Very good stay. Excellent location. Booked a twin room. Both beds are Super single. Housekeeping staff are very hardworking and friendly. Reception and reservations staff are friendly. Sent email to reservation for enquiry and they responded within hours. Very good. Shopping malls (Mahkota Parade and Dataran Pahlawan Mall) are just next door. Jonker Street 10 mins walk. Many shopping, eateries and massage shops nearby. Highly recommended. One of the best hotels in Malacca.

Firstly, I was a bit disappointed with this booking through trip.com. Previous bookings always came with complimentary passes to the waterpark. For this booking, it was not indicated clearly that it was excluded. *********** advertised this listing as giving a huge discount when in actual fact, you’re just getting a measly discount considering the waterpark tickets were not included. I learn through the hotel website that waterpark tickets are packaged together with breakfast. So inflexible. But I think the free 3D museum tickets alleviates part of the unhappiness as my kids really enjoyed that.

Fully air-conditioned lobby, decent design, comfy room especially the bathroom with toiletries. Convenient location, walking distance to jonker street. Free parking too but the car park is little far from hotel. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

Pros: Amongst the friendliest hotel personnel that I stumbled upon. Fast check in & out. Both room and bathroom are clean & spacious. Bed is comfortable. Free covered parking. Free high speed wifi. Got a working refrigerator! Air condition works well. Cons: Entrance to parking is so narrow. Sea view from room is not that great. Very limited tv channels. Body lotion is not provided. Small pool.

A great hotel to experience Peranakan style and culture. It's not exactly in the center , about 10 minutes walk from main attractions, but uts a nice walk on local streets. My main concern would be the soundproofing of the rooms, I could hear everything that's happening in the rooms on the right and left, even the water flushing 😳 My room was 702 which had a connecting door,maybe that is why. But definitely something to keep in mind

Can upgrade process check in more faster especially for whose those booking online and already make full payment and also can do limit a coupon for breakfast because so long queue to eat breakfast which is not convenient for families..

The best hotel we have ever stayed. The rooms were spacious and bathroom was quite big too. Reception was warm and friendly. Pools were big and really fun for kids. Hotel is also located near tourist attraction. Zoo Melaka, Botanical Garden, Bee Farm etc. I will definitely recommend Amverton to my friends and family.

This is the 2nd time I am staying here. The last time was 2 years ago. This time round I got a 2 bedroom apartment instead of 1 bedroom. As usual, the apartment is clean and neat on check-in. No cigarette smoke within the apartment. While the location is in the town centre with other apartments, it is still relatively near to anywhere you want to go. Perfect for those who drive as a parking lot is provided. Because the apartment is so self sufficient, you hardly need any services or assistance from management or service staff. Highly recommended!

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The check-in and check-out process was quick and hassle-free, which made the experience even more convenient. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable environment to relax in. The staff were friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with any needs. Breakfast was well-organized despite the long queues during peak season, ensuring a smooth flow for guests. The food tasted good, though there’s room for improvement. My only suggestion would be to adjust the coffee machine’s ratio of coffee to milk, as the coffee was too creamy and lacked a strong flavor. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would recommend this hotel for its excellent service and comfortable accommodations.
