The park itself is about 1.5 km away or a little more so you can walk there The pictures show where you get the ticket and on board to go to the train station. The breafast are ok but nothing fancy. It has many choices though but were the same everday. If you want to walk around at niight it's about 4 km away from the town center. However, there're shops around the hotel.

I last min booked this hotel as I wasn’t happy with my previous hotel. So I booked this hotel at Chunxi Road (near Tai Koo Li) Hotel was so much better than previous one for sure. Paid for breakfast hotel (food literally the same thing everyday) Like: • Location really good and walkable distance to man malls and all but the pick up point for car is always jammed (after 420pm start to Jam) • a lot of food and stores nearby and even IFS shopping Center. • Service was good despite that lady before checking in. • Opposite hotel is train station Dislike: • Carpet Floor • No Fridge • very basic tv / cannot connect phone and all • Pool Closed • Too many people snatching to use the washing machine/dryer. • Came down physically to ask the receptionist if I can straight book a hotel on the spot and how much was it. She told me to check online so I asked her isit she can’t checked on her end now she said no she can check but idk why she dw help me check. (Before stay)

We loved this hotel ❤️❤️❤️ The staff did their best to help us. The location of the hotel is superb as it is facing Tianfu Square. At least three museums are within walking distance. Chunxi Road is one station away but you can also walk if you wish to. People's Park is also near. Will update the review once I'm back in Manila.

Great location, right in the thick of the bustling main street with other hotels and restaurants all around. A 10-15min stroll to Jiuzhaigou Park makes this a very convenient place to stay at as well. The room was spacious, although it would have benefitted from more clothes racks/hooks. Also, I felt the room was 'too smart' - everytime i went back into the room the curtains will automatically open which I personally found annoying but could not find a way to disable it. The heating and bidet in my room also wasn't working, but those were tolerable and we decided to just let it be. There was also a very intense hotpot smell wafting all through the air in the hotel which we did not like. Rooms were also not too clean with remnant hair and dirt stuck in crevices around the room. But otherwise, it was a decent place to stay at.

The room is spacious, bright and well ventilated. It is definitely worth a try.” We lived on the third floor, and the hot spring was also on the third floor, which was very convenient for friends with children. There was a bonfire party downstairs, yak beef soup pot, and barbecue (๑•̀ω•́๑)🍢 The children also like to eat it very much🥰 Like👍🏻

The complimentary breakfast was both delicious and varied, a great way to start the day. The customer service was excellent—staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive. The hotel provided a complimentary shuttle bus, which was very thoughtful given its location outside walking distance from major attractions. Cons: The only downside was the shower, which couldn’t provide adequate hot water. This was disappointing and slightly detracted from an otherwise great experience. Overall, I would recommend this hotel, especially for those who appreciate modern technology and great service, though I hope they address the shower issue soon.

The room was very clean and everything looked brand new. The hotel is near huanglongjiuzhai station (about 5 minutes drive) so it was easy to travel. The booking includes free pick up from the train station but I ended up taking a private car to the hotel so instead they sent me to the train station for free. It is in their fine print but do note the room doesn't have air-con (not sure if it's the same for all rooms) though it wasn't a problem for me. Don't expect too much from the gym. It's really a small room with some fitness equipment.

Although the staffs cannot speak English, they have tried their best to support us. The hotel is closed to Bipenggou Ticket & Entrance. Everything is good and new. They served snacks in the evening.

I can absolutely recommend this hotel. The services are very good. The room is clean, comfortable, big beds and toilet. The room is warm, the beds are heated. Everyone at the reception was very nice. We were attended to by Xiao Lin, who was very accommodating, kind, professional, and super helpful.😊 Thank you for everything!

The accommodation is very clean. The bathroom is the best I've ever stayed in. It's perfect for Thai people. But if you come in the right season, it must be very beautiful. This is the autumn season. We have to hope that it will snow or not because the view is quite dry... The accommodation is quite far away. But it's okay because the room is very good. The food is edible. It's a local hot pot. The taste is strange. But it's a pity that we didn't eat breakfast because we had to check out early. The hotel prepared milk, eggs, and snacks for us for breakfast because they were afraid that we would be hungry. It's very cute :) I hope to come back here again in the right season.

Some issue with Trip.com which featured the room we booked has swimming pool/bathtub in the room while there was none. The receptionists were very kind and upgraded us a room with bathtub. Suggest Trip.com correct the room features. Otherwise such misunderstanding will occur. Receptionist recommended us to a nearby ******* restaurant. The BBQ lamb was excellent. Hot pot yak is average - expensive and not much flavour. If going to Jiuzhaiguo in winter , suggest use heat pads for hands and body. It’s very cold - minus 4 degrees Celsius while we were there. Hualong mountain and JZ - truly a breathtaking sight in winter. It’s a winter wonderland! Must see at least once in a life time.

This is my second time staying at Qianhe. I personally think it is very good. First of all, let me talk about transportation: if you take a train + bus, it is at Mingyu Station, which is very close. It costs ten yuan to take a taxi to the scenic spot. About service: The big sister and the little sister at the front desk are beautiful and kind, with a strong sense of service and very humane. The housekeeper's work number is 010. If there are children who need to call and send children's slippers and toothbrushes, they will be delivered quickly. About eating: The breakfast buffet is very good value and rich in variety. There are soup pots, Chinese food, and a small supermarket in the hotel, which is very convenient. About accommodation: Quiet and warm. Good hot water.

The hotel front desk service is very good, and we upgraded to a deluxe twin room for free. Facilities: The hotel facilities are relatively new and comfortable. Environment: The room is spacious and hygienic, with two 1.35-meter beds, so a family can live together without feeling crowded. The room facilities are also relatively smart, with voice control function. The breakfast is also quite rich, and the restaurant service is also very good.

An elder in my family went to Jiuzhaigou for a trip. When choosing a hotel, I read a lot of reviews and finally chose this one. You really made the right choice. The staff here are particularly patient with the elderly, helping to connect to WiFi, turn on the air conditioner, and answer all kinds of questions. The elderly are very happy here, full of comfort and satisfaction.

We slept on the dodgy side of the 6th floor in front of a dark closed lounge. You have to take a step after taking the elevator up to 5th floor. The exterior and lobby of the hotel look more decent than the room. Very old but neat. The power of the shower is very weak resulting in a long and not very hot shower. We all slept well and overall that is the most important. We could left our luggage behind for the second day to Jiuzhaigou. Entrance of park is a 15 minutes walk. In the neighbourhood a lot of eateries.

The first time I traveled far away, I chose Hilton Garden Inn when I came to Jiuzhaigou. Because it is the peak season for traveling in Jiuzhaigou, the express hotels close to the scenic spot are close to 1,000 yuan per night, and the conditions are naturally incomparable to Hilton. As soon as I registered at the front desk, I got a room upgrade. Because I had a little altitude sickness before, I was afraid that I would be uncomfortable. The lobby manager also gave me a can of oxygen. It was really thoughtful 😘 The service staff was small and would ask about my accommodation requirements in advance. It was really pleasant to communicate! The upgraded one-bedroom and one-living room room made me feel relaxed and happy when I entered the door. A full-length mirror and a stereo, plus a separate cloakroom, and a separate washroom. It really makes people feel clean and comfortable, and the joy of traveling is doubled 😁 The breakfast is complete, and friends from the north and south can find their favorite food. In addition, Hilton also has a free shuttle bus to and from Jiuzhaigou, which varies in different seasons. This can save dozens of taxi fees. If you want to eat local food, there are several good restaurants near the hotel. It is up to you to choose, and basically all the dishes are large. The friends I met in Jiuzhaigou were all warm and friendly. The scenery was beautiful and the people were simple. Next time I come to Jiuzhaigou, I will still choose to stay here.
