This hotel offers pretty good value for money, with an excellent location and affordable prices. While the facilities are a bit old, they are well-maintained. However, the customer service and the female front desk staff were quite subpar. They were unwilling to offer room upgrades or late check-outs, which was disappointing. I hope they improve, as it would be a shame to waste such a great location and the efforts of most of the other staff members.

I've stayed at Ascott many times, and it's consistently excellent in all aspects. The rooms are incredibly spacious, and the amenities like the fridge and washing machine are all fully equipped. The environment is also very quiet; you barely hear any noise. It's super convenient for dining and drinks, with plenty of restaurants nearby. There's also Xiao Taihou Park close by, and it's not far from the subway station – about a 10-minute scooter ride.

Exceptional stay at Grand Concordia! The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and extremely safe for traveling with children. I accidentally left some personal items behind in my room, and the hotel staff handled it amazingly well—they shipped everything back to me via SF Express, and it arrived safely within just one day, perfectly packed! I have always trusted this hotel, and they never disappoint. Thank you so much to the wonderful staff for their honesty and efficient service!

This location was ideal for my short layover. Conveniently located adjacent to Beijing Capital International Airport, it offers virtually every amenity you could imagine. The value is also excellent considering what you save by taking advantage of the complimentary airport shuttle service. What truly made this stay exceptional, however, was the outstanding hospitality. I ordered room service, and the food arrived hot, delicious, reasonably priced, and surprisingly high quality. Breakfast was another highlight—I highly recommend adding it to your stay, whether you dine in the restaurant or enjoy it from the comfort of your room. I especially want to recognize Deane at the guest services desk. Exceptional customer service is becoming increasingly rare, and Deane reminded me what genuine hospitality looks like. When I needed a little extra time before checking out, he patiently listened to my request, helped me work through my admittedly imperfect Chinese, and went above and beyond by arranging a special accommodation that allowed me to remain in my room beyond the standard checkout time. At no point did I feel rushed or like an inconvenience. Instead, I felt genuinely welcomed as a guest. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help transformed what could have been a stressful travel day into a relaxed and enjoyable experience. Employees like Deane are a tremendous asset to any hotel, and he deserves recognition for the positive impression he leaves on guests. This personalized level of customer care is exactly why I would recommend this hotel to anyone flying into or out of Beijing, and why I will absolutely stay here again. Between the family rooms, swimming pool, breakfast buffet, and evening dining options—including pizza, burgers, and other Western favorites—there is plenty to keep children happy while creating memorable family experiences. 10/10. The moment you unlock the door, there's a welcome animation! Remember to record it; it's a very creative way to turn on the lights and open the curtains. It's not complicated, but who doesn't love a little surprise in life? If you're coming to this hotel, I definitely recommend the panoramic room. You can enjoy the night view of Universal. When there are no Halloween events, you can even see the castle light show. Just note that during Halloween, there's no castle light show. The hotel staff are all very enthusiastic, and the room environment is quite good. The lighting design is really interesting, but it would be great if they added an instruction manual. It was my first time, and it took me several tries to figure it out. It's fitting for a hotel of this caliber. I was in too much of a hurry and didn't have much time to experience the hotel's entertainment facilities, but among the hotels around Universal, I'd highly recommend this one.

The Club Med resort is quite expansive, divided into a main building (housing the front desk, guest rooms, restaurants, gym, meeting rooms, etc.) and an annex building (primarily for recreational facilities, including archery, rock climbing, flying trapeze, bars, a water park, and a ball pit). The two buildings are conveniently connected by a skywalk. A big thank you to our butler, Suna, who provided meticulous reminders throughout our stay (dining times, themed activity schedules, etc.) and also helped coordinate issues like replenishing bottled water and arranging a late check-out. We really appreciate Suna! **Cleanliness:** The room was clean, and housekeeping service was prompt. **Dining:** The buffet offered a wide variety of dishes and was quickly refilled. **Activities:** There were numerous activities available during our stay, such as bubble parties, large-scale song and dance shows, childcare services, and a water park. The children had a fantastic time. **Outdoor:** There are basketball courts, badminton courts, and a pine cone park. Guests can also enjoy hiking or cycling on their own.

Fantastic location! It's super convenient to get to the Beijing People's Art Theatre for a show, and Wangfujing shopping area is within walking distance. The hotel has a grand atmosphere, and the rooms are clean, tidy, and well-equipped with comfortable bedding. The service was attentive, making it a great experience for couples. We'll definitely choose this place again next time we're in Beijing.

The service was excellent. We arrived a bit late, and turndown service had already been done. Someone even guided us to our room. When I lost my room key at the bar, the bartender helped me contact the front desk and retrieve it. We received a handwritten welcome letter and complimentary Beijing-style fruits and snacks, which was a nice touch. The location is superb, right next to Wangfujing Street. From the bar's terrace, you can see the Forbidden City and Chang'an Avenue. However, the public areas are quite small and, being located within a mall, feel a bit cramped.

My overall experience at Wanda Vista Beijing was great. The location is truly unbeatable, right in the CBD, making it super convenient for shopping, dining, and taking the subway. It saves a lot of hassle whether you're here for a business trip or a vacation. Although the hotel has been open for some years, the rooms are well-maintained, clean, and tidy. The bed was incredibly comfortable; after a long day of traveling, I could get a solid night's sleep. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered a fantastic view of Beijing's nightscape, creating a wonderful ambiance. The staff were very professional and polite. The concierge and front desk were responsive without being overly enthusiastic, which can sometimes feel pressuring. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. My only minor gripe is that some of the equipment showed its age, but it didn't detract from the overall comfort of the stay. All in all, it's a very solid five-star hotel. If you're looking for convenience and comfort, I highly recommend it. I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Beijing.

The service truly exceeded my expectations, and I have to give a big thumbs up and thank you! 👍🏻 My child left an Apple Pencil in the hotel room, but we didn't realize it was missing until long after we got home. I called the hotel to inquire, but the room had already been cleaned and new guests had checked in, and the pencil wasn't found. However, the hotel staff went above and beyond, communicating with various departments, re-entering the room, and meticulously searching. They finally found it tucked between the nightstand and the bed! They called me immediately to confirm and shipped it back to me. My child was thrilled to get it back! I'm so grateful for the hotel staff's diligent and thoughtful service, which saved us from a financial loss. While the hotel isn't brand new, the interior decor is clearly well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged. It's clean, well-equipped, and the staff are incredibly welcoming. We requested buckwheat pillows and mineral water, and they were promptly delivered to our room after we left a voicemail. Overall, our stay was a fantastic experience!
