"We had a really lovely stay here. The staff, many of whom are from Italy, were incredibly friendly, kind and helpful throughout. We had a small issue during check-in, but they were very patient and did their best to sort it out quickly, which we really appreciated.
It’s a great place to stay with children. Everything was handled efficiently whenever we needed help, and there are plenty of facilities to keep everyone happy — including a restaurant and bar, a nice area for breakfast and evening activities, and a play area for kids to burn off some energy. For those who enjoy music, there are instruments like a piano, guitar and ukulele to use. There’s also a gym for anyone who enjoys sports and exercise.
The outdoor kitchen area is a lovely touch, and our room was spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed.
Overall, a very positive experience and we would happily stay again."

"We had a very comfortable stay and really enjoyed the hotel. A great bonus was being able to use the amenities of the neighboring 5-star hotel. The location is perfect, right next to the Genova train station.
The only minor issue was the beautiful antique elevator, which was not always reliable because the doors had to be closed manually, and some guests did not do this properly, which occasionally meant the elevator would not work and we had to take the stairs instead.
Overall, a great experience and we would happily stay again."

"Lovely location, beautiful hotel, set back from the road over-looking the sea. Just outside the hustle and bustle of the centre of Sanremo, only a 10 minute walk into the centre. With a delicious breakfast with plenty of variety. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The spa was lovely, with a large steam room, sauna, Hydrotherapy pool, showers and ice. As well as plenty of loungers, teas, water and fruit."

"Stayed at the hotel for two nights and it was super convenient! The place just few steps away from the train station which makes it easier when you travel with a bigger luggage.

"We adored this apartment! It was perfect for our stay in La Spezia. Check in was easy and instructions were clear. The kitchen was well stocked with dishware and cleaning products, the beds were fabulously comfortable and the apartment was well decorated and clean. The housekeeper/manager was also extremely kind and made sure we were comfortable!
Also, breakfast (coffee + pastry) was a nice touch at the cafe downstairs.

"Do not check in! It looks glamorous on the surface, but it's full of traps. Cut your losses and leave immediately. This is a hotel in the mountains, and I booked three nights. I didn't know that to get to Cinque Terre, I had to take a bus for about two hours to La Spezia and transfer, and there were no buses on Sundays. I needed to go to Milan that day, and the hotel refused to refund my money, offering to call a taxi for 50 euros. Didn't you tell me there were no buses on Sundays when I booked the hotel? Is it reasonable for you not to refund my money now? Furthermore, there are no restaurants around the hotel in the mountains; you can only book through the hotel, and my reservation number was 1. For dinner, I asked the head waiter for some Italian specialties, and he recommended minced meat pasta. In the end, that was all the pasta served! At the next table, table number 2, an Italian-Chinese diner ordered an Italian salad with ham and kept winking at me while eating. I forced myself to finish the not-so-good pasta and left. They promised to provide breakfast, but it didn't start until 7:10 am. The bus arrived at 7:30 am, and it was a 10-minute walk to the bus stop. After that, there were no more buses. They completely controlled my time. Ancient lands, modern people do not relax. The only way is to cut your losses in time, leave two days in advance, stay only one night, and bear the losses yourself."

Our panoramic views and well-known restaurant located on the 6th floor not only offers a beautiful sea view, but also regional and international cuisine and an American bar. Although the hotel was built at the end of the 19th century, it is furnished with comfortable modern furniture. Our brand new suite located on the sixth floor has a whirlpool. Our banquet hall welcomes up to 60 guests. Enjoy your stay.
"I stayed at the Best Western Hotel Nazionale in Sanremo and could not have wished for a better experience.
The location is simply perfect: right on Corso Matteotti, just steps away from the famous Teatro Ariston and the sea.
The property is elegant and well-maintained in every detail. My room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and offered the comfort you would expect from a true 4-star hotel. Breakfast, served on the top floor with a spectacular view of the sea and city center, was one of the highlights of my stay: fresh products, a wide selection, and impeccable service.
A special thank you to the entire staff, who were exceptionally kind and professional—always ready to fulfill every request with a smile. A particular mention to the reception team, quick and extremely helpful with information and recommendations about the city.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to experience Sanremo at its best: unbeatable location, excellent comfort, and a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel at home.
