During the workshop, you'll engage in a variety of activities designed to remove emotional blocks and deepen your connection to self and others. The session begins with kriya yoga, meditation, subtle body activations, and breathing techniques to clear away anything standing between you and the present moment. Then, you'll progress to improv and acting exercises, as well as deeply present scene work, allowing you to experience the difference between presence and everything else.

One of the key benefits of this workshop is learning how to stay inside the present moment, particularly for performers. By identifying triggers that can pull you out of the present moment and guiding yourself back, you'll be able to take your craft and life to the next level. There were a lot of people queuing at the boarding point at the central station, and the cruise ship was basically full. Everyone was given a headset on board, which was plugged into the headphone jack next to them. They said there would be Chinese explanations, and there were indeed Chinese explanations, but they didn&#39;t say a word in total. The cruise ship was on the water for a full hour.
