The annual Bear Mountain Mogul Challenge in 2024 at Killington Resort is seeking volunteers to assist in various key areas. The event, scheduled for April 6th, will feature amateur bumpers competing on the slopes of Outer Limits for a chance to advance to the finals. Volunteers are needed for registration, where responsibilities include greeting participants, ensuring accurate completion of forms, and distributing competition bibs and shirts. Additionally, volunteers with skiing expertise are required for runner/tear-down roles, involving setting up and dismantling equipment on the hill. Entertainment runners will aid bands with loading in and out for activities at the Bear Mountain Lodge deck. All volunteers must complete an Express Assumption of Risk form and will receive a lift ticket and lunch for each shift worked. Interested individuals must be 18 years or older and sign up on a first-come, first-served basis.
