5-Star Hotels in Macau, China

Hotel seems a bit dated to my taste but it is very well maintained. Excellent service and housekeeping, everything was great from the doorman and reception to my departure. Beautiful swimming pool area, good GYM. I loved the breakfast buffet, one of the best I’ve tried in Macau. One star off the service for having to wait to be seated for breakfast despite having the reservation time, my plans had to be moved because of this. The rest was brilliant.

Amazing hotel in the heart of Cotai strip, with connecting walk ways to other major hotels near by as well. The room was luxurious and the king bed was super comfortable. We didn’t have the best view but we didn’t pay for that, so that was expected. Definitely worth the price and I’d agree that it’s a 5* hotel. Hotel staff were great, helping with our luggage when checking in and checking out, even helping to wheel it to the airport transfer bus. The only thing that would have been useful would be a list of all services available (ie airport / ferry / bus transfers - there was not a complete list anywhere).

Fantastic service from the team, glad to assist with all directory questions. Booked 3 rooms, 2 were available for early check in slightly before noon. The last room reeked of cigarette smell and no questions asked, they changed a new room for us.

Quite good hotel with strategic location, free shuttle bus to 關閘, easy access to macau-china border. A lot of famous and instagrammable restaurants nearby, a few supermarkets nearby, within walking distance.

This is the most fantastic trip we’ve ever had before. We’ve got the customised service, the high quality of hotel facilities with a high quality and the delicious food etc. Colin connected me and gave me the useful tips before and within the entire trip. and he prepared the surprise for kids as well. While Robin helped plan every detail about viewsights, famous local snacks and the efficient way with transportation. All these are pretty impressive, and I’ll choose Londoner again!

I had a not so good experience staying at this hotel. I arrived around 3:15pm and the room was still not ready. Front desk staff told us that we still need to wait another 45 minutes or so, and offered us free welcome drinks at the lounge beside, well that’s the least they could do when check-in time was supposed to be at 3:00pm. I requested higher floors and they only gave me a room on the 17th floor, and there are like 30+ floors. They told me that’s the only room available, I’m disappointed in that as I have booked my room a few days ago and waited so long at checkin. I requested a non-smoking room, but when I entered the room there was a pungent smell of cigarette smoking. I immediately contact front desk and requested a room change but they refused and told me that’s the only room they have available (would that be possible in such a big hotel?). The hotel just brought an air purifier, which only kill germs but does not deodorize, and we had to face with the smell of cigarettes during our stay. In general the room was spacious and had modern design, just not too practical. The bathroom is large but the shower and the bathtub is very far separated, which is very inconvenient after a bath to walk all the way to the shower when you’re all wet. They also have an electric toilet, but the toilet board itself is very small, I wonder how a tall foreigner can sit on it? One thing I would like to compliment is that the welcome fruits are very fresh and there are many snacks to choose from. The indoor pools is not up to standard as it is relatively small in size, only good for children to play, and also they only had a few chairs for swimmers to use. The hotel is far from the main area of the studio city centre, we had walk quite a bit to the main area where all the shops and restaurants are. The entrance is “enclosed” but building besides, so feeling much isolated when entering from the front entrance.

It was beyond expectation and satisfying. The hotel hardware is luxurious and exquisite, clean and sanitary. The software service is even more satisfactory, and the butler service system is particularly considerate. From the moment I checked in, a butler was always available to provide considerate service. I had already added my contact information before I checked in. They added a bed for us as requested and gave us a lot of desserts. The bouquet of flowers to welcome us was also very pleasing. I would like to thank the butler Ken Zhang for his attentive and considerate service, and also thank the butler Lucas Lu for his enthusiastic company. I will definitely stay here again next time I come to Macau.

Hotel situates in the middle of Venetian and Parisian, provide free shuttle pick up from/to Cotai port to hotel, great spot to live in especially for family who prefers to stay slightly away from the casino and busy shopping malls. Hotel is tidy clean with great and attentive services. I was amazed that how the hotel staff would remember your name, and proactive support whenever needed. The breakfast buffet is amazing too with broad options and enjoy how I don’t have to wait in line for items required further cooking, like congee and noodle soup, the resto staff will send right to your table.

Hello, I'm Imhyeongwoo who stayed for one night on Oct. 8, 2024. I travel to many countries around the world. I've even stayed in some of the best hotels in the world. But I think St.Regis hotel is the best hotel in the world. I was lucky to have spent my couple's 15th wedding anniversary in Macau. Thank you for leaving me as a happy memory. In particular, I think Chris' kindness will remain as a good memory for me forever. I was really comfortable and happy thanks to Chris during my stay at the St. Regis Hotel. He explained me a lot of information about Macau. He allowed me to experience the best kindness that I can't experience at other hotels. Other guests also expressed their ”best(Thumbs up)” expression when Chris passed by. He is a person who gives a lot of kindness to all the guests. All the guests who meet him are lucky. Our stay at The Venetian Macao was absolutely amazing! We were pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade, and the suite we got was nothing short of stunning — spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. One of the coolest features was the use of robots to deliver amenities straight to our room. It gave the whole experience a high-tech, futuristic touch that really stood out. There’s also so much to do within the hotel itself. From world-class restaurants and shopping to entertainment and the iconic indoor canals, you could easily spend days exploring without even stepping outside. It truly feels like a destination on its own. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable experience in Macau!
