Kämpfe und Widerstände gegen Rassismus sind Bestandteil der Geschichte dieses Landes. Ob eingewandert, durchreisend oder hier geboren - Menschen mit Rassismus-, Antisemitismus- und Diskriminierungserfahrungen kämpfen seit Jahrzehnten für Gleichberechtigung und gesellschaftliche Veränderung. Ihre Forderungen für Teilhabe und Projekte gegen Rassismus und Unterdrückung haben die Gesellschaft wesentlich mitgeprägt. Ihre Geschichten und Perspektiven bleiben jedoch meist unsichtbar und unerzählt. Ihr Wissen, ihre Erfahrungen und ihre Stimmen werden instrumentalisiert oder fehlen in der Erinnerungskultur und in offiziellen Archiven.
Zusammen mit vielen Menschen aus Ost-, West- und dem wiedervereinigten Deutschland arbeiten wir seit einiger Zeit daran, die Geschichten der Kämpfe gegen Rassismus und Antisemitismus zu erzählen. Gemeinsam suchen wir nach neuen Wegen des Sammelns, Aufarbeitens und Darstellens.
Im FHXB Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg Museum ist ein offenes Archiv mit ersten Ergebnissen dieses gemeinsamen Forschens entstanden. Es handelt sich um eine Sammlung an Bruch- und Fundstücken, die bei Workshops und durch Unterstützung der Besucher:innen weiter wachsen wird. Das offene Archiv soll zu einem Debattenraum werden, der vergangene Erfahrungen mit heutigen Debatten und Kämpfen gegen Antisemitismus, Rassismus und allen Diskriminierungen zusammenbringt.
Ein Kooperationsprojekt der Georg-August-Universität Göttingen, der Fachhochschule Kiel, des Dokumentationszentrums und Museums über die Migration in Deutschland e.V. (DOMiD) und des FHXB Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg Museums.

It came on September 19, 2017. The Metropolitan Museum is one of the most important museums in the world. With the influence of American imperialism, through the clever capture, the collection of cultural relics and artworks from all civilizations around the world is mostly representative cultural relics of various civilizations. I believe every visitor will feel mixed here. The entire museum is classified according to different civilizations on all continents, because the history of the collection is known to everyone, so the exhibition is very simple and rude, that is, put a civilized thing in a place, there is no good narrative, it is completely a &quot;trophy&quot; display. There are a lot of collections here, if you want to look good, it takes a day or two. The museum is right next to Central Park, and two places can also be arranged to visit in a day, half a day in the park, half a day in the museum.

Super easy to navigate from metro to ferry through the park. Helpful and friendly staff when you wanted them, not in your face like other tourist attractions which was such a respite. The island was very calm, good cafe, gift shop and views for days. My one criticism would be the painfully juvenile audio tour recoding (brother and sister). I had to stop listening as it was far too cringey!

The first day of the New Year is a tourist, but compared to the domestic people, the queue time is reasonable. . . The roof is too windy, the 80th floor is indoor, the photo has reflection, you can go up to the 86th floor to take pictures outside, overlooking the whole of New York.

Very crowded and packed with tourists. Many people are willing to take photos here. Quite closed with the Radio City and Saks Avenue.A must place to go in New York.
