By arranging images and words that represent the life you want to live, you can bring your dreams into reality. Throughout the workshop, you will be guided through a process of exploring what you want out of life and setting goals for different aspects of your life. This will help you clarify your vision for your board. Using the art-making technique of collage, you will create your unique vision board using magazine pictures, written words, and other art materials. Feel free to bring any photos or important pictures that resonate with your aspirations. This is an opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals and set your new year in motion. The cost of the workshop is $35, and if you bring a friend or loved one, you can get a $10 discount with a total of $60 for both. All necessary supplies will be provided, and children are welcome. Light snacks will be available. The event will be taught by Amber Price, a Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Art Therapist, and Certified Yoga Instructor. There is such a large forest park in the city center, and there are many places for entertainment. People regard exercise and enjoying the sun and outdoor air as part of their lives. I am a little embarrassed to wear a sweater and trousers.
