Our stay at Mercure was nothing but good! great service by the staffs with lots of perks like a free Haagen-daz per day or high tea which comes with (coffee + desserts)!✨ there is a table with 3 types of drinks that is there for us to drink anytime of the day! best part was there is a free laundry room with everything prepared (detergent,netting, laundry bag and even bottles of water while u wait)! There is also a mini gym beside it👌🏼 I'm pretty sure the location can't get any better than this 💯❤️🔥 and as we left on Christmas Eve, they gave all of us a Christmas gift (平安果） after we checked out which was really nice 💗 there's also many food trucks right opposite the hotel which was really yummy! My whole family loved it ❤️🔥 We all had an amazing time there!

Right across the road is Chun Xi pedestrian street just an overhead bridge away. Hotel is clean and modern and breakfast is a good spread. Only downside is that the hotel does not occupy the whole building so the lift is shared with other commercial levels so it gets packed during peak hours and takes awhile to get on. 4 washing machines/dryer (2 in 1) but they are a little small and dryer function takes at least an hour to fully dry the laundry so they are always fully occupied in the evening.

The location is excellent—right next to 春熙路 (Chunxi Road), making it super convenient for shopping, dining, and exploring the area. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. Their warm hospitality really enhanced the experience. This hotel is not in the center of Taikoo Li, but not far, still convenient by DD. It is by a river and we had a nice stroll while looking for our dinner place. Our check-in was very pleasant, the receptionist is on 3rd floor, small but very nice and homey, we love it! We asked many questions about places to visit and to eat. The staff Xiao Liu was very helpful and pleasant, we added hotel's weixin for communication convenience. We mistakenly booked a 2-bed room, and she helped us to easily change to a family room for 3 with no fuss. We are very happy with our room! Our room also comes with a complimentary snack basket, tea set, and foot bath bucket for a good night sleep. We very much recommend this hotel for travellers who like a more relaxed atmosphere.

After comparing the reviews with my friends,we chose this hotel. When we arrived at the lobby, it was bright and spacious. We were greeted by a staff member as soon as we entered. Every staff member was smiling and enthusiastic. The overall experience was very good. There was also a butler who added WeChat when we checked in. He would care about and greet us every day. If we needed anything, we could contact him at any time. It was very convenient. In addition, we were given welcome fruit. Next time we come to Chengdu, we will choose to stay here again.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The location is very good, 2 mins away from Tianfu station and within walking distance to Chunxi Road. We stayed in a themed room which was extremely big. The room was clean and facilities are great. There is free afternoon tea and an evening soup. The staff are very friendly and if they couldn't speak English, they did their best to help with translation apps or wechat. There are a few staff that can speak English. We were helped by YY and LL during check out who were very sweet and friendly.

The location of this hotel is 300m away from the main shopping areas. Beside the hotel there are plenty of eateries . The room is spacious and comfortable and very clean . Very good service by the hotel staff . Love the robot who sent all the deliveries to our room . A very comfortable stay . Will stay here again in future .

We’re happy with the hotel services . The check in time normally is after 2pm, but we arrived early in the morning at 6:30am , they’ve kindly allowing us to check in and we’d a good rest . In addition, allowed us to checkout at 2pm as our flight was 6:30pm. The staff are helpful and friendly, they directed us to take airport bus which’s only RMB30/pax vs cab RMB200+. Great location easily accessible to shops, restaurants and public transportation. Highly recommended, will definitely come back to this hotel for our next trip.

We booked a family room for 2 adults and a 10 yo kid. The room is clean and well designed. The amenities in the hotel is quite complete like laundry room free of charge. Detergent is not provided, however, customer can purchase detergent capsule at CNY5 from the counter at the hotel lobby. There are convenient store and MCD outside hotel building. The hotel also provides a good selection in their breakfast menu which caters customers traveling from western countries. The location of hotel is great, walking distance to national park entrance.

Booked this hotel because of how near it is to the Chengdu East Railway Station. It was extremely close and only had to cross two traffic lights. The interior was clean and well maintained with very nice lightning settings as well as automated blinds, toilet seats and a huge sink. We checked in quite late and the lady at the desk offered to upgrade our room into a slightly larger one. Thanks! Also, there is a Luckin Coffee at the reception as well as convenience stores right outside the hotel entrance. Overall a great experience

I am satisfied with this hotel from check in process till the check out. Everything went on smoothly. Most importantly, the bed is comfortable and clean. The wc is warmed for the winter season which is greatly appreciated. I had a chance to speak with Xiau Du and true enough she is very helpful. The staffs may need to learn from her as her standard can be quite high being an experienced manager. I had a few occasion when other guests are speaking a little too loud, but the staffs handled it very professionally. I respect that. And I do appreciate that they care about every guests. It takes about 5 min drive to the entrance of the National Park, which need to flag down a taxi and every time, need to haggle with their pricing. Standard is rmb15, but some will charge rmb20. The hotel is located right next to all the food restaurant and convenient stores. Overall, the stay is really good and glad to be able to find this hotel. Hope to come back again for even greater experience. All the best to the hotel. Maintain the cleanliness and provide more assistance to international guests would definitely be a great thing for the hotel to come out greater than the rest of the nearby hotels. The hotel provided a complimentary shuttle bus, which was very thoughtful given its location outside walking distance from major attractions. Cons: The only downside was the shower, which couldn’t provide adequate hot water. This was disappointing and slightly detracted from an otherwise great experience. Overall, I would recommend this hotel, especially for those who appreciate modern technology and great service, though I hope they address the shower issue soon.

Location was good if you planning to took a highspeed train at the huanglong station it's only took 10min in the morning. There's also many restaurants around. Room was clean and we really like the bed, because they have a heater for the bed so the bed is warm.

Great hotel located only a 10min walk to the Jiuzhaigou entrance. There are many food outlets nearby as well. Shower and bath were really good. Underfloor heating and air conditioning worked well. Only minor problem is no where to hang bath towels. They had outdoor spa but we didn't use it. Would stay again.

The hotel is very close to the high-speed rail station, and the hotel has free pick-up and drop-off service. It will be very convenient if you contact it in advance. The front desk lady is also very patient and proactively offers help, which is very heartwarming~ The hotel environment looks OK, and it feels like there are quite a lot of Thai tourists staying here. The room facilities are OK, and the space is barely enough for our two 26-inch suitcases to be opened and put down. The hotel is heated as a whole without air conditioning, so the room temperature is not high. It is not recommended to open the window, it will be cold. The waterproof platform at the bathroom door is very low. It is recommended not to open the water too much when taking a shower, otherwise the water will overflow. The hotel can book a bus to the scenic spot, but it is necessary to communicate and confirm the model, time, license plate number and driver's contact information in advance, otherwise it will be difficult to find, delay time or miss the bus.

After coming to this B&B, I really realized the meaning of living in a B&B. It really feels like home. The room has a direct view. You can see the snow-capped mountains as soon as you open your eyes. It is also very photogenic. It is super suitable for checking in at Siguniang Mountain. There are many types of breakfast, and the milk tastes very mellow. After breakfast, you can go out to play. The B&B also provides scenic area pick-up and drop-off services. You can book dinner in advance. The yak hot pot is very authentic and delicious. I want to eat it again after eating it. The housekeeper also carefully gave us a guide on the second day of our stay in the room

It's a good experience to come to Jiuzhaigou in the off-season. The hotel is located next to the starting station of the through bus. It costs 15 yuan to take a taxi to the entrance of the scenic spot. The transportation is very convenient. The lady at the front desk upgraded the room for free. The air conditioner was not turned on during the day. She was worried that we would be cold and offered to send a small sun to use. It was very thoughtful. There are a lot of food when you turn left after going out. I was very satisfied with a Sichuan meal and a ******* meal. I will consider staying here next time if I come here

We are a 70year old couple on holiday on our own.The place is palatial, smack if good old fashioned traditional ******* style deco. The rooms and corridors Smell of fresh wood. There was modern bidet and facilities Though the location is far from Juizhaiguo National Park, the hotel provides free transport to pick us up and drop us off the Park as and when we needed it. They also provide free pick up and drop off at the bus station too. I must commend on the par excellent driver. The coach we arranged to fetch us after the holiday in Juizhai guo did not provide information on where to meet us. The driver drove us to 3 pisdible locations where the coach driver could be! Each time when we could not meet the coach driver, he called various people to try to help make contact for us. Finally we agreed to teavel by the locsl bus. He helped got the bus for us .Ensured we wete safely seated in the bus. My spouse tried to tip him but te refused saying that it was not in order. We were so very blessed to have met him. We do not know his name but hello driver., we wish to say how much a place you have in our old hearts here. Thsnk you.

The first time I traveled far away, I chose Hilton Garden Inn when I came to Jiuzhaigou. Because it is the peak season for traveling in Jiuzhaigou, the express hotels close to the scenic spot are close to 1,000 yuan per night, and the conditions are naturally incomparable to Hilton.
