Please join the Yoga Warrior Project (YWP) for a sunset donation-based yoga class on October 4th from 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm. All donations will go to Kaizen Adaptive Training. Kaizen Adaptive Training is 100% donation-based and provides an all-inclusive training facility for individuals with short-term and long-term impairments (visible/invisible) through movement and community. Kaizen makes fitness training accessible and inclusive for everyone, regardless of ability. The YWP event is open and accessible to everyBODY and all levels of yoga experience. Bring your beach towel and meet us on the beach for some yoga!
