A special shout-out to Ms. Jiang at the front desk – her service was truly thoughtful and professional. I arrived with a lot of luggage, and she processed my check-in quickly and efficiently, all while maintaining a warm smile. There was no unnecessary waiting. When she learned it was my first time in the area, she proactively and thoroughly explained nearby attractions and dining options. She even thoughtfully asked about my room preferences and helped arrange a room with a better view, patiently answering all my questions. Her gentle and patient demeanor, along with her attention to detail, made me feel incredibly welcome and at home.
The room hygiene was impeccable; every corner was spotless. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the mattress and pillows provided maximum comfort. The room's soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a wonderfully quiet night's rest. The bathroom featured a wet and dry separation, with stable and ample hot water, and quality toiletries. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, public areas are neat and organized, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options.
Both the hardware facilities and service quality live up to high-end hotel standards. Thanks to Ms. Jiang's thoughtful and attentive service, my trip experience was significantly enhanced. I will definitely choose the World Trade Marriott again on my next visit and highly recommend it to everyone! Many thanks to Li Weibin from Concierge and Nie Yuanyuan from Housekeeping, and a special thanks to the Housekeeping Manager who washed my 82-year-old mother's pants – such family-like warmth! "Our trip to Changbai Mountain led us to choose the DoubleTree by Hilton, and I was genuinely impressed by the service – definitely a five-star experience!
Today, the Heavenly Lake was incredibly crowded. With all the waiting in lines and sightseeing, it was already past 7 PM by the time we left the scenic area. I was worried about missing the shuttle and the hassle of traveling in the dark, so I decided to contact our butler, Jackson Eric. To my surprise, he immediately helped us arrange transportation. The entire process was handled seamlessly; we were able to get directly into a car to return to the hotel as soon as we came down the mountain. It was so convenient and thoughtful, completely easing all our worries.
As for the hotel itself, the facilities are top-notch. It's very close to the North Slope entrance, which saved us a lot of travel time. From our room, we had a view of the entire pine forest – so quiet and soothing. Coming back in the evening to soak in the hot springs, the fatigue from a day of hiking instantly melted away. The breakfast selection was extensive, even offering local Korean ethnic specialties. Our stay was incredibly comfortable.
I truly feel that the service here isn't just about following procedures; they genuinely solve problems from the guest's perspective. A special thanks to our butler, Jackson Eric. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Changbai Mountain!"

1. The poolside staff were incredibly thoughtful. In the early morning, there was already a dedicated attendant on duty. When my elderly family members were swimming, a staff member proactively offered dry towels. They were gentle and friendly, showing great care for the seniors, which was a heartwarming detail.
2. The experience with two front desk staff members was excellent: one was Tang Yue, and the other was Feng Yanyu. Both ladies were enthusiastic and patient throughout, meticulously guiding us on nearby attractions, taxi routes, and tips for visiting the morning market. I especially thank Ms. Feng Yanyu, who proactively added me on WeChat, telling me I could contact her anytime for any assistance. Her thoughtful and thorough service made us feel exceptionally secure while traveling away from home. Special thanks to her!
3. The concierge staff at the hotel entrance were professional and enthusiastic. They proactively helped us with our luggage upon arrival and hailed taxis and opened doors for us when we went out. Their service was perfectly measured, showcasing the professional standard of a five-star hotel.
The hotel's location is superb, right next to a commercial area, making it very convenient for going out and dining. From the pool to the front desk and the doormen, every employee was gentle and courteous, with attention to detail evident everywhere. It's perfectly suited for stays with seniors and children. We will definitely choose this hotel again next time we visit Changchun. Highly recommended!"

However, I'd suggest they make the portion sizes smaller; there's too much, and it'd be a shame to waste those delicious wild vegetables. The view from the 43rd floor is great, and the sofa by the window is very comfortable. Breakfast was good. However, the service could be more proactive. I had a small hiccup during check-in, experiencing a power outage in my room for the first time, which required a room change. The issue was handled and resolved relatively quickly, and when I mentioned the tissues in the room were scarce, they were promptly refilled. I hope they can improve their attention to service details. Overall, I would still recommend this place."

They added an extra bed to the suite's living room free of charge, and the air conditioning issue was resolved very quickly. We even received a gift box of Zongzi and a fridge magnet. The suite itself was spacious with plenty of amenities. The afternoon tea and happy hour included in the executive benefits were also quite good. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit."

"I used to stay here frequently for business trips. Although the facilities are a bit dated, the location and breakfast (especially the chicken soup tofu skewers) are great, and the value for money is acceptable. This time, I brought my child and booked a family room. We arrived at 3:30 PM, and the front desk said the previous guests had checked out only half an hour ago and housekeeping was rushing to clean the room. I thought it would take 10 or 15 minutes at most, but after waiting for a while and asking again, I was told it would take 30-40 minutes to clean one room. I went to the front desk again to urge them, and only then did they contact housekeeping, eventually saying, ”It's almost ready, you can check in now.” The entire process, from arrival to check-in (including issues with the key card not working in the elevator and trying multiple times), dragged on until 4:05 PM, a full 35-minute wait. What I don't understand is, since we had already arrived, there were no other guests waiting, and it was 3:30 PM, a normal check-in time, why couldn't they assign two people to clean one room to speed things up? On top of that, the front desk staff (not the one with curly hair, but another person) had a very indifferent attitude and never offered a single apology throughout the entire process, making for a very poor experience. The hotel can review the surveillance footage to verify the objectivity of my statements.
Next time I'm on a business trip, I might have to look at other hotels. The service industry needs standardized procedures and the right people in these roles. I'm also from Changchun, and if service positions are filled through 'connections,' then consumers will simply vote with their feet.
The good aspects: From my child's perspective, they had a very happy stay. The lobby manager and the evening front desk staff were also pleasant to communicate with."

Our butler provided one-on-one travel advice throughout our stay, including daily updates on the opening/closing of Tianchi Lake during the rainy season and park weather announcements. They proactively planned alternative rainy-day activities, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills. In August, Changbai Mountain experiences frequent rain and fog, and we were so grateful that the staff promptly informed us about Tianchi Lake's closure, saving us a wasted trip. Our rainy-day itinerary was well-arranged, making the entire journey worry-free and effortless. The hotel's location is excellent, and the facilities are quite comprehensive.

Anonymous UserThis was the most satisfying hotel we stayed at during our trip to Changbai Mountain Wanda Resort. The room was spacious, with a separate walk-in closet. The sofa and coffee table were perfect for enjoying some tea and relaxing. There was also a reading sofa by the window, a desk, and a lamp, all well-equipped. The chair was very comfortable, making it ideal for reading and writing.
Front desk staffer Xiao Ying was warm, thoughtful, and professional, answering all our questions. We received a complimentary breakfast, and our two children really enjoyed the buffet. The restaurant opens up to a lawn with lush greenery – very chill.
There were plenty of benefits, but the only downside was that each perk could only be used once per hotel. The next day, we switched to the Hyatt, and it was such a downgrade – the room was small, dimly lit, had no desk lamp, and the service was non-existent.

DongdazhiziRight at check-in, we were given two warm bottles of Changbai Mountain mineral water. The room was standard, and the heating was very strong – we had to sleep with the window open. The hot springs, however, are in a separate building, and you have to walk through the lobby on the ground floor to get to them. The lobby and the breakfast area on the second floor weren't warm enough, making it easy to catch a cold after coming back from the hot springs. The hot springs themselves are communal and only have a few small pools; it's not really worth going unless you just want a quick taste of Changbai Mountain's hot springs.

The room was spacious, well-equipped, and clean, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering direct views of the mountains and forest. 3. The concierge staff at the hotel entrance were professional and enthusiastic. They proactively helped us with our luggage upon arrival and hailed taxis and opened doors for us when we went out. Their service was perfectly measured, showcasing the professional standard of a five-star hotel.
The hotel's location is superb, right next to a commercial area, making it very convenient for going out and dining. From the pool to the front desk and the doormen, every employee was gentle and courteous, with attention to detail evident everywhere. It's perfectly suited for stays with seniors and children. We will definitely choose this hotel again next time we visit Changchun. Highly recommended!

The room had a great view, and I really enjoyed the hotel's outdoor hot springs. The indoor massage pool was also fantastic. I've stayed at other Park Hyatts before, but the Changbaishan Park Hyatt offers exceptional value for money.

Guest UserThe hotel room was large and spacious, clean and tidy. The butler provided full-service tracking, offering us many suggestions and assistance during our vacation. Staff in the rooms, restaurants, hot spring pools, and lobby were all warm and polite, providing an exceptional emotional experience that made us feel very cared for. Our stay was a perfect 100%! We're especially grateful for the fruit and thoughtful little gifts from the butler. Due to time constraints, we only stayed for three days. We'll definitely come back to Crown next time if we have the chance – it truly lives up to its name as the 'Crown of Crowns'!

The hotel exceeded our expectations, especially for families with kids. There are plenty of amusement facilities within the complex, and we even caught a fireworks show. A special shoutout to our butler, Qixi, who provided exceptional and attentive service. They answered all our questions, proactively shared local information and hotel details, and promptly resolved any issues, which really made up for some of the hotel's shortcomings.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, directly across the river from the famous Floating Market and adjacent to People's Park. The lobby is grand, and you need to swipe your room card to access the guest floors. The breakfast restaurant on the 24th floor offers a wide variety of options, with fresh sushi and omelets made to order. They even have original and red date/longan flavored soy milk. Enjoying breakfast while admiring the cityscape of Yanji feels fantastic! 👍
The hotel owner is Korean, so there are many Korean tour groups – about six large groups during my stay. The room amenities are well thought out: the curtains automatically close when you leave and the power turns off, which helps maintain the room temperature. The toilet only flushes *after* you stand up. Why do I specifically mention this? Because on my road trips along the 331 highway in Northeast China last year and this year, some hotels had toilets that flushed when you sat down and again when you stood up, which felt unhygienic and wasteful. This hotel's equipment is properly adjusted from the start. The faucets are also extended; if you've done renovations, you'd know these extended spouts are specially chosen. The benefit is that when washing hands or clothes, the spout is centered in the sink, so you don't have to bend over awkwardly. The mattress is also comfortable; I didn't check the brand, but a mattress that feels this good would cost around 10,000 RMB for home use. The tatami mat is particularly noteworthy – perfectly fine for one person to sleep on. The entire room is simply and comfortably decorated. My two-day stay was pleasant and relaxing. When I checked out, the hotel manager even gave me a small gift.
If the hotel wants to improve further, I think the quality of your bath products could be upgraded. The black packaging looks a bit low-end, and I preferred to use my own products because yours weren't appealing.
Exiting the hotel, turn left and walk uphill for about 5 minutes, and you'll reach the North Gate of People's Park. The hotel's first-floor restaurant, Ban Dao Xue Niu (Peninsula Snow Beef), is worth trying, and you get a 10% discount with your room card.
