Participants are required to wear full uniform - cub jumper, group T-shirt, group scarf, shorts or trousers (no jeans), and hike boots. Additionally, they should bring a small backpack containing essentials like water, waterproofs, personal first aid kit, medication, hand sanitizer, and a packed lunch (nut-free). Timely attendance is crucial, with staggered start times allocated between 10 am and 11 am, and collection scheduled between 2 pm and 3 pm.
