This engaging workshop is designed for children aged 5 to 12 who have mastered bike riding basics. Participants will benefit from expert guidance on essential biking skills such as helmet fitting, riding in a straight line, stopping at intersections, and the ABC quick check (Air, Brakes, Chain). The workshops, lasting between 30 to 45 minutes, will provide youth bikes and helmets courtesy of Cleary Bikes, with stickers and lights given to all young attendees. Minors must be accompanied by an adult for participation. The event will take place at 1333 8th Street in Oakland on March 2, 2024.
