Winemaker Sal Maiolatesi will be on hand to guide you through each wine pairing and share insights into the unique flavors and craftsmanship behind each selection. Enjoy a gourmet, multi-course meal crafted by the renowned Chef Tony Mendicino of the Green Ridge Club, specially designed to complement the wines in an exquisite dining experience.
