Duo Beija-Flor presents world-folk-inspired classical music with  superb playing, varied programs and infecous rhythms  (The Whole Note, Toronto). Composed of flautist Marie-Noëlle Choquee and guitarist Charles Hobson, the duo has performed in Canada, the United States, Argentina and Costa Rica. After having self-produced two albums, the duo launched Costas, their third album, in the fall of 2018 with the American label Big Round Records. The duo has also been awarded several awards and grants from organizations including, Canadian and Quebec arts councils, the National arts centre, the Banff centre for the arts, Orford music among others. In 2022 they toured Western Canada under the auspices of Prairie Debut and parcipated in Debut Atlantic’s digital concert series. Forming an  incredibly dynamic and creave team  (The Flute View, San Francisco) the duo has arranged several works, including Portuguese fados and a unique Roma version of Béla Bartok's Romanian Folk Dances. The duo also went to Buenos Aires to perfect their arrangements and interpretaon of works by Astor Piazzolla. The Duo Beija-Flor has collaborated with various Canadian composers to create new works: Roddy Ellias (Havana Street Parade, 2013), Carmen Braden (Culture of Isolation, aka no rehearsal,2020), Sylvain Picard (Pete Nation, suite rusque riponaise, 2022). Recently they commissioned a new work from legendary composer Cuban Leo Brouwer. Danza Cubana no. 1 will premiere in February 2025 during their tour with Debut Atlantic.

Interestingly, we often walk down Grosvenor Street, but we never noticed St Patrick&rsquo;s Cathedral. That was our loss. A beautiful 1840s-built church, worth a visit whether you are religious or not. The altar, the windows, the statues, especially St Patrick&rsquo;s, are beautiful. We will have another visit because there was already a massive preparation when we visited and we didn&rsquo;t want to wander around.

The Sydney Harbour Bridge in Australia is a classic Sydney project. It is said that more than three million people have so far climbed the Harbour Bridge in uniform blue clothing, whether it is early morning, day, dusk or night. You can climb this bridge and enjoy the city view of Sydney in all directions. After climbing up, you can get a free photo and a certificate.

We visited here on our first day in Sydney. The museum looks small but has a rich history. We loved the exhibition area on the first floor of the museum about Catalans and indigenous people, and the media introduced here (audiovisual, interactive display, painting, artifacts) restore history. The building itself is worth taking pictures. The entrance is a bit hard to find, in an alley, you have to pay attention to roadside instructions. It takes about 2 hours to visit all areas. All in all, highly recommend visiting this museum in Sydney and it is free!

Traveling to Australia, this stop came to Sydney, and I checked in at Sydney&#39;s Rocks area. I passed by this museum, which is located opposite the Sydney Opera House. It was founded in May 1989 and officially opened to the public in 1991. It collects and exhibits contemporary art works from Australia, the Asia-Pacific region and all over the world. The museum was originally owned by the University of Sydney. Since 2001, it has been mainly funded by the New South Wales Government and the Australian Parliament. The museum has 3 floors and more than 4,000 collections, of which 3,060 works were donated by artist John Power, most of which are artworks after 1960. The museum is open from 10 am to 5 pm every day, extended to 9 pm on Wednesdays, and closed on Christmas Day. There is no fee to visit.

Traveling to Australia, this stop came to Sydney for a day trip to join a group of tourists, and a sunset cruise was arranged at sunset. Cruise boats will take a circle around Sydney Harbour, the road through the saw a sailboat, cruise ship docking place, I heard that there is a club, many fans joined this club, then parked the boat here, regularly held some activities or competitions and so on.
