Are you ready for a new challenge ?
Triathlon Ireland and Sporting Pride have teamed up to bring the Tri with Pide Introduction to Triathlon Programme. This programme is fully inclusive and welcomes all from the LGBTQIA+ community and their allies. This programme gives you the chance to try the 3 triathlon disciplines (swim, bike and run) in a safe and social environment.
Where:
The group will meet at Whiterock Leisure Centre for 6 weeks beginning week commencing 20th May from 7:00pm -9:00pm. Each session will finish with some tea, coffee and scones but there is no expectation to stay for this part if you can't. The programme will finish with a mini- triathlon on the last day 24th June. There is no expectation for you to complete a specific distance or time for this event and it is just a chance to give a triathlon a go. The aim for the mini event is to have fun and put the three disciplines swim, bike and run together on the last day.
What to expect:
These sessions are coached by Triathlon Ireland coaches who will meet you on arrival and will be happy to answer any questions.
Sessions include cycling on a spin bike, running and a pool swim. The sessions will be tailored for the group and you don't have to take part in all sessions just see how you feel!
Our coaches are there to support and guide you throughout the 6 weeks.

Who are these sessions for:
These sessions are open to all ability levels - please come along and try as much as you can -there is no expectation that you complete any specific time or distance, just come, try and have fun.
What do you need:
Spin Bike- Trainers , water bottle
Run- Trainers, gym gear but bring weather appropriate outer layers
Swim- Swimsuit, swim hat and goggles

This attraction is really immersive and fun whilst being informative. Diving into the history of how the titanic right from the beginning the experience really gives you a clear idea on how people lived and worked back then. This tour is perfect for any age group and is a great way to spend a few outs of your day.

We were led by a big-bellied man, who took the middle staircase to the second floor. He asked us to introduce ourselves at the circular handrail in the middle. We were from all over the country, and most of us were foreigners. Then he led us to the parliament hall, which is where the parliamentarians usually hold meetings. There was a microphone at each seat. He then began to talk about the origin and function of this building, and spoke with great vigor. Everyone could sit anywhere, even the speaker&#39;s seat. After the introduction, he led us to visit other halls. The huge banquet hall was covered with thick and beautiful red carpet. I can&#39;t remember which hall was covered with blue carpet.

The castle is situated in between a mountain and sea. Gardens in the surrounding are also stunning. Moreover, if you like trekking, this is an ideal location.

The Peace Bridge is a beautiful landscape in Belfast. It represents a very sad history and also represents the hope of the people of Northern Ireland. The walls are covered with various graffiti works, most of which are paintings expressing peace in Northern Ireland. Some of the graffiti works are very moving and worth appreciating.
