Located at Wanhua TRA station and adjacent to Hongshansi MRT station, the hotel was great but the sound proof may need to be improved. It is not due to the room I think , as the guest room next to me having party at ant 1am. The gym is quite disappointing as it has only treadmills and some cardio equipment, however quite spacious. Must try their Chinese restaurant located at 3rd floor, them them your room number for 15 percent off. Same for Starbucks and Buffet at 5th floor. The only concern is I am not sure in what condition the room will auto off the power. Which makes me feel so uncomfortable. it will not always happen but very randomly. Many good restaurants around and walking distance to a local night market street (Huaxi Night Market). Will definitely stay again.

Room service was provided every day, which I thought was good. The laundry room is open from 10am to 10pm, which I thought was not very friendly, as we might do laundry after returning to the hotel at night. The hotel wifi is stable.

What truly sets this hotel apart is the superb view—it’s breathtaking and makes your stay feel even more special. The room itself was exceptional: extremely spacious, luxurious, clean, and tidy. Every detail was well thought out, making it a comfortable and relaxing retreat. If you’re looking for a luxurious stay with amazing views and don’t mind relying on transport for dining, this hotel is a fantastic choice.

The hotel is very new, the price on Trip.com is very good, the room is larger than the average hotel, the facilities are good, the room rate includes breakfast, the breakfast is rich and has many choices, the service of the catering staff is excellent. There is a children's playroom on the second floor. The activity center includes a large naked bathing area for men and women, a gym, etc. Free beer, juice and cookies are provided. The hotel is located in a remote and quiet area. It costs about NT$150 by taxi from Taichung Xinwuri High Speed ​​Rail Station and is a 7-minute walk from Taiwan Railway Chenggong Station, 400 meters away. There is room for improvement for the counter staff.

The room is well decorated with a nice layout and an attention to details. The hotel doesn’t provide early check-in or late check-out for free, which is in line with most Japanese managed hotels but provides a good self storage area for our luggage, which is really handy. The location is convenient while relatively quiet. The only drawback is a slightly pungent odour from the toilet area whenever we get back from outside. And the room spray provided in the room surely helps in this regard. Will stay again.

The location of hotel was very convenient to mrt which was 10 minutes walk. All site seeing places were not very far. 711was just opposite. The staff were helpful when we enquired about places and also booked taxi for us. Breakfast was good with vegetarian operation. Rooms were spacious and clean. Overall, nice stay.

We had 6 people total so had two rooms and one room was in the newly built part of the building and the other one was in the old building. Room in the new building is much cleaner and lights are brighter. Room in old building lights are much deemer and bathroom is too old. No bottle of water, they provide water dispencer in every floor. Worst soap I ever smelled in any of the hotels. The receptionist who checked us in was very unclear with her question because we had two rooms and originally booked one family room with one king bed and 2 single beds and other room with a king bed. She asked whether 2 beds are ok and I thought she meant for the king bed as she finished with a sentence saying the king bedroom needs to be checked in later. So when we went up to the family room, I see 2 beds instead of my original request, went down to ask why and she gave me an attitude saying “didnt I ask whether 2 beds are ok” I was actually shocked with the way she approached me, did not try to clarify in a nice manner. Sorry but never going back. The photo is for the room in new building. Even if the room (new building) is clean if the service is bad, I never want to go back.

I wouldn’t classify this as an airport hotel, but the location was great. The hotel is about a 20-minute taxi ride from the airport, making it relatively convenient. One thing I really liked was its proximity to the Night Market. Room was generally clean with standard facilities. The thick carpet makes it difficult to luge our luggage

Orient Luxury Hotel in Chiayi offers extremely nice and comfortable rooms, perfect for a relaxing stay. However, the air-conditioner couldn’t be switched off and was a bit noisy, which might be inconvenient for light sleepers. The breakfast buffet was good but very busy, primarily catering to local guests, which can feel a bit overwhelming during peak times. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few minor drawbacks

The location of Han Hsien is very convenient. It’s only twenty minutes from the airport. There are coffee shops, bakeries, and markets, fruit stalls and flower shops in the neighbourhood. The Birthday Park is just around the corner. There is a pool, a spa and a Cantonese dim sum restaurant in the hotel which are all of good standard. The hotel is not new but it is well-maintained.

I stayed at **Just Sleep Hotel Ximending** with my family from December 10th to 15th, and while it had its positives, there were a few aspects that would make me hesitate to stay here again. The hotel is in the heart of **Ximending**, just a short walk from Ximending MRT station, making it convenient for exploring the area. You’re surrounded by shops, restaurants, and entertainment, so it's ideal if you want to be in the middle of the action. #### Room: We stayed in the **Superior Family Room**, which was spacious and comfortable for our family of four. The room had a modern design, with comfortable beds, a TV, a mini-fridge, and a desk. The bathroom was a bit tight, but it worked well for our needs. The shower had good water pressure, and everything was clean and in good condition. #### Service: The service was friendly and helpful. The staff at the front desk were always ready to assist with recommendations for local attractions and were prompt in fulfilling our requests for extra towels and pillows. #### Amenities: The **breakfast** was okay, but not impressive. The buffet had a basic selection of both Western and ********* breakfast items, but it became repetitive, and the quality could have been better. It was just enough to get by, but nothing memorable. One issue that affected our stay was the **noise in the lobby at night**. It often felt like a social hangout spot, with a large group of people drinking beer and playing games. It wasn't always clear if all of them were hotel guests, and the noise was quite disruptive, especially for anyone trying to relax or sleep. If you're sensitive to noise, this might be a problem, as the lobby area gets pretty lively late into the night. #### Overall Experience: While **Just Sleep Hotel Ximending** offers great value for its central location and the rooms are generally comfortable, the noise from the lobby and the underwhelming breakfast left a bit of a negative impression. Based on this experience, **I probably wouldn't stay here again**. I would likely choose a hotel that's even closer to Ximending, with quieter surroundings and a better breakfast. Would I recommend it? If you're looking for a budget-friendly hotel in Ximending and don't mind some noise in the evenings, it could work for you. But for a more peaceful stay, I’d recommend looking at other options.

The hotel is very nice and clean. The bed is comfortable and the view is spectacular. The breakfast is very good as well. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Great location too. Overall I have a great experience with the stay.

It's in a great location, within walking distance of public transportation and pretty much all Xinbeitou places of interest. The staff were very kind and friendly. Our room was very large and the bed was big and comfortable too. The free snacks, tea and coffee were a nice touch. I read other reviews complaining that the rooms are old and in need of renovation. The curtains were old and had holes in them, but other than that our room was in good condition. We made good use of the hot spring bath, which was our main reason for coming up to Beitou. I was surprised that bathrobes were not provided, which would have been appreciated. The bathroom stayed damp after using the steamy hot bath on the first day, but the cleaning staff wiped it down on the second day. If it hadn't been quite so cold outside we could have opened the bathroom window to let it dry out more quickly. Breakfast was typical buffet style, maybe not enough variety for typical Westerners, but we were satisfied with the selection. All in all, it's a nice hotel for visiting Xinbeitou area and having your own large hot spring bath.

Good hotel, comfortable family room. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. 15mins walking distance to Ximending walking street, very near to a 24hrs carrefour which is just diagonal to the hotel (crossing 1 big road). Free “all you can eat” snacks for hotel guests, the kids were super happy and enjoying.

The room is big and clean. Hotel is near to feng jia night market.Service was excellent - had a minor issue with one of the appliances late at night and the staff quickly provided a replacement. Breakfast was basic - would eat it only if it came with the room and not if I had to top-up. A perfectly functional hotel suitable for a short stay in Tai Chung.

Hotel is conveniently located about 5 mins walk to mrt station. Room is spacious and clean but furnitures are old. Carpet has lots of stain. No shower screen in bath tub. Not much varieties for breakfast. Had made tea during breakfast from hot water dispenser and later found there was no tea colour in cup. Then realised water was not hot at all. Informed staff and they checked and discovered dispenser was faulty.

Will not come again. This was a horrible experience, I used to stay at this hotel many times years ago, but clearly this is not that same hotel anymore. Staff was friendly, but it was quite chaotic when we checked in, we could not find the bell boy to leave our bags. Breakfast was a joke, we sat in ridiculously low chairs for breakfast, and when I saw the manager, note, the manager not a waitress, picked up a bottle of yogurt from the floor and put back to the bowl for guest, it was quite shocking to me so I asked her why did she do that, she simply said to me ”it's not broken”. What a hotel！！

Room was slightly smaller, and the windows needed some cleaning. The hotel had a lot of room guests and patience for the lifts would be needed during peak periods. The hotel breakfast was excellent with a good spread of food, but due to the number of guests, one would have to choose a breakfast timing (7 am, 8 am or 9 am) to prevent overcrowding. Gree underground parking was available.

Great location near malls, cafes, railway station and walking distance to night market. Staff at front desk is friendly and helpful, shout out specially to Elly, who made us feel welcome at check in . Room and toilet are clean, however room size is a bit small. Do note this hotel do not provide any toiletries except shower gel and shampoo, so guests have to bring their own.

Overall services were good, from concierge, to check in and check out. The room that was allocated to us was spacious however they could have done better to do regular maintenance on their TV channels and systems. Some channels showed black screen with audio whereas some with visuals but no audio. Called up for service and they got a technician over to check yet no outcome and they decided to brush me off by blaming it on system updates backend. Tried over the next few days and still didn't work, and gave up eventually. Not returning to this hotel for my next trip to Taichung.

Great hotel for families. The staff were great and breakfast was very comprehensive. Large rooms and there was a large play area on one of the floors which was beside the gym and laundromat. The service staff were so nice to help us with the laundry machines.

Clean facilities and excellent lounge space with a great breakfast selection!  Bathroom and shower space in female hostel space is very clean and well secured.  Really nice staff and laundry is available for a fee of 50 TWD for each washer and dryer machine.

Hotel Review: Jiaoxi Wellsprings Hotel (Family Stay) Our family recently stayed at Jiaoxi Wellsprings Hotel, and it was a wonderful experience for both adults and kids. The combination of modern comfort, private hot springs, and a great location made it an excellent choice for a relaxing getaway. Location & Convenience The hotel is centrally located in Jiaoxi, just a short walk from Jiaoxi Train Station and close to local restaurants, night markets, and family-friendly attractions. The convenience of having everything within reach made our trip much easier, especially with kids in tow. Family-Friendly Rooms & Amenities We booked a family room, which was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The highlight for us was the private in-room hot spring tub, which allowed us to enjoy the hot springs as a family in a comfortable and private setting. The kids absolutely loved it! The beds were comfortable, and the room had all the necessary amenities, including slippers and yukatas, making our stay even more enjoyable. Hot Spring Facilities Apart from the in-room hot spring, the hotel’s rooftop open-air hot spring was a fantastic experience. The view of the surrounding mountains was breathtaking, and the warm mineral water was incredibly soothing after a day of exploring. It’s a must-visit, especially in the evening. Service & Hospitality The hotel staff were friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating to families. They provided excellent service, from check-in to check-out, and were always happy to offer recommendations for nearby attractions and food options. Breakfast & Dining The breakfast buffet had a good mix of ********* and Western options, catering to both adults and kids. While the selection was decent, we would have liked to see a bit more variety for children. That said, everything was fresh and well-prepared. Overall Experience Jiaoxi Wellsprings Hotel is a great choice for families looking to experience Jiaoxi’s hot springs in a comfortable and convenient setting. The private hot spring tubs, spacious rooms, and friendly service made our stay very enjoyable. We would definitely return for another family getaway! The room we booked was a loft style room. The room itself is very compact , so there wasn’t any area to actually sit and relax sadly. The bathroom was very tight and the onsen itself wasn’t very big but sufficient. However, there is an open hot spring on the roof top. The swimming pool was good as well as was the good size jacuzzis which my toddler loved. Breakfast had good selection. Dinner was very quiet and heard we were their first customers on their soft opening. The food was good overall. The location is good as it’s smack bang in the middle of town with lots of tourist wondering around. I think this hotel just lacks that extra thoughtful touch for their clients , eg. Robes, little welcome notes which some of the other 4 star hot spring hotels nearby do pay attention to. The walk wall to the room had a musky odour but the staff were curious and helpful, especially when next room were making noises up until late ! I would suggest a change of uniform for the stay because they all seem to wear a white work shirt and black trousers which is so eighties! Also, there is a middle age gentlemen I saw walking around all day and night, usually eating at the restaurant and sitting at the front lounge with his laptop working. I’m wondering if he’s the Manager/ GM, because if he is , I would suggest he smile a little because he did seem very grumpy and miserable . I could be wrong .

Took us a while to find the hotel as it is deeper inside the town. Once we were there, we realised that we were on the main street, where there is a lot of food and buzz around. Room is big, with a huge bathtub for a few people using hot spring water. Price is reasonable. Many hotels are nearby, with Jiaoxi public foot bath and night market a few steps away. KFC, Mos Burger, bubble tea etc... There is a famous bakery opposite selling delicious bread all day. Tried the famous 三星葱. Nice town to be in...will consider coming back again.

As a solo traveler, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional experience I had at Just Sleep Hotel. The hotel's location is truly exceptional, conveniently situated in the centre of that small town. This made it incredibly easy for me to explore the area and get around without any hassle. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable, offering helpful recommendations and attending to my every need.I felt truly cared for and catered to throughout my time at Just Sleep Hotel. It truly is a home away from home. I will definitely be returning for my next visit to the city.

This is our 2nd time staying in this hotel. Staff were approachable, friendly, and helpful. Rooms were clean, comfortable, cosy, and spacious. Daily top-up of minibar in your rooms. Breakfast was great with set meals for selection on top of the buffet spread. Great location. It's just a stone throw from Jiaoxi train station. Walk down the street for many good foods. Definitely will return again.

Location: Very close to the train station, within walking distance. Also close to the parks and public hot springs. Staff: The staff were friendly, and kept our luggage stored when we checked out. Since I only spoke to them in my terribly broken Mandarin, I don't know how many staff could speak English for foreigners. Room: Very clean, A/C works very well and isn't too noisy. The bed was large and comfortable. There was water, and tea and coffee - I forgot to look in the fridge. Bathroom: Most hotels in Jiaoxi have hot spring bathtubs, and so does VASTY. There were plenty of toiletries and towels, flip-flops, slippers and bathrobes. The bath was lovely. Shower did make the entire floor wet, but not slippery. Other amenities: The rooftop pools (x2) are small, heated to a comfortably warm temperature, and clean enough. There are loungers and chairs. There was a family with two young children playing in one of the pools and taking photos, very cute. Free water, towels and cans of Coca Cola upstairs too! Breakfast: Buffet style with mostly Asian food, but plenty of choice to help oneself to meats, breads, fruits and vegetables. Tea, coffee, milk and juices. We went downstairs for breakfast at around 9am and had to wait for a few minutes, as there were no tables available. Overall, we had a wonderful one night getaway in Jiaoxi, and would stay at VASTY again.

Wonderful place to stay for the family and it is near the Luo Dong train station. My child loved the car driving circuit and the play area. The adults can take a break at the lounge area while the children exhaust their energy at the play area. Decent food choices for the breakfast buffet. The staff are friendly.

The breakfast is very good overall. Vegetarians have a lot of egg options. They also informed us if a thermos cup was left in the restaurant. The location is convenient for the station and within walking distance. This time I only used the room for bathing.

PERFECT STAY FOR FAMILIES WITH KIDS HOT TUB IN ROOM MAKES THE ENTIRE STAY REALLY WORTHWHILE. small arcade zone for kids to play for free in hotel. Definitely will come stay again if back in Jiaoxi.

Love this hotel even though the location is terrible, i love the staff, the hospitality, the never ending events they have, went to the rooftop bar to sit and chill with vouchers provided for ever 350 TWD spent. The individual onsen in each room was awesome. I stayed here twice in 2 months. Breakfast was wonderful! The waitress remembered us and our room numbers. They low-key kept a look out for a table for 6. Their restaurant was spacious, which makes the seating lesser and exquisite. Best experience ever. Will return if i go to Jiao Xi!
