"This truly lives up to its reputation as Yinchuan's best five-star hotel. First, the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, especially the bathroom, which was surprisingly large—it felt even bigger than the bedroom! The shower pressure was fantastic, and the toiletries were a British brand with a lovely, natural scent. The bedding was super comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. They even provided a capsule coffee machine with coffee capsules. The complimentary shoe-shining service was a thoughtful touch, and the in-room internet was fast and reliable. Secondly, the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of high-quality dishes. The Western pastry selection, especially the flaky croissants, was authentic and delicious. The live cooking stations for Eggs Benedict and egg white rolls are features you typically only find in top-tier five-star hotels. They also had freshly squeezed watermelon juice and rich, high-quality coffee. What really impressed me were the local Ningxia specialties in the Chinese section, such as Jinsi Sanzi, Tangmaya, Tangmaye, fried pastries, and mung bean cakes. The chef even enthusiastically introduced these local delicacies to me. And of course, there were other Ningxia specialties like lamb soup, lamb pies, beef buns, and goji berry yogurt—I was extremely satisfied. Finally, all the hotel staff provided excellent service, especially the housekeeping attendant on the day I checked in. This lady deserves special commendation for her thoughtful and warm service. The front desk even accommodated my request to keep a room key card, specially giving me a pristine commemorative card. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near the Ningxia Museum. The JW Marriott Hotel Yinchuan left a wonderful impression on me. Yinchuan truly is a beautiful and friendly city."

"The tents had brand new bedding, a cozy layout, and a complete range of amenities, all conveniently located. The bathroom and toilet facilities were complete, and the entire scenic area had electricity and internet (with fast speeds). The restaurant had a wide variety of dishes, and the entertainment options were healthy, environmentally friendly, fun, and meaningful for the whole family. I especially commend Xiaochao, the butler. He was very attentive, kind, and welcoming. I'll definitely stay with him again if I visit Tengri again."

"I stayed at the Kempinski Yinchuan for two consecutive nights, and overall, it was a very solid experience – the kind of comfortable stay where nothing goes wrong, and you even get a few pleasant surprises. The location is genuinely convenient. Just cross the road to your right, and you're at the Ningxia Museum. It was perfect for a stroll and then coming back to relax. The room was clean and spacious, and the bedding was just right – not too soft, not too firm. I slept soundly both nights. Service was prompt too; whether I needed water or something delivered, there was no delay. The breakfast bread station really impressed me. Both the croissants and the whole wheat toast were perfectly baked – crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. Paired with a black coffee, it was simply delightful. It's not over-the-top, and there's nothing to complain about. It's the kind of reliable choice where you think, 'I'd definitely stay here again next time I visit.'"

"Who understands, my family members! Stayed in a super cool starry sky tent in the Zhongwei Desert in Ningxia! Ride a camel to see the endless sand dunes during the day, and lie on the terrace to count the stars at night! The chef is amazing, every dish is delicious, the sizzling meat skewers grilled by the guy, the crispy butter wrapped with cumin burst on the tip of your tongue! The Border Collie named ”Diandian” has been squatting like a stone statue, with the sand swept up by its tail rising and falling with the smell of meat, just waiting for you to feed it! The surfing car during the day and the bonfire party at night are all worth it. Now looking at the group photo on my phone, with its furry head still rubbing against my knees, I really want to pack my luggage right away and rush to Beidou Xingye!"

"This was my first time in Yinchuan, and I can honestly say I chose the Sheraton Yinchuan without hesitation. It's an established five-star hotel, and the service, from the front desk to the rooms and even the lobby bar I visited, was excellent. Every staff member greeted me with a smile and provided attentive service. It was a fantastic experience. I also really appreciated the sour plum juice at the front desk – a glass of it instantly quenched my thirst upon entering the hotel on a hot summer day! I'll definitely choose to stay here again the next time I'm in Yinchuan!"

"I came to Yinchuan for a business trip alone, but I didn’t expect the hotel to be so cost-effective. The price is about 200 yuan, the room is about 30 square meters, there is a separate desk, separate bathroom, smart toilet. The location of the hotel is also good, but there is no entertainment nearby at night. After 11 o'clock, all the stores in this neighborhood are basically closed. You can take a taxi to other places. The price is still very high, the experience is great"

I couldn't smell it after a long time. The hotel is in the desert, sandboarding is really cool, I think it is more fun than sandboarding at Shapotou, which is the biggest advantage. The service is chaotic and I can feel that the management team here is not very professional. The restaurant has a Chinese restaurant and a buffet. It has emphasized that it is not spicy to bring children many times. As a result, a bunch of peppers, and the delivery waiter said something embarrassing and it was over. The housekeeper added me to WeChat after I checked in, and then warmly reminded me to check out before 12 o'clock two hours after I checked out. Send me a message with a meal delivery service, and when I need it, I said that this service is not available now. I will definitely not go to this next time. Also, don't go to the pool, really."

I fully agree with the 10/10 score given by other guests because this hotel is strategically located in the center of the ancient part of Yinchuan city. It is easy to travel around and to the outskirts of Yinchuan from the hotel by public buses. The hotel staff are always ready to assist us and respond immediately to our requests and needs. The rooms are comfortable, clean and spacious. If I have the chance to visit Yinchuan again, I will choose Shen Hua hotel (Gulou branch) again. Highly recommended."
