Ways of Seeing, the Association for Art History’s annual one day conference for A Level students and teachers takes place at Tate Britain on Saturday 23 November, 2024. The event is unique in its focus of bringing together students and teachers of History of Art and Art, Craft and Design. For more than fifteen years Ways of Seeing has covered many different topics including propaganda, patronage, the body, sculpture, gender, nationality and, most recently, nature. The theme for this autumn will be Nature and Identity. The event includes an opportunity to hear from undergraduates about their experience studying art history at university. A Teachers CPD session will be provided by Ali Hollingworth for Pearson's Edexcel focussing on Section A of Paper 1 - Visual Analysis Speakers include: Artist Polly Morgan in conversation with Marine Tanguy Carol Jacobi, Curator of British Art 1850-1915, Tate Britain (and former A Level Art History teacher) on artist Isabel Rawsthorne. Art Gallery in London: Tate British Gallery. There are four Tate Gallery, Tate Britain mainly biased towards classical, there are a lot of Turner works here, very complete. [Transportation] The traffic is still relatively convenient, and it is a short walk after getting out of the subway. Opposite the entrance of the gallery is the Chelsea Academy of Art, a famous art institution with a very strong artistic atmosphere. [Fun] The gallery has a whole hall dedicated to Turner&#39;s works. This time for Van Gogh&#39;s special exhibition, it is too late to enjoy Turner&#39;s works. Ordinary regular exhibitions are free, Van Gogh special exhibition needs to be charged, there are a lot of visitors to see Van Gogh exhibition, the whole exhibition content is clear, the paintings are large, the overall visit feels very good, the fare is very cost-effective. [Tip] The gallery also provides free folding seats, which is very convenient for art students to paint Linyi, or for elderly people to visit.

Highly recommended, must buy. The British Museum has a rich collection, and without a dedicated guide, it&#39;s just a fun place to watch. Because there are detailed and humorous explanations in the native language, you can better understand the past and present life and meaning of each item.

Westminster Abbey, officially known as &quot;St. Peter&#39;s United Church&quot;, is known as the &quot;spire of honor&quot;. It is located in the southwest of Parliament Square in London, England. It was ordered to be built by the religious King Edward I in 1050 and completed in 1065. The existing church was rebuilt by Henry III in 1245, and was expanded in successive dynasties until it was completed in the late 15th century. It is the highest-ranking church in the UK. The church is considered a masterpiece of British Gothic architecture.
