Beautifully done rooms, spacious Banquets, conference rooms & a cinema house for 30 people.”, my congratulations to the Owners & Archietect team for giving Goa a wonderful place for each & every type of events, the plus point is IHL Selections Cidade de Goa( where I have been staying for the last 25 years) for Beach & Garden events. The hidden Gem in this treasure is BLD the all day Coffee shop, Oh my God so spacious, so beautiful, it was love at first sight. Divided into different sections of cuisines with live kitchens serving varieties of food at very reasonable prices. Each & every dish was so tasty & perfect may be from Chat counter, Italian food, salad counter, Chinese dishes, sushi counter, Indian food, Deserts, oh my mouth has already full of water. Cheff Bhasker & his team are doing a great job, the Taste, quality, presentation & all are one above another you cannot find a little short coming, the food is sumptuous & more than value for money. In my life I have not tasted food Better than here. According to me this is the best food to be served in any Hotel in India or abroad. My best wishes to Cheff Bhaskar & his team for doing such a wonderful work & wish them all the best for future. NB: you need at least 4-5 days stay to enjoy the complete journey of this food Mela. It was my husband’s birthday and I selected waterfront and terrace bar, I am glad I selected this place it was so great. People were so helping and polite and order came on time. The food was so delicious I can’t imagine a better place than this in goa with everything from behaviour, food and ambiance was amazing and upto the mark. and special shout out to Jaidev he was great in helping us order the best food and made our day. Thanks

Close your eyes and book this hotel you will be very very happy!! Wonderful staff right all around who will give a homely vibe, with care and attention!! Taj heritage is really lucky to have such amazing people working for them!! Rahul in the larajna BF restaurant was a wonderful soul who took care of us extremely well Love this restaurant and great respect to Taj for accomodating all our requests!! Will come back to Goa only for staying at the heritage

Let me start off by saying that the hospitality is one of the best I have ever experienced. Right from the front desk to the kitchen everything was top notch. Chef Rajeev took such great care of us and went out of his way to curate speciality food items. Even ***ager Sagar was very hospitable and friendly. The property is located conveniently in Anjuna and within a few minutes drive from all the top rated restaurants and joints. But you don't need that because the food at the hotel is so delicious you don't feel the need to go out to find good food. This hotel is definitely worthy of its 5star rating. The rooms were spacious and bed was comfortable. There was no request from the help desk which was not attended. In short loved the place. Definately a must visit for couples and families.

Hotel, staff, facilities...all 6 stars! Yes, it's not 5 stars, it's superior. Copy!!! ***y 5 star hotels should follow this example of operation, organization and service. Fabulous!

The hotel is very new, the hardware facilities are very good, the service is very good, there is a welcome juice when you go to check-in. But the location is a bit off, it takes ten minutes to walk to the beach, and the airport comes to the taxi for an hour and a half. Hotel catering is mainly for Indians, and there is basically no international taste. There are so many restaurants around, you can eat steaks in all tastes, the price is not expensive, and the taxes are few.

We stayed at jw marriott vagator for our anniversary and it was definitely the most memorable part of our trip to goa. While we couldn’t get enough of the opulence of aesthetic architecture, 10am to 10pm pool and delicious cuisines, what truly set this experience apart was the genuine care and attention from the staff. Huge shout out to santoshi, bhaskar, akhu, narendra, ali, sachin and vikram for going the extra mile to make our first anniversary so special- from the decorated beds to personalised cakes and farewell sweets. The jw marriott isn't just a hotel; it's a sanctuary of luxury and personalized service that we'll cherish forever.

Perfect location. Close to Panjim city, restaurants and ******s. Hotel is very nice. Great breakfast buffet and nice pool and gym. Staff are very professional but need to mention the great service provided by front office staff who works the night shift. Deevanshu might be his name. Appreciate the high level of service and assistance he provided.

It was a nice hotel as I expected. The facilities of the hotel were not particularly inconvenient. The service was good and I was comfortable. The food was especially good.

CHEF MOHIT Th love all staff exude .. its like a lov injection No other hotel chain has it ! Th food was exceptional Th ala carte / buffer both .. top notch ! Thai italian indian continental all superrr ! Th care exuded to kids is outstanding The pool vibes size timings Guards care all leave u wondering .. Lov the room vibes ! Bathrooms cn b better but well .. no one cares Overall itz a 200/200 ! Go for it !

Overall, it was a pleasant experience with just a few minor issues. Upon arrival, I discovered that my initially assigned room did not have a proper sea view as expected. However, the staff handled the room change process smoothly, ensuring I could move to a room with the desired view without any hassle. One slight disappointment was that despite being a Neupass member, I could not access the high-speed WiFi. While this was a bit inconvenient, the standard plan speed was adequate and fast enough for my needs, so it did not significantly impact my stay. The resort's buffet offered a good spread with a wide variety of dishes. However, some dishes were a little bland for my taste. This can be a matter of personal preference, and the excellent choice of food options still ensured that there was something for everyone. Despite these minor drawbacks, my four-night stay was enjoyable, and the positive aspects of the experience far outweighed the minor issues encountered. I want to thank the housekeeping team for the delightful surprise they arranged on our anniversary. The cake, balloons, and music made our celebration memorable and added a heartwarming touch to our stay.

We loved the stay @ The crown. View , rooms, food , staff , ambience everything was perfect and cherishes. Daisy Dsouza staff from The Crown was very helpful and she gentle speaking. She went out of the way to maintain and perform her duties and job in providing the best service related to booking , check-in , check-out and also helped to give best room. It was my elder sister's bday and she really surprised with cake in the hotel which made our bday celebration so special. I recommend this and give 5 star . ***ju Sachdev.

The hotel is very clean, the staff are attentive and polite. The gym is very small and has few equipment. Excellent location. However, the daily rate is too high for what the hotel offers. This is probably because it is a tourist area. I asked for a room with a view of the beach and they gave me a room on the first floor where you couldn't see anything.

The one property I had not been to as yet. It was a great experience. Mr. Inzam at the reception helped us out very patiently in order to ensure that we got the rooms of our choice. The food in this property was really really good. Special mention to Mr. Sumesh and Mr Carson, who catered to all our wims and fancies. They ensured that we got everything at a moments notice. Mr Srikant was very helpful and patient driving us around in the golf carts. The kids really were well taken care of by the amazing team of Barmon, Chetna and Malvica. Very talented bunch I must say. Overall we had a great experience and will visit again. Downside I would say unlike Leela, the beach experience can be improved. Leela has better access to the beach.

We were at the hotel with a large group for a week. This is the worst Radisson I've ever stayed at. There is nothing to do at breakfast, it is better not to take it. In principle, there are no questions about the number. The area is small, the pool is very small. To get to the beach you have to go through the Novotel, about 600 meters. The beach is of course excellent, just be careful in the sheks, we were cheated on the far right, we need to check and immediately negotiate the cost of seafood.

5*s! As always, we wish to leave a glowing review for our stay at Novotel Dona Sylvia. We returned here after getting married at this very venue 5 years ago - we wished to come back to reminisce and unwind and it was the most perfect stay of our trip to India. Gita and the rest of the Novotel Staff (Anant, Anjali, Gavin to name just a few) were attentive, super lovely and made us feel as though we had returned home, which was furthered when we also met the General ***ager on our last day. The team pulled out every stop and made us feel extremely welcome and at ease, especially when we landed at midnight - they did everything they could to accommodate us with checkin and a snack before sleeping. The pool, breakfast buffet food service and grounds were excellent - we cannot thank the Novotel Team enough for all their thoughtful details to celebrate our anniversary (including a cake and a personalised, heartfelt card). We thoroughly enjoyed walking through the hotel, the serenity pool and the easy access to the beach - for sure we will be back in the coming years. The team pulled out all the stops for the most memorable and unforgettable stay, we cannot thank you enough - the charm of Dona Sylvia has indeed lived on and will be with us for our whole lifetime. Special shoutout to Gita Ben - you are simply wonderful and we cannot wait to plan our return trip. If you are looking for a place to stay in South Goa, then definitely look no further! There were issues at check-in with payment from Trip.com and our rooms were in separate areas despite us requesting rooms in the same building. Upon asking multiple times we finally got a room nearby but the toilets were not working and we had to call for assistance multiple times which was always delayed.

Excellent property. Well maintained. Good food and variety of restaurants on property. Friendly cooperative staff. Kids activities need more engagement and variety especially for younger kids. Breakfast buffet great. Needs variety for those guests staying for long.

Let me start with the fact the this property has close proximity to Dabolin airport.. it takes around 45 mins to reach the property… I booked patio sitting room for 3 nights… period of stay 15 to 18 June 2024… room is of pretty good size with enough space to walk…. But the services are not as expected… property is not a maintained property… jacuzzi is not working… even I find the pool is not clean… no body to attend at pool… pool amenities including towel not there… no tubes and other facilities for kids….even the rooms are in bad shape… though I have taken a patio sitting room but I hardly was able to use it as water was leaking from top and to much of dirt collection over there… house keeping is too late to deliver your need…. Even the water is not clean in the bathroom… overall not to recommend anyone for this property…
