Details like the room lighting and air conditioning are practical. Very good! The cleanliness is top-notch, and the service is warm, thoughtful, and meticulous! Excellent value for money. The hotel has good soundproofing, so it's very quiet. The breakfast is rich and delicious! The hotel's Li Xuan Chinese Restaurant has an elegant, unique, and grand design. The main courses and dishes are delicious and reasonably priced. I will definitely book this hotel again next time I fly from Daxing Airport. 👍

It's incredibly convenient for both sightseeing and shopping. The lobby is grand and impressive, and after a recent renovation, the rooms are clean and tidy with comfortable bedding. The bathroom has a great wet/dry separation, and the soundproofing is quite good. The service is warm and attentive; the front desk handles check-ins efficiently, and the housekeeping is meticulous and thoughtful. The breakfast offers a rich variety of options, combining both Chinese and Western dishes that are delicious. There's also an indoor pool and a gym, making it suitable for both family trips and business travel. It's a quiet oasis amidst the bustling city and offers great value for money. This is my top choice for a trip to Beijing, and I'll definitely stay here again!

My trip to Beijing was made so much more comfortable this time, thanks to finding such a great hotel. The day before arrival, the front desk manager, Xiao Shen, called to confirm my itinerary and thoughtfully arranged an upgrade. They even pre-assigned a room, so check-in was incredibly smooth as soon as I arrived. The room was spacious with a high floor offering a great view. Any requests I had for Xiao Shen were addressed immediately. During the holiday period, they also provided complimentary drinks and arranged for a late check-out, which really added to the pleasantness of my trip. The hotel is conveniently located in Xidan Joy City, making travel easy with plenty of surrounding malls. It was also great for morning runs. My only minor regret was that the door connecting to the mall was closed during the holiday, meaning a slight detour to get to the subway station. Overall, the hotel facilities are good, though one of the elevators on the side undergoing maintenance had an unresponsive card reader and the floor lights would occasionally go out. However, these minor flaws didn't detract from the overall stay, and I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Beijing.

I'm a local and I stayed here over Chinese New Year, which left a great impression, so I came back for the May Day holiday. The Executive Lounge feels like a friend's living room, and all the staff are incredibly nice. This time, I was most impressed by the sunny and handsome Clark and the sweet-smiling Sana; they added wonderful memories to our holiday. Thank you! I've set my sights on Kempinski Beijing Lufthansa Center; I'll definitely be back if I get the chance.

Every time I visit Beijing with my kids, I choose InterContinental. It's just across the street from Sanlitun, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. Plus, there are two subway stations nearby, so getting anywhere is a breeze. The room was comfortable, quiet, and spotless, with great natural light. Mika Flora, one of the staff members, was incredibly gentle and responsible, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The hotel's breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the service was prompt. My only suggestion would be to improve the quality and variety of pastries in the dessert section. For instance, most hotel restaurants seem to have savory floss bread, and adding more sweet and savory options could make the selection even richer.

The room isn't huge, and it's not a brand-new hotel, but the facilities and service are excellent. Let's start with the facilities: 1. The bedside lamps aren't directly overhead; they're adjustable, so you won't disturb anyone sleeping next to you. 2. The toilet is a Toto Washlet, and the flush is incredibly quiet. Many hotels now have smart toilets, but their flushes can be deafening, waking up everyone in the room in the middle of the night. This hotel's smart toilet is the quietest I've ever encountered, which is a huge plus. 3. The curtains are electric blackout blinds that move up and down, which I prefer because they don't collect dust easily. 4. The breakfast selection is quite extensive and very good. 5. The small garden isn't large, but it features rockeries, a waterfall, flowers, and several different types of trees, including hawthorn, apple, and even a Japanese Puxian cherry. Now, about the service: 1. There's an AI photo booth and a claw machine on the first floor, both free. The staff are incredibly enthusiastic. If a child can't grab a doll, they'll even open the machine to adjust the doll's position, making it easier for the child to win. The photo booth generates AI photos based on your shots and chosen backgrounds, printing them out as a fridge magnet – very cool! 2. When my child was taking a bottle of mineral water to go out, a staff member on the first floor noticed and proactively came over to attach a portable clip to the bottle so it could be hung. We stayed here for two days, and it felt more and more comfortable with each passing night. The room was also very quiet. Additionally, right next to the hotel is an ancient observatory, which was once the Royal Observatory. It's well worth a visit, with volunteer guides who explain China's astronomical history beautifully. Highly recommended.

The location is excellent, making it super convenient to get to any attraction, and it's close to a subway station. Environment: As a state-owned hotel, it's very comfortable and has a great atmosphere. Guest Room: It exceeded my expectations. It truly lives up to its old five-star reputation with solid amenities. I thought the room might be very old-fashioned, but the materials used are genuinely high-quality. While it might not perfectly fit a young person's aesthetic, I can't deny the excellent materials used by this state-owned establishment. The quality upon entering is clear, and it comes complete with a bathtub and separate shower. I suggest the hotel update its photos; the actual rooms are much better than what's shown. Staying here offers great value for money and feels very safe.

We stayed here for a family trip during the May Day holiday. The hotel's location is excellent, making it super convenient for getting around and finding places to eat. The service was pretty good too. As for the facilities, the room size was a bit on the smaller side, which I guess might be due to the hotel's overall positioning, so I can understand that. The biggest letdown, though, was the breakfast. It was extremely mediocre; our group of three families all felt there was absolutely nothing good to eat. We ended up just having some fruit and eggs. It pales in comparison to business hotels like Atour, Jianguo Puyin, or Orange Crystal, which feels mismatched with the hotel's caliber. I hope they can improve this in the future.

Every staff member we encountered at the hotel greeted us. The front desk lady, knowing I collect room cards, even gave me a special bunny-themed room card! I'm so happy we got to stay here on such a special day. I'd love to experience the Beijing Four Seasons with you again in the future!

The front desk service at Grand Hyatt is truly exceptional! Not only are they professional, but they're also incredibly enthusiastic. Amy, in particular, helped us resolve quite a few issues. The hotel's cleanliness is very reassuring, and the air feels fresh. Sleeping at night was incredibly quiet; you couldn't hear any noise from the road or the corridors, allowing for a full night's sleep. The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient transportation, including direct subway access, making it incredibly easy to get anywhere. The surrounding area is also very pleasant. Definitely five-star worthy! I also want to mention the butler service, which is incredibly thoughtful. Even though there are stated working hours, they always respond immediately. And the concierge service, they deliver Taobao packages directly to your room, avoiding issues like packages expiring in lockers.
