Room was nice and spacious. Location is at Beijing Road w lots of yummy food options, sound insulation was good enough that you wun get disturbed by road noise and it's a modern n recently refurbished hotel. Only downside is that the separated modern toilet n shower area is not enclosed - so not so convenient for friends staying in the same room or if you are sensitive to light (once your room mate turn on the toilet light it will May disturb the other party. The modern toilet is automated flushing which sounds very loud at night). But other than that, all is good! 👍🏻 You can get more free bottled water from them. And there's a free gym and laundry (6 washer n 6 dryer) on the 30th floor.

I was pleasantly surprised to find an extra ozone air purifier in the new room, which significantly enhanced the air quality and overall comfort. The room service was nothing short of excellent. Every time the staff came to tidy my room, I could genuinely feel their dedication and respect for ensuring my stay was as pleasant as possible. Their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile truly made a difference. Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations with its wonderful room and lobby services, friendly staff, and their commitment to guest satisfaction. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shenzhen and look forward to staying here again on my next visit.

Hotel is conveniently located in Huaqiang electronics area. Room was big and clean. There was free sumptuous breakfast available. Hotel was staffed by friendly and helpful personnel. Recommended!

This is a wonderful trip. 3 days 2 nights unlimited access of theme park. Include - buffet dinner . Chimelong is the best theme park in the world . Hope I can see chimelong theme park built all over the world.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel as a family. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the amenities provided made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was perfect for exploring the local attractions. Excellent service in a nice and clean hotel. Very satisfied and will recommend to our friends going to Shenzhen. The location is very good with a night market nearby and a metro station. There are also lots of food options a stone’s throw away, which makes it convenient for those who don’t like to go far. Coco Park mall is also less than 10mn away by taxi. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. We got the late night supper buffet option and were very pleased and satisfied with the food. Breakfast had chinese and western options.

St Regis Hotel Shenzhen is located at the Grand Theatre Station which is a few stops from Lo Wu Station. It’s also on the way to KK Mall so it is extremely convenient to go eating and shopping there. The guest room is very spacious with a good city view. We particularly enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and the water temperature is just perfect. From the swimming pool, there is also bright sunlight shining through the big windows. The only drawback is that there is some cigarette smell in the toilet and I am not sure it’s inherited from the immediate guest before. Overall, I think it is a first class hotel in SZ and it is good value for money to stay there for a short trip.

Wonderful experience. The food in dinner buffet and breakfast are so good and so many varieties. The games are fun and my elderly parents as well as my young son love this place a lot.

Check-in process was smooth and we were able to get a room at point of check-in. Concierge was very helpful at all occasions - bringing our luggage all the way to the room and helping to also carry a bulky item that we had delivered to the hotel, to the room. Hotel room was spacious - the toilet even had a dressing table. Hotel room also had a nice river view. Nonetheless, water pressure was rather low and there was a foul smell coming from the pipes. Bed was rather hard and while staff tried to reduce the hardness by layering over a blanket, a comfortable night’s sleep was elusive. Air conditioning control seemed to only work for part of the air conditioner; air conditioner continued to operate even though the air conditioning was off. Was looking forward to using the indoor heated pool but this was closed indefinitely with no notice given at time of booking nor at the front desk. Hotel gym seems to be a shared gym with a fitness club and was therefore very crowded. Spa was value for money. The hotel is conveniently located next to Shenzhen train station, which takes less than 8 mins walk through the underpass. Was happy to have the room upgraded to 22nd floor. The room view was spectacular with the border of HK and the City of Shenzhen, including the railway track consisting of high speed rail train and slow train. Breakfast was good with a variety of choices to pick from. Was actually thrilled to receive the spa voucher of 88 but alas, it was a disappointment as the service was poor. I came at 10pm, after changing my booking. The person in charge, just came hurriedly and spoke to me in Chinese( whereby my Chinese language was not so good as I am still a beginne) quickly and left me all alone by myself. As the massage room was in another area, where you need to step out from changing room, I was waiting for 10 mins to get a changing gown as I was only given a towel and disposable underwear. I went looking around for the attendant and found most of them in the front of entrance and none in the room, attending or checking on me. I just left without doing the massage. I report this to the hotel manager the next day, as I tried calling the guest service center and operator a couple of times after the incidentto give them feedback but nobody picks up the phone!

Great stay, we got upgraded Lk room which was a surprise. Convenient location! Lucas at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel for families with children. Spacious room with 2 bathrooms, climbing tunnels, slide, dining area, 2 big n comfy beds. Housed in a woman's and children building, eateries, cafes, convenience stores just right below. A few shopping mall nearby, no where is too far with their taxi. Front desk very friendly and helped organise our delivery and got the robot to deliver our stuff to our room. Will recommend to stay again.

Very big comfortable bed and good water pressure in the shower. Everything else is average. No coffee in the room and bathroom very dark due to black walls. Not a bad stay but for the price I expected better amenities.

Excellent location, nice big rooms, great breakfast… but what made this hotel stand out was the service. It was my dad’s birthday and they arranged for a cake to be ready for him when he returned in the evening… what a lovely surprise! After checking out, I left my luggage for safe keeping, but I lost the ticket when I went back for pick up. A big shout out to Zoey and Richard at Hilton for helping me out and I was able to reclaim my luggage really quickly and without stress! The only negative I have to say was that I purchased the afternoon tea and happy hour package, but the afternoon tea was just some ham sandwiches, fruits, cakes and drinks on a “help yourself” system. Not quite the 5-star quality I expected. I will definitely come back but will only go for the breakfast option as that was really nice.

A very nice hotel to stay. The receptionists for night shift I met during my stay were friendly and I got my room free upgraded! Highly recommend this hotel. About 10mins walk to the nearest metro station. About 3mins walk to the nearest bus station. Very close to Sunac Snow Park, the hotel will arrange for shuttle to go and come back. Breakfast spread was good. Not sure if it was low season when we went, but we had to take a buggy to another affiliate hotel nearby for breakfast because our hotel restaurant did not open. Unfortunately, the room we were given had bed bugs! Everyone woke up with bites. We informed the front desk, and the manager was apologetic and applied antiseptic and medicine to my daughter's bites. They changed our room and thankfully no more bites.

We are a family of four who visited the area to try the Sunac Indoor Snow Park, which offers indoor skiing and other snow activities for non-skiers. The apartment was just opposite the Sunac mall, and due to the metro construction, a small detour took around 5 minutes to get to the mall. The construction had no noise impact on our stay. The apartment was on the 7th floor (lobby), and our room was on the 8th floor. We stayed in a two-room flat with two double beds, and it was perfect. Remember to ask for additional pillows for each bed, as it comes with one set of pillows (one hard and one soft), which cannot be shared comfortably. The morning free breakfast was just perfect—a cup of coffee (of your choice) or orange juice with a selection of bakery items that were surprisingly tasty and fresh. Additionally, the apartment had a QR code for WeChat where you could ask questions in English or Chinese, and their response was quick and not automated. The hotel was approximately 6 km away from Guangzhou North Railway Station, and we decided to take Didi back to the Futian border on our way back, which cost us just under 500 HKD, including an extra expressway fee for the local driver to return home. The hotel is very popular with people coming to ski. The mall on the 3rd floor has plenty of Chinese restaurants to choose from. We ate hotpot at night, which was good value for money and of very good quality, and at lunch, we ate at the noodle shops. Where the apartment (building no. 6) is located, there is a middle section that cuts across all the apartment buildings and creates a lovely row of restaurants, which looks really nice at night. The mall also has an arcade and indoor amusement center where we rode electric go-karts, and there is enough to keep your kids busy.

Strategic location in Tianhe district a few steps from the Shipaiqiao metro station. Take exit A or B from the station. Guangdong East train station, ZhujiangNewTown(City Center, bussiness district) and the Guangdong tower just a few stops. Pleasant room, comfy beds, small extras = eg: electronic curtains, robot server bringing you food or an A/C adapter. The room had a very strong shower. You are basically surrounded by restaurants and Malls, so whatever you need it will take a few minutes. Highly recommended!

As one of the better hotels in that area, of the 4 nights we stay, the room make up never have the cups washed or spoon cleaned. The scale was broken, and the cabinet door holding the fridge need to be opened to keep the fridge cool. The bedsheets were never changed despite we did not put the “no change sheet” card on the bed. Also the mattress was quite hard. However in view of the convenience to Bonski, it might be still a good choice to stay in.

we stayed at the Hilton Tianhe in Guangzhou for one night and the service was amazing. Nicole from front office was around to ensure that nothing went wrong, and kimi at front-desk was very warm and friendly. The check-in also didn't take long. this gave us the feeling of being valued as guests. We were also given an extremely early check-in at 11am, and the 23rd story (the building has a total of 24 stories), and a nice birthday cake as an amenity. The price is reasonable and it is located a short walk away from the mrt (we used exit B2). Based on the hotel's TV information, a shuttle bus might be available, so do email them to ask. There was no way to get out of resort for meals if one is not driving . Meals can be costly when you have it at the Chimelong hotel . One better option is to take an internal shuttle bus to Pandan Hotel Food court as you are able to get cheaper option this way . Overall during autumn , the air in one of the room we booked is rather stale . Have to turn on the aroma fragrance oil . This is quickly resolved by leaving one keycard to have the room aircon stay on while we are away for meals . But I must say the hotel staff from lobby staff to room cleaners are all very helpful and kind . They will greet the guests whenever they see us and always come over to offer their assistance

Room is big and clean. Free flow water available at the lobby. Super sweet oranges are also available for you to take at the check in counter. Friendly staff. Robot was very efficient in sending the takeout to the room.

Absolutely loved our stay.  we stayed with a small child of three years old. He enjoyed every bit of it. The hotel has eye for detail for children. For example, it has bath slippers for children, bathrobes,  and also children’s shampoo and washing gel.  the most extravagant part is the breakfast you have so much choice and  you can enjoy your breakfast next to real life penguins as a sightseeing. Definitely recommend staying here when you visit Chimelong Park with children and also definitely recommend the breakfast.

This hotel is just amazing with service, atmosphere, gym and swimming pool, all outstanding. Next to a mall is just speechless, can eat all you want from morning to night. Would definitely come again. My family especially my kids love it.

Location was good. Nearest hotel to gongbei port after clearing customs and above the underground mall. Xiaomin (receptionist) was very sweet. She arranged for a room on a high floor for us. In addition, it was such a nice gesture to decorate the room so nicely as a birthday surprise! Thank you v much.

Excellent Time in Holiday Inn Express at Zhuhai Guangdong China. I would Recommend this hotel. We enjoyed a great weekend time here and were able to experience the beauty of nature that we get to enjoy every day. It was great to catch up and spend some quality time together.

The hotel is beautiful and decorated with a Chinese Pavillion as you enter the lobby. There are a lot of pandas decorated all over the hotel and a Christmas tree made of pandas. Though, the front desk officer who checked us in, couldn't really conversed in English, her colleagues quickly stepped in to help explain to me about our room. They were all very courteous, friendly and helpful. It made the start of our stay very pleasant. We were attended by Rita, Minnie and Jane. Jane quickly provided a wechat number that allowed me to reach out to the hotel staff with ease. She also checked to make sure we were comfortable in our room. We even scored a free upgrade to an Ocean View room, which had a gorgeous view of Zhuhai skyline and we could see Macau from the balcony. The room was very clean, spacious and tidy, my husband loves the bath amenities and my boy enjoyed bubble baths each evening. The housekeeper on our floor was very friendly, always asking if we are enjoying ourselves here and the doormen were very courteous. We had breakfast for 2 days. However, the food didn't quite meet expectations, perhaps we set them high after reading reviews. Most of the items were cold by the time we were seated, it is a very popular hotel so we had to wait for abit to get seated however the queue moved fairly quickly. I must say the hot noodle soup was pretty decent! Checkout was smooth, officers were all very nice and kept checking to make sure we had a good stay. I would return, for the price and the service - this was one of the best stays we had experienced in China. We had an uneventful situation after checking out. We left my son's stuffed toy in the room and only realized after we arrived home late in the evening. By then, my boy was in tears as he had the toy since birth. I quickly reached out to the hotel and thankfully was attended speedily by Yuki and Jessica who got the housekeeping team to search for it. By this morning, they located the toy and arranged to deliver to us. At this time as I am writing this, the toy is on its way back home. I cannot be more thankful, so thank you to everyone mentioned, you have been nothing short of excellent! Happy New Year to the Sheraton team!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your hotel. We truly appreciated the hotel arranging a cake for me and providing a playground pass for my child. The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of food options. The service was professional, thanks to the check-in staff and the concierge. The hotel is quite new, and it was convenient to have the mall on the hotel's second floor. The rooms were clean, tidy, and quiet. Jisoo at the children's playground was exceptionally polite and patient.

The location is good, close to Gongbei KouAn, which is one of the entry points to Macau, and there are many restaurants, banks, markets around. But other than that, the hotel has been quite a let-down. It says it is a 4-star but it really doesn't feel like it. The first room we had (XX23) was so disappointing ... It felt really humid with smells of mold/mould all around: IT WAS SO HUMID when i lay down on the bed, my head felt the water that was kept into the pillow; so very uncomfortable/disgusting! We were going to stay multiple nights, but after the first night it was impossible we would stay longer. The smell, and the feeling of humidity all the time (no matter the settings of the AC) were almost nightmarish. The pictures also show how poor the status of the room was. We asked to change rooms, the 2nd one was MUCH BETTER. No gym, no real restaurant in the hotel, the breakfast room feels like a canteen, the front desk service is ok (not really welcoming nor rude either) This is not a 4-star hotel; or if it still is, then it should lose one star, or upgrade their ways to maintain a 4-star grade.
