Join Chantal at Hardingstone Village Hall's Friends Room in Hardingstone, Northampton, UK for an energetic and fun-filled Zumba session. This brand new class is designed to get you moving, sweating, and having a blast on the dancefloor. Chantal will guide you through the core steps, allowing you to dance along to all your favorite feel-good tracks across various genres such as R&B, HipHop, Reggaeton, and Latin Rhythms. The class runs from 7pm to 7.45pm, so please arrive 5 to 10 minutes early to complete a health questionnaire. Zumba is a high-energy workout that involves a lot of movement, so wear something that makes you feel confident and comfortable. It's recommended to wear trainers with moderate grip to provide support for your knees during pivoting. Don't forget to bring plenty of water and a sweat towel, which can also be used as a mat for stretching at the end.
