5-Star Hotels in Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Overall, it was a good hotel worthy of a 5-star rating. We had to move rooms due to a broken bathroom door, and my family was happy that they upgraded us. However, the location was a bit inconvenient to walk around, and the attitude of some of the front desk staff was the most stiff compared to my experience in global 5-star hotels - even 4-star hotels. There was no smile, and they were very business-like, and they didn't seem to care about people who weren't used to Arabic English pronunciation. I think the facilities are important, but the friendliness of the hotel front desk is more important, so I'm not sure if I'll use it again next time.

It's first time to Dubai for 13-18一Nov 2024, Overall we have great time to stay. Locallation little bit far about 30-40min but near metro by walking distance. Green line to old town and red line to to city . Room service little slowly due event season. I will highly recommend and stay again.

Great staff at a great hotel. Service staff are attentive and kind. Chefs were very good with the food offerings. Club lounge was grand. Swim,sauna and steam were great ( at least for the men's side ).

My husband and I had a great time during our honeymoon staying at Atlantis. We enjoyed using all the amenities such as beach, pools, and the waterpark. All staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, especially when our flight was not until late at night. We were able to get a 2 hr late check out for free, store our bags, and continue using beach/ waterpark for the remainder of the day. Highly recommend

Lovely hotel!! A variety of pools available. Different restaurants with good menus. Hotel staff and services are just brilliant. The hotel surprised us with dessert for our anniversary. Only downside was the ATM at the hotel failed to give the cash when I tried to withdraw some money with my international card, although the amount was deducted from my account and the hotel staff were not exactly helpful with that. They said “We have nothing to do with the bank” and basically did nothing to resolve the issue. Other than that, great hotel. Breakfast buffet was fantastic.

CITY PREMIER HOTEL APARTMENTS - Dubai *Location: (5/5) about 5mins walk from the station (Business Bay Station). 12-15AED taxi ride from Dubai Mall/Burj Khalifa. *Reception/Check-in: (1/5) We arrived early, like 7am, and asked if we could leave our luggage as we explore the city. The hotel's official check-in is at 3pm. We were told they'll have a room ready before 3pm so we can come back around 12pm. Which we did. Past 12pm, I spoke with the same male receptionist in the morning and was told to wait as they prepared our room. And we waited. WE WAITED TILL 3PM! We wasted more than 2 hours waiting at the lobby! We had no problem coming back after 3 pm. I understand you're busy. I get it that locals have to be catered first. BUT don't tell your guests they can check in before the official time if you can't deliver. As a paying customer, IT IS ABSOLUTELY, NOT COOL. *Room: (4/5) It is spacious. 2 toilets, a washer, full kitchen. The bathroom is a bit old, but clean. The room has an IRONING BOARD, BUT NO IRON. Adapter is available upon request at the reception. They refill your bottled water in the room and make the room every day, which is a plus. *RESTAURANT: (4/5) Breakfast was OK. The staff were GREAT! They were attentive to all guests not only to selected guests. KUDOS to the crew at the restaurant. *AMENITIES: (3/5) Too bad we had limited time in Dubai. We weren't able to make use of their pool and sauna. It's on another building (parking area) accessible through a bridge. The staff were accommodating and allowed us to check the area.

I recently stayed at the Sheraton Dubai Creek Hotel, and my experience was amazing from check-in to check-out. I stayed in a Club room, which was very spacious, clean, and quiet, with excellent housekeeping services. Having access to the Club Lounge was a great perk. The service in the lounge was excellent, though the variety of food offered could be improved. Similarly, the breakfast had a good variety and service, but there's still room for improvement in the food selection. The hotel also boasts some fantastic restaurants, making dining a delightful experience. I will certainly return for another staycation soon. The only drawback was the spa services, as they do not have male therapists, which is my preference. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I look forward to my next visit.

I have travelled and stayed in hotels around the world but I never met staff who showed so much willingness to make customers enjoy their stay. Our apartment was spacious and kept clean all the time, for breakfast we were spoiled for choice and thanks to an amazing “certified waitographer who helped is with a family photo every morning, its a pity I cant remember her name but if she sees the attached photo she will remember us. The ever smiling Jenny at reception welcomed us and made us feel at home immediately. Thanks to all the team, in the dinning room your job is difficult but you all kept wonderful smiles. The concierge team you guys were brilliant thank you all.I hope to meet some of you on my next visit. From a very satisfied customer

I loved everything although I found multiple pieces of hair on the bed and the toilet but overall the experience is nice and the view is beautiful 

it was our first time to go in this hotel and i can say that we spent well our eid off days. i went with my husband and friends and all of us enjoyed well. the facilities was excellent, the pool party, the staffs and the breakfast is indeed for a 5 stars services. i will be recommending this to my friends and family.
