I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel, and the warmth and hospitality of the staff truly made it an unforgettable experience. A special mention goes to 刘贤英, 谭翠玲, and 龚武平 at the hot spring, whose exceptional service and genuine care stood out. 刘贤英 went above and beyond by sharing her personal preserved fruit snacks with my son when he didn’t fancy the oranges provided, a thoughtful gesture that touched our hearts. Additionally, 毛有谷 at the reception was incredibly helpful in arranging transportation to the train station, ensuring our travel plans were seamless and stress-free. The hotel itself is fantastic, but it’s the staff’s kindness and attention to detail that set it apart. Their warm-hearted service made us feel so welcome, and we can’t wait to return for another visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable and heartfelt stay!

This is our second stay at Fairyland Resort Hotel, our first stay was in 2018, environment is still the same, nice beach, excellent hotel with much more amenities as compared to 2018. The kids really enjoy their stay here.

Great stay at Ween hotel! Amazing pool and rooftop area. Scooter rentals right across the way, fun scooting areas around the farms. Good breakfast and friendly staff.

Ms Li Ying is extremely helpful and professional. Very glad to meet her when I checked in. No problem at all. She is a very special young lady. When I checked out this morning, it was a different lady, who appears to be cold and not trained, not even looking at me or greeting guests when I approached her at Reception around 8am today.

I stayed here when running a marathon. The prices and services I booked on Ctrip and the ones recommended by the organizing committee were different, such as price, breakfast included, check-out time, etc. Although it was the designated hotel for the marathon, no one took the initiative to inform me of the relevant arrangements, which made me feel that the service was inadequate.

Every detail shows the quality and style. 2. The service staff is warm and thoughtful. From the patient check-in at the front desk to the attentive room service staff to tidy up the room, the restaurant service staff also introduced the local specialties of breakfast very attentively, which made me feel the warmth of home. 3. The hotel is in an excellent location. Next to it is Nanhai No. 1, behind it is Shili Silver Beach, and opposite is Fengche Mountain. You can go out to the beach to see the sea and step on the sea water at night. It is really comfortable. 4. Although the hotel opened in 2012, it was also renovated during this period, so the facilities in the room are still very new and very complete, such as super comfortable big beds and high-definition TVs. Each item enhances the comfort of staying and makes the stay particularly comfortable. 5. The hotel's catering is simply amazing! The breakfast is rich and varied, combining Chinese and Western styles, [local food, delicious fried eggs], and every bite is memorable. 6. The environment is quiet and comfortable, and the sound insulation effect is particularly good. I rested very well at night, slept until dawn, and was full of energy the next day. 7. The hotel's sanitation is impeccable, the room is clean and tidy, the bed is spotless, and there is no odor in the bathroom, which makes people feel at ease. 8. A hotel with super cost-effectiveness! It is really worth it to enjoy such high-quality services and facilities at this price. During the Qingming Festival, I went to Huizhou to soak in hot springs and eat fresh bamboo shoots. The hotel has a good green environment. There is also a large tatami room in the private soup room. The family had a lot of fun playing poker on the tatami at night. The room is large and can accommodate a family of three or four. There is a butler service. Just contact the butler if you need it or check out. The hotel's breakfast is Chinese, with snacks such as steamed beef balls, and a noodle stall. The taste is better than Baodao 😆 (maybe other people's comments on the breakfast are not good and lower my expectations). There are many delicious farm dishes around. I plan to come again next spring. I hope that the road at the door will be completely repaired by then.

Perfect getaway from the bustling Guangzhou. Had a great stay with the hot springs and your own private hot tub. So much activities available for us to enjoy and we had so much fun! However, toddler had a bad fall at the indoor playground and the team was so thoughtful to send us to the hospital for checks and the manager, Bryant drove us and stayed with us all the way to make sure all is good. Upon checking out, another manager came to check on us and prepared some medicines and snacks for our toddler. Really impeccable service. Thank you to Bryant, the other manager and the team! Will definitely be back! ❤️

We came on a rainy day, so many hotel facilities were not available, such as the infinity pool, children's playground and squirrel park. What's more outrageous is that because of the continuous rain, the Nankunshan Scenic Area was not open, so we had to stay in the room for two days. To be honest, the boss's orchids are really good, but there was no special person to introduce them, so we just had a quick look, which was a bit of a waste. Because it rained for a month in a row, the hotel felt moldy and the quilt was a bit wet. The service attitude of the staff was very good, and there was a small car to pick up and drop off the guest rooms and the gate.
