In case of cancellations before March 31, 2024, a refund will be issued, minus a €15 processing fee and transfer charges. Unfortunately, no refunds will be granted for cancellations after April 1, 2024. However, workshop spots can be transferred to another individual at any time. In the event of a teacher's absence, a replacement will be provided. Please ensure you have a valid Basar entry ticket for workshop access at the venue.
