- Please complete the binding of the light stick with your seat between the binding opening time and the concert start time.
If you are already seated and cannot bind due to unstable network, please seek assistance from others nearby using their phone’s app. Binding does not require internet access.
- Due to high audience density, network may be unstable. To avoid failure of binding at the venue, it is recommended to download the "Believe Concert" app in advance and complete the seat pairing beforehand.

- Version 2.2 of the "Believe Concert" app does not support other models of light sticks. Please purchase from official online channels.
- Minimum system requirements: iOS 14.0 or above; Android 8.0 or above.
- If the light stick malfunctions or flashes abnormally during the concert, long press the power button to turn it off, then press again to restart. The stick will reconnect to the in-venue system automatically.
- Please check the binding process on the official Weibo account of [Bin-music].

- MA, AB, BC, DE Sections: Olympic Sports Center Station Exit B, ~11 mins walk (700m)
- KL, JK Sections: Olympic Park Station Exit D, ~14 mins walk (900m)
2. Post-concert Operation Adjustments:
- Metro Line 8 last trains usually at 23:08 (to Yinghai) and 23:59 (to Zhuxinzhuang). Extra trains may be added during the event. Please check real-time updates via the Beijing Subway app or station announcements.
