Awesome and clean hotel , especially convenient as an airport hotel as we had a late arrival after 11pm. Just 5mins walk after baggage collection customs clearance. Walk straight and turn right 200m ! Ask any airport staff they are helpful to direct you there! Very comfortable beds and very clean rooms with very new and clean towels! My wife and I absolutely love the new thick bathrobes just lovely! Also the breakfast was really good and flavourful good selections…. Highly recommended for people who need a great comfortable hotel on late arrival or early morning flights out of Tianful International Airport!!!!

It was pure joy to stay at the Dorsett Chengdu. The hotel is situated very conveniently next to the metro entrance and it is one of the main lines in Chengdu. I could easily travel to the main attractions. Staff was friendly and helpful. The lavender pillow that I requested did not smell like lavender at all, but it was a nice touch to my stay there. The bath is really small and I think they could have utilized the space in the bathroom better. I could not straighten my legs in the bathtub. The room was spacious and spotless. I will definitely stay at the Dorsett again when I visit Chengdu in future!

From the moment we got to this hotel in Chengdu, it was clear our hopes were going to be far exceeded. This hotel was the third out of five we stayed in during our trip across China. Despite its good price, it became a top highlight of our journey. It perfectly mixed value, location, cleanliness, and amazing service into one great experience. Every staff member we met, from the friendly porter who welcomed us, to the receptionists who checked us in smoothly, and the hardworking cleaning team, made us feel a real sense of warm hospitality that's rare to find. They were all so kind and paid attention to little details, making us feel very special and looked after the whole time. What really stood out was the kindness of the cleaning service. After we washed our clothes and left them drying in the bathroom, we came back to find that the cleaning person had kindly brought in a rack for our clothes and arranged them to dry better. This act of kindness touched us deeply and showed how much the staff does to look after their guests. The room service was also a highlight, with lots of tasty options that were better than we expected from hotel food. Every meal was enjoyable, adding extra comfort to our stay. Our room, high up in the building, had an amazing view of Chengdu, making our stay even better with beautiful views of the city, like the nearby Anshun Bridge. Even though we asked for a smoking room, the air in our room was still fresh thanks to a great ventilation system. The hotel's spot was also very handy. With a metro station close by that goes straight to Chengdu East Station and the Anshun Bridge not far away, getting around the city was easy. Adding to our positive experience, it was a pleasant surprise to find that some of the staff could speak some English, which we hadn't found in other hotels. Plus, the hotel had a cool robot service which was really interesting. The lobby and hotel grounds were incredible, too. And the breakfast was AMAZING – so varied, with a mix of Western and Eastern food choices. To sum it up, this hotel is a real hidden treasure in Chengdu. It brings together a great price with top service, cleanliness, and location, making it a perfect pick for travelers. The wonderful hospitality and kind actions we saw have made a big impression on us, promising that this hotel will be our top choice when we come back to the city. A big thank you to the whole team for making our stay unforgettable.

The service at the front desk of the hotel is warm and thoughtful, especially Lin Yuqin at the front desk. The service is very good. The room is also very clean and tidy. The store manager also bought cold medicine for us, and also gave us fruit and white fungus soup. There are also many kinds of breakfast. Originally we only booked a room for two nights, so we decisively extended our stay for one more night. However, when I accidentally reviewed the previous two nights, I didn't get the full five-star rating and rated it 4.2 points [bitter]. I will definitely come back next time if I have the opportunity. Will choose this hotel [Qiya] again

Front desk speedy to check-in, enjoyed their breakfast buffet, room clean and bright, walking distance to catch the train at Chengdu East railway station.

Do becareful of the housekeeper, do not place ur valueable when u are out of ur room, our item which worth 2k USD was almost lost and only threaten to call the police after that item was “found and return”. Other than that the location and hotel was pretty good

Overall, typical Kempinski experience, though not the best one. Staff servicea up to standard. Location wise, not the best as not in the main shopping belt area and nearby food or attractions not as extensive. Requires metro services with change of lines to get to main districts of attractions. Another area of improvement is the breakfast. Breakfast selection is standard, but no enforcement of dining policy. We saw many people coming in with hotel slippers which should not have been allowed.

We had a wonderful stay! Really helpful staff at check-in and check-out. Grateful for the late check out they allowed. Bed was so comfortable (loved the blackout curtain). Breakfast was amazing - waffles were delicious and so many other great choices too. We enjoyed the swimming pool as well as a massage. The coupon at check in made me go for the extra splurge. It was a really special day vacation!

Rhombus Hotel is ideally located in the ChunXi Lu district near Tai Koo Li. The hotel room is spacious and clean. Staff are courteous and friendly.

Facilities: This is a newly built hotel. There is nothing to say about the hardware. The smart equipment in the whole house (🚽toilet, curtains) and the key air conditioner are quite powerful. Two words: warm. Hygiene: First of all, let’s talk about the hygiene of the entire park. The roads are clean and hygienic. The hotel also creatively shaped ginkgo leaves. Secondly, the rooms are hygienic. They are clean and tidy. The linens are very new and the towels are very soft. Environment: The hotel park is very large, the roads are regular, and there are also my favorite ginkgo trees, although many of them have fallen off Service: First of all, I would like to thank the front desk for helping me upgrade, and the whole process was very fast, making people feel at home. The first time I seriously took the initiative to write a review was to give this hotel a crazy call: After booking the hotel, the customer service girl Hu Yuanmao took the initiative to call me and asked if I needed to be picked up from the airport. After learning that we had a lot of luggage when we returned to China, we got in the commercial car. Even though the driver had already gotten off work, he still arranged for the duty manager Zhou Jing to personally pick us up at the airport. After arriving at the hotel, three staff members took our luggage to the room. The hotel is very stylish, the room is large, clean and refreshing, and very quiet! I slept very comfortably. I lost my diamond ring in the room in a hurry when I checked out. The next day the customer service lady arranged for it to be sent by SF Express without saying a word. It is really one of the few hotels I have encountered with perfect service! The most important point is that this hotel did not ask for reviews at all. I only found out after asking for the name myself. This will be my only hotel of choice when traveling to Tianfu Airport in the future! ! !

The check-in experience was very good, the service attitude of the ladies at the front desk was also very good, friendly and enthusiastic! How should I put it? I was quite disappointed when I came here for the first time. It was the worst InterContinental I have ever stayed in. It might be because there were too many guests during the holidays, and the reception capacity and service could not keep up. Although there was a butler service, everything needed to be found and explored by yourself. The naughty castle in the children's adventure island was like a joke, worse than the naughty castle in the countryside. The butler was very enthusiastic and arranged the room by phone in advance. The fish hot pot in Xinghu Restaurant was great.

Husband's play is called a food package. The room is very rich in snacks, fruits and drinks. The hotel also provides afternoon tea with salty and sweet porridge and self-toast. In the evening, there is a braised beer supper. The room also sent ribs soup. The fish head stew and three cups of chicken ordered in the restaurant taste good. In short, it has been full. Overall very good, with a sunny holiday feeling. If there are a few suggestions, one is a long time private soup, nearly an hour, the experience is not very good. Another is that some services suggest a clear explanation beforehand, such as the package contains manual, and when the checkout is said that the selected manual is expensive and needs to make up the difference. Had an amazing stay at Licheng Bieyuan. Everything was perfect! The staff and owner were so kind and helpful! The room was spacious, clean and really comfortable. The hotel is located just 5 min away from the main street with all the restaurants and stores as well as just 5 min walk from the entrance of the Jiuzhaigou Valley. We took a coach from Songpan Station and asked the driver to drop us off/pick us up right in front of the hotel. Big plus also for the breakfast which offered both Chinese and continental options as well as for the hot bath, which was really relaxing after a long day! Overall would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back next time!

Hilton seems to be the best place to stay in Jiuzhaigou these days and certainly, location and brand name may attract many. BUT, be aware of the following: As the hotel is quite new, the staff is not trained to Hilton standards. E.g. Ayi would dispose of your personal toiletries left in the shower cabinet. Also, don‘t expect anyone to speak English at the resort. Although Jason, Guest relations manager, may have tried his best, communication was only possible in Chinese. Same for check-in and all the other hotel staff. Lastly, breakfast options did only cater to Chinese/Asian palates. All in all an enjoyable stay, but not (yet?) up to Hilton standards.

The hotel is newly opened, and the hygiene is very good. There are many restaurants and convenience stores near the hotel. You can eat directly nearby after visiting the attractions! Great! The hotel provides free breakfast with many choices. The hotel is about 5 minutes away from the Jiuzhaigou Visitor Center by taxi, which is very convenient for travel!

The hotel is located in the forest, with a first-class environment, quiet and comfortable. The room is clean and tidy, and the view outside the window is beautiful with clouds and mist! The yard is like a garden, very beautiful. The waiters at the front desk and restaurant are warm and friendly. The shortcomings are: I stayed in this hotel 25 kilometers away from the scenic area. I originally wanted to stay and eat well, but the food for two nights was not satisfactory. It was not that the taste was bad, but the content or quality of the ingredients was not in place. So I left early and hope for improvement.

The hotel is great, and every staff member will greet you with a smile. The yak beef in this hotel is indeed different from the one we had in Chengdu, and it is very delicious. I heard from the owner of the shop next door that during the May Day holiday, you have to queue up to eat it. It seems that I was lucky this time, and I ate it when I went there.

We were not disappointed when we chose Rundu Hotel. The front desk lady was very welcoming and gave us a big room upgrade. She also gave us fruit and milk. The room was clean and well-equipped. The hotel also had a rich breakfast. The hotel is in a very good location. It is next to the bus terminal. It is very convenient to come from Chengdu. It is a seven or eight minute walk from Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area. There are many restaurants around. You can try the yak hot pot. The scenery of Jiuzhaigou is really beautiful. The hotel can be recommended to friends who come to Jiuzhaigou.

The resort is highly recommended because of proximity to romance show theater..also VERY VERY helpful staff.when returning back to airport,they booked taxi,but the taxi got stuck someplace.they immediately scolded the taxi company ,notified us and booked another taxi . There are cultural programmed...sauna and hot water pool...all free and ready to use.my wife used the sauna,they allowed her to wear a dress of her choosing...they Al's gave her water and fruits afterwards. The BEST part for us,a INDIAN VEGETARIAN jain couple was that they cooked us Maggi noodles ,which we had bought from mumbai.they served us in a bowl. There are language issues ,but front desk DOES communicate brilliantly with translator. Only down side was the fridge was NOT working AND AC was not functional ,they provided us with a fan. Afternoon,there were free cakes and fruits. They provide airport pick up,provided we inform them 2 days in advance....all in all,the rooms were very big,excellent interior and well trained staff.

The location is in the newly developed Luneng Hotel Group in Jiuzhaigou. Conrad is different from several other hotels in that it is really quiet here, and the rooms are all in a single-family house. The sense of privacy is very good. The view from the room is also beautiful. The front desk staff is very warm and thoughtful, and contacted us in advance to arrange the room and check-in fruit. Conrad and Hilton belong to the same family, and dinner was eaten at Hilton's Mai Restaurant! It was really super super super delicious and the service was also very very good. The overall feeling was very good.

Before the Spring Festival, I had always wanted to come to Siguniang Mountain to stay at their home. I canceled it twice because of things, but I finally got to stay this time! We stayed on the panoramic terrace on the first day and changed to a room with double sides of the snow mountain on the second day. The room was very large and comfortable. It was right at the foot of Siguniang Mountain. I can't say this, the scenery was so beautiful. Watch the Rizhao Jinshan Mountain in the morning and evening. When you look up at night, you can see the sky full of stars. It’s really beautiful, but it’s a pity that I can’t take pictures with my mobile phone. It was very pleasant to take a bath in the evening, listen to music, and enjoy the quiet moment. The service of the housekeeper was also very good. She mentioned to contact us before coming to inform us about the traffic conditions. It was very warm as soon as I entered the room, and check-in was smooth. It is highly recommended.
