The focus of this wonderful retreat day is to Unwind, Relax & Recharge & have some 'you time'. The day includes; a welcome circle while enjoying a breakfast buffet, a beautiful guided woodland walk around the grounds, a spa treatment of your choice, time to relax in the wet spa, yoga & meditation session, delicious lunch, mindfulness & crystals workshop, traditional Champagne afternoon tea (non alcoholic alternatives) & some free time to enjoy the hotel & gardens.. We spend the day as a group so whether you choose to come on your own or with someone else there is always welcoming company. The day is hosted by an accredited Wellness & Life Coach, Yoga teacher & Sound healer.The day will commence at 10am with a woodland walk, but you are welcome to arrive from 9.30am, feel free to bring a book or magazine to relax with. Complimentary refreshments will be provided throughout the day & the retreat activities will conclude at approx 4.45pm. You are welcome to stay longer & should you like to book a room to make a night of it please do contact the hotel directly.The choice of spa treatments are; Body polish for nourished smooth skin- Back, neck & shoulder massage- Invigorating foot massage- Revitalising hand treatment & massage- Personalised facial- Rose quartz facial massage. Please bring comfortable clothes & footwear for walking & yoga, & swim wear for the spa. Towels & robes are provided by the spa. Please bring your yoga mat & equipment if you have them.
