The USPA Oak Brook Polo Open Championship, hosted by the Village of Oak Brook, is set to conclude on Sunday. This prestigious tournament, held at the Oak Brook Polo Club, is a highlight of the Chicagoland polo season. Featuring several local teams, the tournament has been in full swing since late June, allowing teams to establish their rhythm and showcase their skills on the field.

With the halfway point of the season reached, the teams are eagerly preparing to compete and secure their place in one of Chicagoland's most coveted trophies. This mid-season event is not only a display of athleticism but also an opportunity for players to claim bragging rights in the region.

The event schedule is as follows: gates open to the public at 1:00 PM, on-field polo festivities begin at 3:00 PM, the match kicks off at 3:15 PM, halftime includes the traditional divot stomp at 4:00 PM, and the match concludes at 5:00 PM. The awards ceremony will take place at 5:15 PM, recognizing the outstanding performances of the participants.
