Get ready for the ultimate laugh-off at the WorldVision Comedy Contest 2024 in Berlin! This global stage will showcase 10 talented comedians from around the world as they compete for the title of comedy powerhouse. Hosted by the renowned stand-up comedian Emin Afandi, known for his hilarious comedy style, this event promises a night of laughter inspired by Eurovision. Emin Afandi, originally from Azerbaijan, will also serve as the show's producer, bringing his expertise to create an unforgettable experience. 

The competition kicks off with the Semi Final, where the 10 comedians will showcase their comedic skills. And the excitement continues with the thrilling Final, where the winner will be decided Eurovision style - by your vote! 

Save the date for Thursday, February 01st, and join us at Karakas, located at Kurfürstenstraße 9, 10785 Berlin. Tickets are available for only €10 for the Top 10 seats, with an upfront payment of €3.31 and the remaining €7 payable at the door. For groups of 4 or more, the Big Five tickets are priced at €8, with an upfront payment of €3.31 and €5 payable at the door.

If you&rsquo;ve already made it to Berlin, I highly recommend climbing the stairs to the top of the Berlin Cathedral for the panoramic view. However, it really depends on your luck&mdash;during my visit the dome was under major renovation, and most of the view was blocked.Be prepared: the staircase has many steps, and the walkway at the top is quite narrow. When it gets crowded, you can&rsquo;t stay up there for long. For the best experience, I suggest visiting after you&rsquo;ve explored most of Berlin&rsquo;s major sights&mdash;seeing the city you just walked through spread out beneath you makes the view even more rewarding.

Charlottenburg Palace is beautifully preserved and gives you a real sense of Prussian royal life. The interiors are elegant and richly decorated, and the overall layout of the visitor route is well organized, making it easy to follow the story of the palace as you move from one room to the next. The gardens are also very pleasant for a walk, especially in good weather.One important tip: tickets can sell out quickly, and timed entry is strictly managed. I highly recommend purchasing tickets in advance to ensure a smooth visit and the best experience.
