The UCF Iron Knight Challenge is a physical fitness event like no other. Participants will face a 4-mile-long route filled with exhilarating obstacles and events designed to test their strength, endurance, and determination. From tire flips to deadlifts, push-ups to low crawls, each challenge will push you to your limits and leave you feeling empowered.

This event is open to teams of 5, regardless of age or fitness level. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or a beginner looking for an adrenaline rush, the Iron Knight Challenge is the perfect opportunity to challenge yourself and have an unforgettable experience. Team trophies will be awarded to the best male, female, and mixed teams in both the JROTC and adult categories.

In addition to the physical challenge, the Iron Knight Challenge offers the unique opportunity for JROTC students to experience the college life of an ROTC cadet. UCF personnel will be present to answer any questions about attending UCF and becoming a part of the UCF ROTC program, providing valuable knowledge on the steps needed to become a college student.

The park is open to the public for free. I arrived at 11am. There were many people jogging, walking, and walking their dogs. It was not crowded at all. The park was full of tall trees. Pigeons, swans, and ducks did not run away when they saw people and lived in harmony with the tourists. There was a small commodity market in the park with many snack and art stalls, and it was not noisy at all. It was very peaceful and the atmosphere was very good.
