Written in the land Moving through a beautiful landscape within reach of the city of Bath, Poet and Facilitator Mark De’Lisser will guide participants on a 2 mile poetic journey exploring themes of grief, hope and brighter futures, while using the land as a catalyst for creativity. Utilising inspiring creative writing prompts and nature reconnection practices, Written in the land offers participants a chance to slow down and to delve into a deeper relationship with the land, themselves and each other. Written in the land is supported and commissioned by Jospeh Rowntree Foundation as part of the 100 days of hope project. Important information 🍁We will start our journey on Bathwick Hill at the start on the National Trust Bath skyline walk. (These three words: ///moods.drip.round) Then slowly make our way across Bathwick Fields and down into Smallcombe cemetery and through Smallcombe woods, before looping back to the start. 🍁The circular route is around 2 miles long, and including stops and breaks I envision the walkshop should take around 4hrs. 🍁We will be moving slowly and intentionally across the land and stopping often. There will be a stop for lunch so bring food, drink and snacks 🍁There are some inclines and uneven paths as well as muddy patches, so please wear appropriate footwear. 🍁I’m hoping for a sunny autumnal day, but wrap up warm and prepare for some rain. 🍁If possible please bring a small blanket or something that you are happy to sit on. 🍁Bring along a writing pad/journal and some pens/pencils. 🍁If you have any questions please do contact me on mark_delisser@hotmail.co.uk 🍁I'm looking forward to journying with you 🧡

The night I arrived in Bath the day before, I finally had a good sleep. The jet lag effect was basically zero, and I woke up feeling refreshed. I bought the next day&#39;s early show ticket on Ctrip one day in advance, &yen;280/ticket.
After breakfast, I walked a few minutes to the famous attraction in the city center - the Roman Baths. There were not many people in the morning. I received the headset and put it on, and slowly visited it following the introduction of the headset. The bathhouse is divided into two floors. The bathing pool on the lower floor is connected to the underground hot spring. The pool is green and clear, and warm spring water still gushes out. It is hard to imagine that it has remained in this state for more than 10,000 years.

A very historical town. The car shuttled through the streets and alleys of Bath, and it turned out that this is the hometown of &quot;Jane Austen&quot;, the female writer who wrote &quot;Pride and Prejudice&quot;. good place for visiting. A good attraction, I recommend everyone to come. You can feel the history and culture. The transportation from the city is very convenient, you can take the bus or train to this attraction. Don&#39;t forget to buy tickets before entering the attraction

Bath&#39;s most famous attraction is also one of the most magnificent Georgian buildings in the UK. The Crescent Building is a group of 30 connected houses. It looks like a crescent moon from the distant mountains, and it echoes the circus, which represents the sun. There is a lawn for tourists and local residents to rest and play.

House No. 1 is a museum (don&#39;t go if you don&#39;t want to go), two houses in the middle have been converted into hotels (very expensive), and the rest are private property. It&#39;s very beautiful when the sun is full~
