Janelle Holter, Founder of TVLA YOGA, will be guiding a unique yoga class designed to balance your nervous system and leave you feeling grounded during this week of self-love and personal care. Trine Healing will be providing a special sound bath to open up your heart chakra for this week of love as we approach Valentine's Day. Meet Janelle Holter, Founder TVLA YOGA -As someone who doesn’t “idle well” – you’ll find Janelle: doing yoga, hiking around the mountains with her doggo Luminous Flux, snowboarding tree runs in the Rocky Mountains, lifting weights with her personal training clients, and getting humbled bouldering or climbing (follow on instagram @tvla_yoga)!
