We stayed on the 7th floor. The corridors were dusty and smelled stale however everything else was superb! Our room was clean and had what we needed. Reception lobby staff was very helpful and friendly and offered us adapters for our phone chargers. Would definitely recommend especially to anyone transiting because we had been our flight before 8am the next day to Wuhan! Best service from PNG citizens! Great food from the variety available at the buffet after we purchased dinner vouchers.

Stunning view from the top of the building. Didn’t feel the building shake at all under typhoon signal no. 10! 🌀
Grateful for the 2-hour late check out allowance from the hotel under typhoon signal number 10, though we decided to extend our stay at last.
Hotel staff are able to maintain professional service and answer guests’ inquiries patiently despite high demand of front desk service under typhoon. 👍🏻👍🏻

My stay at Regal Hong Kong Hotel was fantastic! 🏙️ Booking the executive room was a game changer, granting us access to the fabulous Executive Club Lounge, perfect for relaxing with tea or coffee during the day and savoring a selection of spirits, red, and white wines at night. 🍷 The room was spacious, spotless, and offered stunning city views that made every moment special. 😍 The mini bar, refilled daily, was a delightful touch. The pool was refreshing and well maintained, and the gym had everything needed for a solid workout. 🏊♂️💪 Its prime location in Causeway Bay, just steps from the MTR, convenience stores, malls, and tons of restaurants, made exploring a breeze. Highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and convenient stay! 🌍 #RegalHongKong #CityEscape

Excellent on everything. Room, check in, dining, service and most of all, location.
We've been staying in this hotel many times this year.
At least 3 nights every month. But it's always my wife who booked it. The buffet is amazing, location is very close to the big city of kowloon (TST) and the shopping hub is just around the corner. Overall, VERY GOOD!

This was our second stay with Royal Plaza Hotel. Everything about this hotel is superb especially it is linked to Moko Mall and it has great view.
But it would be perfect if the toilet has bidet. I think it is really a need to have it. Maybe the hotel management can help look into it.

Nice hotel on the Kowloon side, sure a bit old but still very good condition and status.
Unfortunately the pool was closed due to bad weather, this was my expected highlight.
Check-in was a bit a annoying, took by far too long compared to other hotels but hey, if it takes a few minutes more, not nice but also no drama

We have 3 persons. Although the room is smaller than expected, but there is a sofa bed which we don’t have to pay for extra bed. The overall environment of hotel is very nice, the sea view is very good, the quality of facilities is great! We enjoyed staying this hotel very much! I Will definitely recommend it to friends and choose to visit next time in HK!

Stayed one night with my girlfriend — the hotel is beautiful and has a great view. They surprised us with a room upgrade and birthday cake, which was a lovely touch.
The room was luxurious, breakfast was great, and staff were polite. The rooftop pool had some algae and debris, and the bathroom had a musty smell and a slanted shelf. In the second room, the bathroom felt overly spacious, which made it a bit awkward to use, and there weren’t enough bath mats.
Overall, we were happy with the stay and had a memorable experience.

Pros:
1) Excellent Location right at market
2) Room amenities & cleanliness are top notch in the hotel .
3) Breakfast is sumptuous and has a really wide variety in the buffet options .
4) Concierge desk is super . Very helpful staff.
5) Housekeeping staff is super quick & efficient .
Area of improvement:
-Reception staff needs to improve on courtesy and manners . They are very cold and need to be more courteous and customer friendly .
-Reception charged 10 HKD$ extra for a page print of your flight ticket even after staying in The Mira suite room. This is really annoying and unexpected from such a big hotel to levy such petty charges on print outs . Some things are not expected from a star category hotel . The management should look into this petty things & try to make small amends.

MMsHStravelsI've stayed at Disney's Explorers Lodge twice, and both times had a lovely stay and experience! Beautiful hotel and scenery! Staff friendly and helpful!
Christmas time at any Disney resort is just magical!
GGuest UserThe hotel is very clean, the rooms are spacious, and the bed sheets and bedding are extremely tidy. The pillows and mattress are very comfortable, and the large rain shower gives a spa-like experience with its water flow. The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of food choices. It’s one of the top three best hotels I’ve stayed in over the past two years!

ZZwebenLocation is at the ferry terminals for Northpoint and Central. Love this.. No highway in bay view.. Hunghom has just about everything one needs with 2 or 3 blocks. Short list, restaurant mall, Aeon,Park and Shop.Paper Stone Bakery. Don Ding.. missing fast food venues, Fortress Electronics
Lovely rooms.. but virtually no drawers.. no desk in the suites! No butler l, hooks closet for coats by the door. And someone is lecturing like bge managers, housekeeping the flowers mean bugs.. no it doesn't, and yes there should be bouquets .
Great Red Sugar bar , currently for Tea and Happy Hours. Very good buffet and reasonably priced!
Staff all wonderful and helpful.
Watched sailboats in the bay when there was level one typhoon alert..but hotel had all doors locked tight except entrance..very odd.
YYimei991. Nice Pool
Awesome pool view overseeing with the Aberdeen Channel and sea. Not overcrowding or rowdy at all in the morning. There is a separate water-play area for toddlers and slides for bigger kids. Sufficient life vests provided and life guards are in place.
2. Breakfast
We topped up for breakfast on last day at a high price (though slight discount are given for hotel guests). To our shocking dismay, there is nothing much to choose and eat for 4 of us (my elderly mother, big sister and my 6yo girl)! You can see from our picture how pathetic the foods we have on plates. Especially for a 5-star hotel standard!! There are zero international cuisine and dessert/mini cakes for selection; and the Japanese sides are simply off without any sushi or ramen counter.
Also, we are not seated at the main lobby area with the wide seating but placed in a further up seating section that are without much view and maximised space with many tables.
Spent close to S$200 for this standard?! Total waste of my money!!
3. Shuttle Bus
Upon checking in hotel, the staff never mention to me about the shuttle bus. So only when we decided to go to Ocean Park then I purposely enquired on night before. Wish their staff could be more helpful, otherwise more signage to point or direct the way.
4. Guest Room
Our room is furnished in classy style that are refreshing and pleasing to the eyes matching the great ocean view. However, it is a little cramped after we repositioned the chairs, to fit in our 4 luggage leaving only 1 tight pathway to walk up and down the room. Also the lamp shades are unbearable to look at, really rusty and disgusting.
TTaylor87The hotel was very good. The room was very big and clean. The staff was very friendly. The gym was small but it had what was needed for a good workout . The pool was clean and nice. I had the breakfast buffet on the last day. It had a very wide selection of foods and was well worth the price. I would definitely stay here again
SSoe Min M TunWe love the hotel, we did a staycation last year and did the same this year. My 6 year old daughter didn't want to leave. Can't do much about the weather but the room service was great and the house keeping was excellent
TTim NazarovHad a couple days stay at these apartments. A few thing that I may say for those looking to know wether it is worth it or not
1. Location - is great, a few minutes walk to the Tsim Sha Tsui metro stations, ferry, 24 hour 7-eleven etc.
2. Room with a balcony is a must have - you’re basically paying for you personal spot with a harbor view which is fantastic
3. Rooms have everything you need and are spacious. We had a washing and drying machine, fridge, stove. Nothing to add here
4. Rooms filling is great
5. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly from reception to the pool and restaurant. 5* service here
6. The connecting floor and restaurant area are just stunning. Feels like you’re walking inside someone luxury apartment - big chess for children, other table games, view spots to chill I front of the great view, various art installations. It’s a great place to be
What I can not understand is how in that wonderful place it can be such a mediocre kitchen. I’m not particularly picky on the food, conbini foods and Don Quijote fried chicken are fine for me, but that was something unexpected. I would highly suggest changing the kitchen to something more appropriate to the overall level of the apartment. Hong Kong has a billion fantastic kitchen options but that was around European 3* old hotel experience, unfortunately. It just didn’t taste anyhow, nothing. The buns were not fresh, the salad was not fresh, eggs were not done correctly, though deserts were fine.
Anyway, hope this helps somebody
TTatianaPros:
1. The rooms are quite spacious. For HongKong it’s a huge deal.
2. Convenient shuttle bus routes. From the West Kowloon train station, as well as Disneyland and to other attractions, or close to them.
3. Despite being located in a relatively remote spot, it has a great infrastructure around it. Like a 7/11, coffee shops, restaurant etc.
4. Amazing views from the hotel room, as well as the surroundings.
5. The hotel staff were all super nice, professional and helpful.
6. The territory of the hotel itself I think it’s very convenient and safe for families with kids. There is a mini golf court. Kids can play around the hotel, and it will be very safe for them.
7. Special thanks for upgrading my room. That was very nice. I really appreciated it.
Cons:
1. Breakfast was super average for the cost (one type of cold cut, two types of cheese) and in general the selection was very basic. (I went to HongKong many times, and stayed in different hotels, so comparing to other hotels with the same price for the breakfast, this one is the worst). But I liked the pancake machine and the view.
2. The kids were allowed to swim in a very deep swimming pool for adults. And I think it’s dangerous for kids, as well as it’s inconvenient for the adults that would like to swim.
Overall a solid 8,5/10.
Yes, the hotel is not new, but in pretty good condition. And maybe for people that will take public transportation will not be convenient to reach it. So take it into consideration. Also it will not be suitable for people who want to party and discover the “main attractions” of HongKong. It will be amazing for a staycation, nature and sea lovers.
