Join Team RWB, MVP, and Chicago Veterans for an exciting and inclusive workout experience at the renowned Iron Flag Fitness in Westmont. This event aims to reignite the passion for physical training (PT) among military veterans and active servicemen and women. Whether you are a veteran seeking to reintegrate into the gym or a dedicated fitness enthusiast yearning for the camaraderie of group exercise, this event is for you. Iron Flag Fitness, home of Crossfit Iron Flag, has graciously opened its doors to facilitate this engaging workout session.

Beginning at 11 am, participants will have the opportunity to meet and connect with fellow veterans, enjoy light refreshments, and engage in a stretching session. The workout itself will commence at 11:30 am and last approximately 35-45 minutes, catering to all fitness levels. Following the workout, there will be a cool-down period, allowing time for socializing and building connections with like-minded individuals. Supporters of veterans are also encouraged to attend, including partners, spouses, and friends. Please note that the workout capacity is limited to 40 participants, but spectators are welcome to cheer on their loved ones.

It&#39;s great. There are many masterpieces by masters. It&#39;s worth visiting, especially Monet&#39;s works. It takes about 4 hours to visit. From ancient Greece, ancient Rome to the European period, there are many people. It is recommended to come early in the morning.

Absolutely incredible experience!From the moment you enter, you&#39;re immersed in the history and interactive exhibits. The elevator ride adds to the anticipation. Once at the top, the panoramic views are breathtaking. We splurged on the drinks package, and they certainly didn&#39;t disappoint.

Before riding the elevator to the top, there&rsquo;s an exhibition introducing Chicago. It covers architecture, famous people from the city, food, and more. At the tower&rsquo;s summit, you can take in a panoramic view of the entire city. It&rsquo;s definitely a worthwhile experience.
