The Creative Wellbeing Art Studio is the perfect opportunity for individuals aged 18 and above to explore various art forms and enhance their existing artistic skills. Starting in Autumn 2023, this new program will be held at the Eastern Angles Centre in Ipswich. Overseen by Inside Out Community Programme Leaders, Allan Williams and Karen Densham, the studio aims to promote independent creativity for the purpose of improving overall wellbeing. Participants can either bring their own themes for exploration or follow the weekly 'themed' activity outlined by the Programme Leaders. Additionally, visiting artists will be invited throughout the term to provide members with the chance to work with different mediums. The workshops are completely free to attend, although a suggested donation of £4 per session is appreciated. All necessary materials will be provided. This week's theme at the Creative Wellbeing Art Studio is "Celebrating Winter". Join us on Wednesday, 13th December 2023, at the Eastern Angles Centre in Ipswich for an enriching and inspiring artistic experience.
