The main draw of this hotel is the location and leisure facilities. If you like to keep fit or need to get fit - then this is a perfect hotel for that - as you can integrate it into your trip whether it be for business or holiday. The pool and gym are the most impressive facilities I’ve come across in a hotel. If you can’t swim I’m sure there are lessons available which would be a great thing to do no matter the purpose of your trip. Thought the room was comfortable enough but I suppose if you weren’t using the hotel facilities you may feel it’s overpriced - we didn’t think this because we used the excellent pool and gym. We had a couple of cocktails in the lounge bar that were excellent and the service in the hotel was very attentive.

We arrived in Dunhuang at night, and the pick-up service arranged by the hotel was very heartwarming. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. You can see the beautiful scenery of Mingsha Mountain in the distance outside the window. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, making you feel like spring breeze. The hotel breakfast is delicious. The restaurant is on the 9th floor and has a large viewing platform where you can enjoy the beautiful Dunhuang. The lobby on the first floor of the hotel also provides yogurt, mineral water and seasonal fruits. The hotel's service details are very attentive. The Dunhuang landmark Rebounding Pipa is right in front of the hotel. It is very close to the Dunhuang Shazhou Night Market. It is only a 5-minute walk away. It is convenient for eating and transportation. You can take the No. 3 bus at the door directly to Mingsha Mountain, and there are direct buses to the Mogao Grottoes. I had a comfortable stay and had a lot of fun during my trip to Dunhuang. I hope to come again if I have the opportunity.

The service was exceedingly good at ZhongZhou hotel. I stayed with my wife and had a second room for my daughter and son in law. The lobby always had someone to open doors/press the elevator button for guests. What really stood out to me was the attitude of the workers. Breakfast typically starts at 7, when I mentioned I had to leave at 6:15, the worker at the restaurant told me to come early, and she would have it ready for me. Unfortunately no fitness center but the laundry room was a plus. There were also plenty of washing machines (no dryers). This hotel truly felt like a second home. The rooms and beds were also comfortable and clean. A fantastic stay overall, would definitely stay here again.

Strategically located to stage to places of interest: like Dunhuang spring crescent n also Mogao Grottoes. Within 20minutes. Very affordable and great value for money with all the helpful front staff to housekeeping. Just around the corner is the street food with lots of restaurants n the Shahzhou nite Market is just 15 minutes walk away. I highly recommend anyone wishing to come to Dunhuang seeking reasonable and quality accommodation to stay here.

This beautiful boutique was our little heaven and refuge for us during our roadtrip through China. What made our stay outstanding was the wonderful welcome and the invaluable help we got from Suzy, our English speaking host and one of the supervisors. Her English is amazing and she sorted out all our problems and fulfilled all our wishes we had. Rarely had such an excellent support , she made our stay in Lanzhou one we will remember 🙏 Apart from this the hotel is brand new, beautifully designed (we loved the smell in the lobby!!) and had really everything we needed (an amazing laundry room too !!). The room was nice, with a light aromatherapy smell. Maybe because it was a special offer room, the area was relatively small, but it was sufficient. Drinking water was provided free of charge. We were given four bottles of water on the first day, and five bottles on the second day. There was also hot tea at the entrance. The waiter in the lobby did not take the initiative to provide face coverings. It was when I went out the next day that I remembered to ask the front desk for it. There is a place to dry clothes on the fifth floor. I brushed my child’s shoes and put them on the fifth floor. They were dry in one day. It is very close to the night market, but I don’t like the environment of the night market. The prices are also expensive and there are only tourists from other places. The next day, I found a restaurant that the locals liked on the Internet and went there to eat braised pancakes. The grilled lamb chops and wild vegetables from Shazhou Mountain are especially delicious. The most surprising thing was that I found a particularly large supermarket. After visiting the night market, I thought I could go to the night market or roadside shops to buy things, but it turns out that there is such a large supermarket in Dunhuang. It is also very close to the hotel, only five minutes away, and it is inside a large shopping mall. Fruits are especially cheap; cut cantaloupe is only over four yuan. Unfortunately, it only opens at 8am. I signed up for a one-day tour and left too early to come and buy it.

I have travelled a lot in China the last 5 years. This is probably one of the best hotels I have been. Clean, comfortable, close to everything, very nice staff. Have everything you need in the room. They leave you presents in the room, have all the free drinking water you need, free apples, just excellent welcome feeling. They go as far as pointing the shower head to the side everytime they clean the room so you don't get wet when you turn on the shower. More expensive and luxurios hotels have a lot to learn from these guys. Just excellent.

The bed and pillows were surprisingly comfortable, much more comfortable than Westin's Heavenly King Koil and I don't know how many times more comfortable than Beaute's. When I asked where the bedding was bought when I left, the hotel replied that the boss ordered it from abroad. Moreover, when we found that the two rooms in the suite we booked had no doors that could be closed and wanted to discuss changing rooms, the clerk directly sent us another one... I really recommend it. It's a very down-to-earth hotel. I really recommend it for travel!

It is like 1000 meters away from Ming Sha mountain, and you can actually see the sand mountain when you have breakfast at the hotel (it is free too). We will definitely stay here again when we visit Dun Huang next time.

I went there during the Spring Festival. The front desk manager Xiao Wang provided great service. He added WeChat in advance and arranged to pick me up at the airport. The hotel is listed as a four-star hotel. The hardware is a bit simple and the elevator is a bit slow, but the hygiene is good, the linens are up to standard, and the shower water volume is particularly large. Breakfast was also ok. The decoration still has a bit of smell. My companions are quite sensitive and felt discomfort in their eyes and throats. Later we changed to a shady room where it was not so hot and the smell was not so obvious. Overall, this hotel is very cost-effective.

The hotel lobby and executive lounge are very grandly decorated, and I also like the room layout and details... Because the travel time is during the off-season, the hotel also upgraded our room type for free, which is very considerate😊The bedding comfort of the executive room type is also OK, which makes it very comfortable. What surprised me was that the desserts in the hotel were so delicious. The only thing that needs to be improved is the initiative of the service. It would be better if you can take the initiative to prepare children's slippers when you see children staying here... In short, it is highly recommended to stay in Lanzhou!

The hotel is located inside Lanzhou Old Street, surrounded by a strong cultural atmosphere. You can walk to visit the antique buildings, intangible cultural heritage exhibition halls and specialty shops. It is especially suitable for taking photos and checking in when the lights are on at night. The overall hotel is clean and tidy, the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, the front desk service is warm and thoughtful, and the response speed is fast: the room needs an extra pair of slippers, which can be delivered in time. Crowne Plaza is a big name, but why hasn't it improved? The room hygiene details are not in place, and the facilities are in poor condition. For example, there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom, and the scale is just for decoration without electricity. There is no place to put the hand towels and face towels. Do they have to be piled on the countertop? The toilet is not smart, but can there be a place to put the phone? Can the service be more careful? Is the efficiency good? Are there no shortage of customers?

The Jane Museum is directly opposite, and the door is the children's paradise. Service: Whether it is the front desk or the room aunt, they are very enthusiastic and will respond in time if there is a need. Environment: Although it is on the edge of the old street business district, the surrounding area is relatively quiet, except for the children's playground, there are children's play sounds from morning to night. Facilities: Hotel parking is the old street parking lot. Every time the vehicle enters and exits, it needs to enter the license plate number at the front desk. The sound insulation effect of the porch of the room is not very good, the sound of the speech in the corridor and the hair dryer in the room can be transmitted very clearly. The rights to upgrade the room type are used. The difference between the two room types is the different size of the room.

I stayed 5 nights at this hotel. It is located right across from the Lanzhou train station. The area is very busy with a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. It is very easy to use the subway right next to the train station to go around the city. There's also a bus terminal right next to the subway station.

The hotel is in a great location, right next to Zhongshan Bridge. Zhangye Road Pedestrian Street, Dazhong Lane, Yellow River Cableway, Baitashan Park, the Master and Apprentice Statue, and the Mother River Statue are all nearby and can be reached on foot; Gansu Museum and Ink Danxia are not far away. There are also all kinds of food, such as Nianpi, Fangha, Shouzha, Xingpi Shui, Hujia Baozi, Noodles, BBQ, etc. The hotel is also equipped with enough parking spaces, and it is very convenient to rent a car.

The location is really convenient. The front desk staff is patient and enthusiastic, and will answer any inquiries. It is very close to the Pedestrian Street, Zhongshan Iron Bridge, Baita Temple (Baita Mountain Park), Lanzhou Forest of Steles, within walking distance. We went down the mountain and took a sheepskin raft and ate at the Asiya Xiguan restaurant. There is Watsons downstairs in the hotel, and I added lip balm, and the northwest is still quite dry. The hawthorn candied haws at the candied haws store at the door is delicious, and the sugar is crunchy. The sugar of this kind of candied haws in Suzhou is sticky. It should be enough to stay for two nights, and you can also go to Zhengning Night Market. We flew from Dunhuang to Lanzhou, and stayed near the airport for the first night. Afterwards, we felt that we should have stayed here on Zhangye Road for the first night. Another thing is that there is a Michelle Ice City store on the sheepskin raft. Next to it is a specialty store. It is really cheaper than the ones on the highway or in the airport. Very solid. I didn't think about buying cigarettes until I arrived at the airport. Lanzhou Jixiang sold for 32 packs at the airport, and 25 packs outside. It sells for 28 outside the Three Fortress, and 40 at the airport.

This is a very clean, reasonably priced hotel, close to the region's best museum as well as Lanzhou's High Speed railway station (LanzhouXi/Lanzhou west) The staff is friendly, efficient, and attentive. This hotel has spacios, comfortable rooms, and a great breakfast buffet. I will stay here again the next time I am in Lanzhou! Highly recommended!
