The general service ecology is good, but the front desk generally has a poor attitude. I have encountered several things and found different front desks. The attitude is very poor. The water quality is not as good as the hotel’s private beach in the city center. The only bit of food is okay. But the beer is mixed with water. Will not book this hotel again, and will not recommend it to anyone, who is going to be stupid.

Quite good all inclusive - plan, nice assortment of coctails and food. Only the ala cartes could be better. They serve same food than the buffet but you just get is served to the table. More variance. Also the reservation for the ala cartes is difficult and they are always fullybooked so we couldt even try them all. Waiters seems to serve more the house personnel who weirdly eat with the customers at same restaurant. It didnt feel nice when the cook sit whith his kitchen clothes next to us or the officers with theis suits when you are yourself at holiday mood and dressed accordingly. Usually there is own cantines for workers. Not the best beach, there isnt anything to see compared to some resorts with reefs with lot of fishes but they do have a free golc course (Par3) so it compensates, you cant have it all, can you. Big pool was freezing, even the sea is warmer so if you rely on that one and dont like to sea then you will be dissapointed. We liked the beac more as the pool gives the swimming hall wibes with the dreary tiles. I wish they would make pools more exitng and this is not for Steigenberger but generally. Nice touch that they filled the minibar daily with coke, beer and juices and it was included. They had some kind of evening program but unfortunately it was always in the front of buffet restaurant so you would need to dine there to enjoy it. Why there isnt anything at the beach? Beach parties, disco, dance shows etc. It would be nice!

It was a perfect experience for me. Me and my wife had fun so much. I strongly recommend Hotel Pick Albatros Resort Palace. Their services were awesome. There is only one serious issue I had. I wanted to join Orangerr Bay tour with my wife. Hotel Reception suggested me to work with Mr. Ayman Kady and Mr. Kady managed us a boat tour company called ”Ayaa”. I wanted to go diving but there was a misunderstanding. There was a one diving instructor guy of ”Ayaa” boat tour company. He was very rude towards guests. He was giving me attidude because of misunderstanding but also there were another couples who faced organisational issues of Ayaa as well. I asked him why he is giving attidude towards us and suddenly he started to shout at me and other 2 couples. He used many bad words against Germans and Deutschland. He mentioned that we have to act like according to his wishes because we are on his boat and in his country otherwise he would kill us diving insttuctor mentioned. Anyway I called Mr. Ayman Kady immediately when I was on the boat and thanks god there was internet connection eventhough it was too low and he called his boss and we changed boat tour immediately in diving break. Thanksfully he saved my day to be destroyed because my wife so scared and very unhappy. Eventhough It was nice experience but I do not suggest you to work ”Ayaa” boat tour company you can mentione that to Tour guide Me. Ayman Kady of Pick Albatros Resort Palace Hotel.

Excellent experience in this resort that I would recommend to anyone: although we were a young couple and the resort is also for families we never felt this thing and we were able to relax without any stress! Beautiful and super clean room, various restaurants and bars where you can eat well (the all inclusive formula is really perfect!), Professionalism and kindness of all the staff (really thank you from the first to the last!!), and also of the entertainment service ( never intrusive, all nice and engaging!!! ). Swimming pools with hydromassage, beach with super clean sea, what more could you ask for? A very pleasant discovery in Hurghada! Thanks again and we hope to see you soon!!!

The accommodation is OK, the room is big, but it doesn't match the pictures. There was a small episode when contacting the customer service. It's a five-minute walk from the beach. A very average hotel, far from 5 stars. Loud animation on the beach and tour sellers pester you 24/7. They don't accept refusal the first time. The hotel is in the desert and there is nowhere to walk outside, but neighboring hotels have a promenade. The room is ordinary, but spacious. Inconvenient organization of food. Large space, all the counters are built along one wall. You have to wander between them for a long time, the food gets cold, although it was initially barely warm. Not enough staff - they do not have time to set the tables, they do not offer drinks, only spy service. The huge space of the hall is completely useless, poorly lit and looks outdated. The staff is not involved and not responsive. I ran 3 times in a row with a broken key to a locked room to the reception, where the girl ”fixed” the magnetic card each time. After this, you do not feel rested. A common problem with Egyptian hotels that are painted with 5 stars. We spent New Year's Eve in this hotel - a cringe-worthy evening with a hangar of tables covered with a sheet (photo below). The next 10 days were spent in a hotel nearby (the name repeats the genre of music), it is better to spend money there.
