Join our Stretch and Flex course to enhance flexibility and overall health. Suitable for all abilities, featuring stretches, breathwork, and mindfulness. Who is it for? This course is suitable for all abilities.
It is particularly aimed at those looking to increase flexibility or want a focused stretched routine as part of a programme to help improve overall health and get fit. What does it cover? Lesson starts with mobilisation, followed by a series of stretches and breathwork. Working through the body including all major muscle groups and joint junctions. A series of held stretch poses, promotes breathing into the muscles. The sessions may sometimes incorporate mindfulness exercises, resistance bands or straps to aid the stretch poses.
You decide the ending of the session - you get to pick how you end either a chill-out/Mindfulness exercise - to send you off for deep calm for the rest of the evening or an awakening energiser getting you ready for exercise. What will it be like? Teaching is done through demonstrations & verbal instructions. With designated times for questions and answers. Students complete an initial assessment and health check at the beginning and evaluate their learning at the end. You will be encouraged to work towards your individual goals to monitor your progression. The tutor can help offer support in setting specific, measurable goals. What else do I need to buy or do? - Please wear comfortable clothing you can move in and do not restrict movement, particularly the joint areas.

Highly recommend the British Museum for at least one day tour. We arranged a tour of the British Museum on the last day of the 10-day UK tour. Found that we arranged three hours too little. Fortunately, we have participated in the teacher&#39;s explanation group, through the teacher&#39;s wonderful explanation, we know a lot of the history and origin of the previously blurred cultural relics. Let us have a vivid human history lesson at the British Museum. Seeing the long-awaited kiln, Tang Sancai, saw the exquisite memory of Chinese historical relics. Teacher Bilan also uploaded a few photos of the kiln after the team ended, so I kept a precious memory and beautiful photo in regret.

After watching the Buckingham Palace changing ceremony, we arrived at Westminster Abbey. There were a lot of people in the queue, about an hour and a half before entering the church. There is a interpreter at the door, you can choose Chinese. Follow the team and the interpreter is also explained. My favorite is the Matisse-style painting window. The staff in the church is very high quality and the temperament is very good, which is awe-inspiring.

This time I brushed it twice. This time I took my family to sit together. It felt really good overlooking half of London and the Thames. The only fly in the ointment was that the weather was not good enough, and the scenery was too far from sunny and cloudy.

The Queen&#39;s favorite palace is very luxurious inside, but you are not allowed to take photos, you can only take photos outside. When I entered, I took a photo but was stopped by the staff. Knowing the daily life of the royal family, Windsor Castle is generally very quiet.
