In breakfast time i personaly thank you Ms Jenny 黄艳华 Manager for very caring us and so friendly as well as bring us the yogurt every morning, also i would like to say thank you to the FB Ms Air 刘金玲 for bring me the box to keep food for my wife. Also thank all team for very welcoming and support. Myself have good experience at hotel. Look forward to stay in next time.

Location is best very nearby Sophia church just walking distance 3-4minute, receptionist very kind and helpful.Picture from trip.com similar with existing room is 95% same. Room still look new and cleaning. Hotel lobby have free warm free. I will come back to this hotel again.

we reached the hotel earlier than check in time. I booked 2 rooms, there are 1 room available for us to rest, which we feel thankful! overall the room is ok, only dislike the hotel allow guess smoking in the room and let their door open. The smoke also came into our rooms. Hope they take note on this.

The hotel is strategically located near Sophia Cathedral, Zhongyang / Central Avenue, Harbin railway station, and Zhonglin Park. There are many shopping centers, restaurants, and attraction nearby. The hotel facility is modern and clean. Staff is polite and very helpful. It also has gym and laundry facility. A perfect choice for family during holiday.

I absolutely love my stays at Wanda Holiday Hotel! We visited in early December 2024 for a family trip, and our rooms were spacious. The location is fantastic, just across from ZhongYang Dajie. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The only downside was that they don’t provide air conditioning in the rooms during winter since they use a central system. It felt a bit stuffy, but thankfully the windows could be opened slightly to let in some fresh, cold air. Despite this, I would definitely return if I have the chance to visit Harbin again in the future.

Great location right on the pedestrian street. Clean, large room. The only negative was that our room did not have a window and this was not shown / mentioned on the booking. For this reason we would not stay here again and risk the same.

The breakfast was good but very few food options for muslim families. There are some halal restaurants close to the hotel. Muslims can go there by taxi (11 to 14 rmb) easily.

The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the hotel’s location is excellent, being close to the main attractions. Additionally, we had couriered some parcels to the hotel before our arrival, and the staff were very helpful in receiving and assisting us when we couldn’t initially locate them. However, our stay was marred by a power shutdown from 11:30 PM to 4 AM on the first night. While there was an announcement posted near the lift, we unfortunately missed it and were not notified directly by the front desk or any staff. This lack of communication caused significant inconvenience during our first night. Overall, the hotel has potential, but better communication with guests about such issues would greatly improve the experience.

Just a 5-minute walk to Zhongyangdajie Metro Station(2号线conveniently travel to the major attractions in Harbin without need to change line), Hongzhuan Morning Market, and around 11-15 minutes to Sophia Church and Yibin Zhi Jia. The staff at the counter are incredibly helpful and polite, and even the cleaning staff are friendly and considerate. The room amenities are excellent, and I was pleasantly surprised to find the bathroom floor made of pumice stones—such a unique touch! The room is not big for 3 but just enough to put 3 baggies.

The location is easy to find, just right at the main street of XueXiang called Xue Yun Da Jie. 于姐 is very generous and helpful. She spent extra care to our group which consist of a few children, provide attraction advises that suitable to our group profile. This hostel is also a restaurant serving from breakfast to supper, food was tasty, variety and very convenient. They also so have make up & photography services for local traditional clothing too.

The place is cosy and clean. The owners and lady at the front desk is very friendly and helpful. The snow is starting to melt but luckily we still get to see some and there is a little playground outside. Unfortunately the cook has left when we arrive at the homestay but still breakfast is provided by the friendly aunties there. To find food and groceries we need to walk abit to the nearest restaurant and mini marts. Due to the low season, alot of the homestay around the area the closed, even the restaurants are also not all opened. It's also very hard to get a ride by using Didi. End up we still have to get the auntie to help call for taxi, which will cost 2 times more

The host and everyone there were so warm and welcoming. Very nice to my kids, they even let my kids borrow their snow toy for them to enjoy in the snow outside the room. Love the family room, got projector so we had winter movie night. The driver Mr Li was cheerful and so kind to bring us to the local convenience store, and recommended place for ice tubing and snow activities, he also brought us to one of the halal/muslim food which was abt 25mins drive away. The apartment is so beautiful and exceptionally Recommended place.
