Celebrating North Bay's 100 Centennial, Under the Baobab Tree Dinner & Show will transport audiences to to the sights, sounds, and flavors of this beautiful region. Enjoy traditional dishes, live music, and captivating performances including drumming, dancing and storytelling. Don't miss out on this unique experience, tickets are limited.
Djoléï Justine Gogoua
Justine is a theatre artist, storyteller, musician and artistic-educator originally from Côte d'Ivoire who has toured the country extensively over two decades, and has earned several awards including Canada’s Top 100 Black Women to Watch. She founded CanAfric Théâtre in 2008 to promote African and Canadian culture and to develop a better understanding between people despite their cultural differences.
This event is graciouslly support through the Centennial Event fund through the City of North Bay.
