Dress Code. 
Please dress appropriately/modestly as a form of religious respect for the Library, which is a Buddhist centre. In particular, visitors are kindly requested not to wear short pants or skirts which end above the knees, and not to wear sleeveless clothing.
As part of Venerable’s teaching tour to Singapore, Venerable will also be giving a talk 
“Living Well, Dying Well”
 at Poh Ming Tse Temple. This will take place on Wed 21 May 2025, 7pm-9.30pm; full details

ABOUT VENERABLE TENZIN PRIYADARSHI
Venerable Tenzin Priyadarshi is a Buddhist monk, scholar, and the president and CEO of the Dalai Lama Center for Ethics and Transformative Values at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), United States. Born in India, he entered a monastery at ten and was later ordained by the Dalai Lama. He studied Buddhist philosophy and comparative religion at institutions like Harvard University. As the first Buddhist chaplain at MIT, he has led initiatives on ethics, leadership, and the intersection of Buddhism and technology. He is also author for the book, Running Toward Mystery: The Adventure of an Unconventional Life and has worked on ethical Artificial Intelligence governance and global education programs.

It was really fun, not crowded, and the longest queue was 40 minutes. My son said it was as fun as Disney. Especially the queue was much shorter than Disney. I want to go there again next time! Other attractions in Sentosa, Singapore are also fun.

Take a taxi to the mountain, go directly to the luge, remember to confirm the scheduled time (I missed it, but Miss Sister changed the time), if you slide down the ticket many times and then take the cable car to slide, overall it is worth playing, the fare is not very expensive, When you slide down, the speed is very cool. It is recommended to slide down and buy a cup of coconut. After drinking, take the cable car to slide. If you leave, take the cable car to the mountain to take a taxi.

Sentosa Island is very good, the theme park has more projects, Jurassic Park, Xiaohuangren, etc. On the island, the ecology is mainly good, there are many birds, and I have seen seagulls, peacocks and lizards. The accommodation is more expensive. The hotel does not provide breakfast. Others are OK.
